Figur 1 zeigt ein Regulierventil 1, welches für einen hydraulischen Türschließer vorgesehen ist. Hierbei kann es sich um diverse Türschließer handeln, die beispielsweise mit einer Kurvenexzenterscheibe gemäß DE 103 61 085 A1 oder mit einer Zahnstange gemäß DE 199 01 234 C1 betreibbarsind. Das Regulierventil 1 weist eine Aufnahme 7 für ein Dichtelement auf. Dieses Dichtelement kann z. B. ein O-Ring sein. Der Schaft 2a des Regulierventils 1 besitzt ein Gewinde 2, wobei in den Gewindeflanken eine Kunststoffschicht vorhanden ist. Am Regulierventil 1 ist die Materialaustrittsöffnung 6 sowie die Materialführung 5 angebracht. Weiterhin weist Figur 1 eine Schnittebene X-X auf. Im Bereich des freien kegelförmigen Endes 11 des Regulierbereiches 4 befindet sich ein Zulaufkanal 22, durch den ein Öl geführt wird. In der Regel liegt das freie kegelförmige Ende 11 des Regulierbereiches 4 nicht unmittelbar am Ventilsitz 24 auf, so dass das Öl durch den zwischen dem Ventilsitz 24 und dem freien kegelförmigen Ende 11 des Regulierbereiches 4 sich bildenden schmalen Kanal in Richtung eines Ablaufkanals 23 strömen kann. Am Regulierventil 1 kann der Strömungsquerschnitt für das Öl eingestellt werden, wodurch insbesondere das Schließverhalten des Türschließers 20 beeinflussbar ist. Die durch das strömende Öl auf das Regulierventil 1 wirkenden Kräfte können aufgrund der beschriebenen Verdrehsicherung auch im Toleranzbereich keine ungewollte Verdrehung des Regulierventils 1 auslösen. Claims (11)

  1. A regulating valve (1), which is attachable in a bore, which is executed with a female thread (25), of a hydraulic door closer (20), which valve has a body (3) with a pocket hole bore (9), the body being adjoined by a regulating area (4), and has a thread (2) provided with an anti-rotation means having a plastic material layer, the anti-rotation means by means of the thread (2) being screwed into the female thread (25), wherein the pocket hole bore (9) is disposed along the longitudinal axis of the body (3) opposite the head area (8), characterized in that the plastic material layer is positively disposed at the thread flanks of the thread (2), and in that the pocket hole bore (9) has an angular or non-circular cross-section.
  2. The regulating valve (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the thread (2) is disposed at a shank (2a) of the body (3).
  3. The regulating valve (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the regulating area (4) consists of a shank prolongation (4c) with an end (11), the shank prolongation (4c) being connected to the plastic material layer at the thread flanks of the thread (2) via a material guide (5).

  5. The regulating valve (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that the extension (4a) has at least one neck (4b), which protrudes into a material exit opening (6) of the body (3).
