Heating is performed from within the cylinder with steam. At this point, the moisture within the paper is ensured to be evaporated by having the hot gas acting on the paper from outside of the paper drying cylinder and the steam heat acting on the paper from within the cylinder.

Claims (1)

  1. Ein sanitäres Verfahren für Papierherstellung umfassend die Schritte;
    - Einsammeln von Gasen, die aus der Brennkammer einer Turbine (1) mit Erdgasantrieb ausströmen,
    - Elektrizitätserzeugung durch die Turbine (1) auf Drehung mithilfe der Energie der ausströmenden Brenngase,
    - Zuführung der erzeugten Elektrizität zu verschiedenen Maschinen und Vorrichtungen, die innerhalb des Fertigungsablaufs durch Elektrizität angetrieben werden,
    - Transferieren von Brenngasen, die aus der Turbine (1) ausströmen und ihre Energie verhältnismäßig verloren haben, mithilfe einer Umlaufleitung zu einem Papiertrocknungs-Zylinder (3),
    - Anbringung davon auf das Papier, welches auf den Papiertrocknungs-Zylinder (3) gewickelt ist,
    - Trocknung des Papiers durch das Gas, das durch die Leitung durchgeführt wird,
    - Durchführung der Heißgase, welche während der Trocknung gewonnen sind durch eine Absorbtions-Kühleinheit (5)
    - Kaltwassergewinnung von der Absorptions-Kühleinheit (5).
