Claims (10)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) zum manuellen oder automatischen Verpacken von Nahrungsmitteln oder technischen Materialien (2), die mittels einer Belastungsfläche des Produkts, die sich in Querrichtung bewegen kann, zwischen längs gefalzten Teilen einer einfach gefalzten Folie (7) von einer offenen Längsseite (9) der Folie hereingeführt werden können, umfassend thermische Verfestigungsmittel oder Heißversiegelungsmittel zum Abdichten, mindestens eine Düse (18) zur Erzeugung von Vakuum und/oder zur Einleitung des Gases oder Gemisches und eine glockenförmige Vakuumkammer (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (18) so beschaffen ist, dass sie ausgedehnt/verkürzt werden kann, wenn sich die Breite der einfach gefalzten Folie (7) ändert, und geeignet ist, die einfach gefalzte Folie (7) mit ihrer Bewegung in Querrichtung zu spannen und/oder zu führen, wobei das Gas oder Gemisch nahe der ersten gefalzten Längsseite (8) der einfach gefalzten Folie eingedüst wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (18) geeignet ist, ein größeres Vakuum und/oder die weitere Einleitung von Gasen und Gemischen entweder an der offenen Längsseite (9) der einfach gefalzten Folie (7) oder an der vierten Querseite (20), die an den seitlichen Einlass (10) der glockenförmigen Vakuumkammer (3) angrenzt, zu ermöglichen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (18) luftdicht von dem Unterteil der glockenförmigen Vakuumkammer (3) hereingeführt und mit einem Kolben (31) verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (18), die so beschaffen ist, dass sie ausgedehnt/verkürzt werden kann, wenn sich die Breite der einfach gefalzten Folie (7) ändert, und geeignet ist, die einfach gefalzte Folie (7) mit ihrer Bewegung in Querrichtung zu spannen und/oder zu führen, ineinanderschiebbar ist und einen Hohlkörper (60) umfasst, mit dem ein Hohlschaft (62), der mit einem Ende (63) versehen ist, gleitend mittels Dichtungen (61) verbunden ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (63) des Schafts abgerundet ist und geeignet ist, in die erste geschlossene Längsseite (8) der einfach gefalzten Folie (7) durch Anschlag einzugreifen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungen aus Polyethylen oder gleichwertigem Material hergestehlt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nahe dem Ende (63) ein oder mehrere Löcher (64) zur Emission des Gases oder Gemisches vorgesehen sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausdehnung der Düse (18) durch Verlängern oder Verkürzen des Schafts (62), abhängig von der erzielbaren Breite des Behälters oder der Verpackung (21) verändert wird, wobei seine Länge manuell durch die Bedienperson oder automatisch geändert wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Bewegen der Belastungsfläche des Produkts (2) zusammen mit der einfach gefalzten Folie (7) in gleicher Richtung in die Richtung der offenen Längsseite (9) die einfach gefalzte Folie (7) fast bis zu ihrem Unterteil auf die Düse (18) passt, wenn es notwendig ist, ein Produkt (2) kleinerer Gröβe abzupacken.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Bewegen der Belastungsfläche des Produkts (2) in die Richtung der gefalzten Längsseite (8) der einfach gefalzten Folie (7) der Schaft (62) der Düse (18) verlängert wird, wobei er die einfach gefalzte Folie (7) während ihrer Bewegung zum Verpacken eines Produkts (2) mit größeren Dimensionen führt.
