Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande d'une pompe de relevage de condensats, comprenant :
- un flotteur (102) destiné à être placé dans un réservoir (20), capable de se déplacer en suivant le niveau de condensats dans le réservoir,
- un élément d'actionnement (130) entraîné par le mouvement dudit flotteur (102),

caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'actionnement est configuré et monté de façon à agir sélectivement sur un premier et un deuxième microrupteurs (110, 120) présentant respectivement un premier et un deuxième boutons poussoirs (112, 122) mobiles entre deux positions, de façon à définir trois états distincts :
- un état de repos, dans lequel ladite pompe est arrêtée, ledit premier bouton poussoir (112) étant dans une première position assurant l'arrêt de ladite pompe et ledit deuxième bouton poussoir (122) étant dans une deuxième position ;
- un état actif, dans lequel ladite pompe fonctionne, ledit premier bouton poussoir (112) étant dans une deuxième position assurant la mise en oeuvre de ladite pompe, et ledit deuxième bouton poussoir (122) restant dans sa deuxième position ;
- un état d'alarme, dans lequel une action de sécurité est déclenchée, ledit premier bouton poussoir (112) restant dans sa deuxième position assurant la mise en oeuvre de ladite pompe et ledit deuxième bouton poussoir (122) étant dans une première position assurant le déclenchement d'une action de sécurité.

The present invention relates to a control device of a condensate lift pump, comprising:
a float (102) intended to be placed in a tank (20), capable of moving according to the level of condensates in the tank,
an actuating element (130) driven by the movement of said float (102),

characterized in that said actuating element is configured and mounted to selectively act on first and second microswitches (110, 120) having respectively first and second push buttons (112, 122) movable between two positions, to define three distinct states:
- A state of rest, wherein said pump is stopped, said first push button (112) being in a first position for stopping said pump and said second push button (122) being in a second position;
an active state, in which said pump operates, said first push button (112) being in a second position ensuring the implementation of said pump, and said second push button (122) remaining in its second position;
an alarm state, in which a safety action is triggered, said first push button remaining in its second position ensuring the implementation of said pump and said second push button being in a first position ensuring triggering a security action.
