Claims (9)

  1. Packaging bag (2) having the general shape of an envelope comprising a rear face (4), a front face (6), an upper gusset (12) and a flap (8), the said upper gusset (12), the flap (8) and the front face (6) being integral, the front face (6) being provided with a dispensing opening which can be closed by the said flap (8), characterized in that the upper edges (4a, 6a) of the rear (4) and front (6) faces are sealed on the inner layer of an upper gusset (12), and in that the upper edge (6a) of the front face (6) has at least one cutout (22) through which at least a part of the inner layer of the upper edge (8a) of the flap (8) is sealed on a part of the inner layer of the upper gusset (12).
  2. Packaging bag according to Claim 1, in which the part of the inner layer of the upper edge (8a) of the flap (8) intended to be sealed is coated with a sealing varnish.
  3. Packaging bag according to Claim 1, in which the part of the inner layer of the upper edge (8a) of the flap (8) intended to be sealed is free of any adhesive means.
  4. Packaging bag according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, in which the cutout (22) in the front face (6) is continuous.
  5. Packaging bag according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, in which the cutout (22) in the front face (6) substantially represents three quarters of the width of the packaging bag (2).
  6. Packaging bag according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, in which the flap (8) has two pre-cutouts (18) emanating from the upper edge (8a) of the flap (8) which define between them a central area of the flap (8), and in which the spacing between the pre-cutouts (18) substantially represents half the length of the sealing area of the flap (8), preferably between two thirds and three fifths of the length of this sealing area.
  7. Packaging bag according to Claim 6, in which the pre-cutouts (18) are positioned on either side of the dispensing opening (14) when the flap (8) is stuck against the front face (6).
  8. Packaging bag according to at least one of Claims 1 to 7, in which the flap (8) has at least one adhesive rim provided with an adhesive coating which makes it capable of being peeled off and of being stuck back several times.
  9. Packaging bag according to at least one of Claims 1 to 8, in which the upper gusset (12) and the upper edges (8a, 6a, 4a) of the flap (8) and of the front (6) and rear (4) faces are traversed by a European hole (24).
