Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Überwachung einer Anzeigeeinheit (1), insbesondere einer Anzeigeeinheit (1) in einem Fahrzeug, vorzugsweise in einem Schienenfahrzeug, wobei eine auf der Anzeigeeinheit (1) ausgegebene Anzeige mit einem Erfassungsmittel (2) optisch erfasst wird, ein auf der Anzeigeeinheit (1) angezeigter Istwert aus der optisch erfassten Anzeige ermittelt wird und der ermittelte Istwert mit einem auf der Anzeigeeinheit (1) anzuzeigenden Sollwert verglichen wird. Dabei wird ein Fehler detektiert, wenn der Istwert um ein vorbestimmtes Maß oder mehr von dem Sollwert abweicht. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren hat den Vorteil, dass automatisiert eine Anzeigeeinheit im Hinblick auf eine korrekte Wiedergabe eines Werts überwacht werden kann. Insbesondere kann auf eine redundante Anzeige von Werten und deren manuelle Überwachung durch einen Bediener verzichtet werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren kann neben Schienenfahrzeugen in beliebigen anderen Fahrzeugen eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise in Kraftfahrzeugen, Flugzeugen oder Schiffen. Ebenso kommt ein Einsatz in Prozesssteueranlagen bzw. Fertigungsanlagen in Betracht. The invention relates to a method for monitoring a display unit (1), in particular a display unit (1) in a vehicle, preferably in a rail vehicle, wherein a display output on the display unit (1) is optically detected by a detection means (2) the display unit (1) displayed actual value is determined from the optically detected display and the determined actual value is compared with a displayed on the display unit (1) setpoint. In this case, an error is detected when the actual value deviates from the desired value by a predetermined amount or more. The method according to the invention has the advantage that a display unit can be automatically monitored with regard to a correct reproduction of a value. In particular, a redundant display of values and their manual monitoring by an operator can be dispensed with. The method according to the invention can be used in addition to rail vehicles in any other vehicles, for example in motor vehicles, aircraft or ships. Likewise, use in process control systems or production plants is considered.
