Abstract

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf ein Verfahren zur Steuerung des Propellerschubes eines Schiffsantriebssystems mit wenigstens einem elektrischen Antriebsmotor, dessen antreibendes und/oder bremsendes Drehmoment steuerbar ist, insbesondere durch eine Steuerung oder Regelung des Motorstroms, um dadurch die Motordrehzahl einem Drehzahlsollwert nachführen zu können, wobei der Sollwert für das Motordrehmoment bzw. für den Motorstrom durch eine positive und/oder durch eine negative Drehmoment- oder Stromgrenze begrenzt ist, wobei eine oder beide Drehmoment- oder Stromgrenzen konstant vorgegeben oder Funktion(en) des Drehzahlistwertes sein können ("statische Stromgrenzen bzw. Stromgrenzfunktionen"), und wobei die positive und/oder negative Drehmoment- oder Stromgrenze bei Vor- und/oder Rückwärtsfahrt abweichend von der rein statischen Stromgrenze bzw. Stromgrenzfunktion auf wenigstens einen engeren Wert mit einem kleineren Absolutwert begrenzbar ist/sind ("dynamische Stromgrenze"); erfindungsgemäß wird eine Auswahl zwischen einer statischen Stromgrenze oder Stromgrenzfunktion einerseits und der betreffenden dynamischen Stromgrenze andererseits wenigstens in Abhängigkeit von dem aktuellen Drehzahlsollwert getroffen; die dazu verwendete Vorrichtung ist ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung .
