Claims (10)

  1. Umhüllter Behälter mit einem am Behälter (1) und an der Hülle angebrachten Etikett (2), wobei das Etikett (2) mindestens eine Schwächungslinie (3) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Etikett (2) an der Hülle mit einer Verbindung hoher Haftkraft befestigt ist, und dass das Etikett (2) am Behälter (1) mit einer Verbindung geringer Haftkraft befestigt ist, derart, dass beim Entfernen der Hülle das Etikett (2) entlang der mindestens einen Schwächungslinie wenigstens teilweise (3) zerrissen und komplett vom Behälter (1) entfernt wird.
  2. Umhüllter Behälter gemäss Anspruch 1, wobei die Verbindung geringer Haftkraft zwischen dem Etikett (2) und dem Behälter (1) durch einen Klebstoff mit geringer Haftkraft ausgebildet ist.
  3. Umhüllter Behälter gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verbindung hoher Haftkraft zwischen dem Etikett (2) und der Hülle durch einen Klebstoff mit hoher Haftkraft gebildet ist.
  4. Umhüllter Behälter gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die mindestens eine Schwächungslinie (3) von einem Rand (20) des Etiketts (2) aus erstreckt, und wobei die mindestens eine Schwächungslinie (3) einen spitzen Winkel (α) mit diesem Rand (20) des Etiketts (2) bildet.
  5. Umhüllter Behälter gemäss Anspruch 4, wobei zum Befestigen des länglichen Etiketts (2) an der Hülle Tupfen (4) aus Klebstoff mit hoher Haftkraft zwischen den Schwächungslinien (3) angeordnet sind.
  6. Umhüllter Behälter gemäss Anspruch 5, wobei zum Befestigen des länglichen Etiketts (2) am Behälter Tupfen (5) aus Klebstoff mit geringer Haftkraft auf der dem Behälter (1) zugewandten Seite des Etiketts (2) derart angeordnet sind, dass mindestens eine Schwächungslinie zwischen einem Tupfen (4) aus Klebstoff mit hoher Haftkraft und einem Tupfen (5) aus Klebstoff mit geringer Haftkraft angeordnet ist.
  7. Umhüllter Behälter gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mindestens eine Schwächungslinie (3) eine vorperforierte Linie ist.
  8. Umhüllter Behälter gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, welcher eine Zigarettenpackung ist (1).
  9. Umhüllter Behälter gemäss Anspruch 8, wobei das Etikett (2) eine Steuermarke ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Verpacken von Konsumgütern in einem umhüllten Behälter, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:
    - Aufbringen eines Klebstoffes geringer Haftkraft auf ein Etikett (2) auf diejenige Seite des Etiketts (2), die dem Behälter (1) zugewandt ist, wobei das Etikett (2) mindestens eine Schwächungslinie (3) aufweist,
    - Kleben des Etiketts (2) auf eine Oberfläche des Behälters (1),
    - Aufbringen eines Klebstoffes hoher Haftkraft auf diejenige Seite des Etiketts (2), die der Hülle zugewandt ist,
    - Umwickeln des Behälters (1) mit der Hülle und Kleben des Etiketts (2) an die Hülle.
