Abstract
Description
- a horizontal support plate equipped with vertical anchoring points,
- at least one blade-shaped forward tip protruding from the front part of the frame,
- and means for adjusting the length of said front tip between a recoil position and an advanced position.
The object of the invention is to provide an ice crampon for mountaineering, to easily and quickly adjust the longitudinal and / or transverse positioning of at least one nose.
The crampon according to the invention is characterized in that a sliding connection cooperates with a positioning crossbar integral with the armature, the sliding stroke corresponding to the longitudinal offset between the two orifices.
The positioning crosspiece extends parallel to the fixing screw, and is arranged to allow the mounting of one or two front ends according to a predetermined longitudinal and transverse positioning. Only one fastening screw is required to make the adjustment.
According to a preferred embodiment, the positioning crossbar is notched over the entire width with a succession of notches and rectangular notches arranged symmetrically on the two opposite sides. The posterior notch of the front tip has a straight-bottomed T-profile extending parallel to the longitudinal offset of the two orifices. The nose is disposed in a predetermined notch of the crossbar while being locked in the transverse direction by adjacent notches in each of the recoil and advanced positions.

The
The horizontal face of the sole 12 is perforated by
The front part of each
The rear portion of each
The
- On the
figures 1 ,3A and4 eachnose 13 is in a retracted position, with the fixingscrew 22 passing through theorifices 20 aligned with the holes of thearmature 11. The left flank of thenotch 23 of eachnose 13 abuts against thecrossbar 24 to ensure the locking in the longitudinal direction. The lateral positioning of thefront tips 13 is also ensured in this position thanks to theadjacent notches 27 which hold them in the correspondingnotches 28. The longitudinal and lateral locking of the front spikes 13 is thus ensured by means of a single fixingscrew 22. The twofront spikes 13 are immobilized in the recoil position, being parallel and separated from one another by a interval d1 maximum. The interval d1 is smaller than the distance separating the twovertical points 14 on both sides of theframe 11.
