Claims (5)

  1. Turbine à gaz comportant un rotor, qui comprend un rotor de turbine (1), un arbre (11) et un rotor de compresseur et qui, dans le cas d'une turbine à gaz à plusieurs arbres, fait partie du système basse pression, le rotor de turbine (1) comportant au moins un disque de turbine (3, 4, 5) muni de pales et un cône (9) menant depuis le ou l'un des disques de turbine (5) vers l'arbre (11), l'extrémité aval de l'arbre (11) étant supportée de manière rotative dans un palier (13) avec une chambre (15), la partie intérieure (25) de l'arbre (11) étant réalisée sous la forme d'un conduit aéraulique pour l'air d'isolation (19), menant vers la chambre (15) du palier, et le compartiment (23), entourant en amont le cône (9) du rotor, étant réalisé sous la forme d'un compartiment aéraulique pour l'air de refroidissement (21) utilisé pour le refroidissent des pales, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre (11) comporte, dans la zone de la fixation (33) du cône (9) du rotor, un élargissement (27) avec un diamètre intérieur et un diamètre extérieur agrandis, dont les extrémités amont sont munies d'ouvertures (28) pour l'entrée de l'air de refroidissement (21) dans la partie intérieure (26) élargie de la chambre (15) du palier, et dont les extrémités aval sont munies d'ouvertures (29) pour l'évacuation de l'air de refroidissement (21) dans le compartiment (24) entre la chambre (15) du palier et le cône (9) du rotor, et en ce que la partie intérieure (26) élargie est rendue étanche par rapport à la partie intérieure (25) continue de l'arbre (11) au moyen d'une cloison (31) pour la séparation entre l'air de refroidissement (21) et l'air d'isolation (19).
  2. Turbine à gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la chambre (15) du palier fait partie d'un carter de sortie de turbine (17), disposé en aval du rotor de turbine (1).
  3. Turbine à gaz selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que dans la partie intérieure (25) de l'arbre (11) est disposé, coaxialement avec une distance radiale, un tube (32), afin de former un conduit aéraulique annulaire pour l'air d'isolation (19).
  4. Turbine à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le conduit aéraulique pour l'air d'isolation (19) mène, via des ouvertures (30) dans l'arbre (11), radialement vers l'extérieur entre deux garnitures d'étanchéité (39, 40) non hermétiques de la chambre (15) du palier, par exemple sous la forme de garnitures d'étanchéité à balais, situées à distance axiale l'une de l'autre.
  5. Turbine à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le cône (9) du rotor est fixé sur l'élargissement (27) de l'arbre (11) par une denture (34) engrenant dans la direction circonférentielle, par des logements sans jeu (35, 36), disposés axialement de part et d'autre de la denture (34), par une butée (37) axiale, ainsi que par un assemblage vissé (38) à action axiale.
