Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de fixation, notamment d'un frein de bouche (6) sur l'extrémité (1) d'un tube d'arme (2) au moyen d'une connexion filetée, caractérisé en ce que :
    - pour le verrouillage du frein de bouche (6) sur le tube d'arme (2), on prévoit un dispositif de verrouillage (12),
    - qui se compose d'au moins deux ressorts (14, 16), d'au moins un écrou de verrouillage (15) et d'au moins deux coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11),
    - les coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) étant incorporés dans des rainures correspondantes (4) sur le tube d'arme (2) de manière déplaçable longitudinalement par rapport au tube d'arme (2),
    - les coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) portant les au moins deux ressorts (14, 16) ainsi que l'au moins un écrou de verrouillage (15),
    - sur le tube d'arme (2), dans la région des rainures (4), étant incorporé un filetage (5), dans lequel s'engage le filetage de l'écrou de verrouillage (15), pour la fixation du dispositif de verrouillage (12), et
    - le frein de bouche (6) dispose de renfoncements incorporés du côté frontal dans sa région d'extrémité ou de butée, dans lesquels les coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) peuvent s'engager pour bloquer le frein de bouche (6) sur le tube d'arme (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la connexion filetée est un profilé fileté (3, 7).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé fileté (3) sur le tube d'arme (2) et le profilé fileté (7) dans le frein de bouche (6) sont à chaque fois divisés en deux portions filetées (3.1, 7.1) et deux évidements (3.2, 7.2).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) ont des longueurs différentes.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que du côté frontal dans le frein de bouche (6) sont incorporés des guides (8, 9) allant jusqu'aux renfoncements sur les butées d'extrémité, qui ont des profondeurs différentes.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le frein de bouche (6) présente des creux de verrouillage (13) façonnés du côté frontal.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un creux supplémentaire (17) est prévu du côté frontal également sur l'écrou de verrouillage (15).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le premier ressort (14) est un ressort ondulé et le deuxième ressort (16) est une rondelle élastique.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) sont des ressorts d'ajustement avec un profilé interne (10.1, 11.1) pour recevoir fixement les ressorts (14, 16) et l'écrou de verrouillage (15), qui peut être une bague filetée.
  10. Procédé de fixation, notamment d'un frein de bouche (6) sur l'extrémité (1) d'un tube d'arme (2) au moyen d'une connexion filetée, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - au moins un ressort (16), un écrou de verrouillage (15) et au moins un ressort supplémentaire (14) sont incorporés dans un profilé interne (10.1, 11.1) d'au moins deux coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) et sont placés à l'extrémité (1) du tube d'arme (2) jusqu'à un filetage supplémentaire arrière (5) sur le tube d'arme (2),
    - les coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) sont insérés dans des rainures correspondantes (4) qui sont incorporées dans le filetage (5) sur ou dans le tube d'arme (2), en conservant une course de déplacement à l'intérieur des rainures (4),
    - ensuite les écrous de verrouillage (15) sont vissés le long du filetage (5) jusqu'à ce que les coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) atteignent l'extrémité des rainures (4), et que le frein de bouche (6) soit enfiché sur le tube d'arme (2),
    - le frein de bouche (6) est vissé sur le tube d'arme (2) jusqu'à une butée,
    - de sorte que les coulisseaux de verrouillage (10, 11) puissent s'engager dans des renfoncements du côté frontal du frein de bouche (6), quand ceux-ci ont été déplacés par rotation en arrière de l'écrou de verrouillage (15) dans la direction du frein de bouche (6), le frein de bouche (6) étant de ce fait bloqué.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le frein de bouche (6) et le tube d'arme (2), lorsqu'ils disposent de profilés filetés (3, 7) avec des portions filetées (3.1, 7.1) et des évidements (3.2, 7.2), sont enfichés l'un sur l'autre par le biais des évidements (3.2, 7.2) et ne peuvent être connectés l'un à l'autre que par un léger mouvement de rotation.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (14) est précontraint d'un certain nombre de crans sur l'écrou de verrouillage (15).
