4. A method of using a collapsible spike as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, the method comprising the steps of,
exposing the spike:
1) Hooking the front end of the spike (22) embedded in the anti-skid rubber bottom (11) by the hook head (41) of the spike hook (40);
2) Pulling the spike hook (40) to change the fixed angle of the spike (22);
3) When the front end of the shoe spike (22) is exposed outside the anti-skid rubber bottom (11), the front end of the shoe spike (22) is sleeved by the sleeve cavity (32);
4) Pulling the sleeve rod (30) until the spikes (22) are rotated, and then fixing the spikes outside the anti-slip rubber sole (11) and in a vertical state with the sole (10) by the springs (28) to finish exposing the spikes;
collecting spikes:
1) Sleeving the sleeve cavity (32) into the front end of the spike (22) which is vertical to the sole (10);
