Jeder Halter oder Fahrer eines Kraftfahrzeugs kann demnach mindestens eine Telefonnummer frei wählen und definieren, an die im Falle eines Unfalls das Datensignal übermittelt werden soll, welches die Daten über den Unfall enthält.
