Andere Produkte sind weniger temperaturempfindlich und können ohne kühlenden Luftstrom verarbeitet werden. Zur Unterstützung des Materialtransportes kann bei diesen Produkten die Luft im Kreislauf geführt werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Mahlvorrichtung besteht aus einer Mühle, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie in eine Öffnung eines Behältnisses eingesteckt und in dieser Position betrieben werden kann. Die Mahlvorrichtung besteht aus Mühle in Modulbauweise und einem Behältnis einer verfahrenstechnischen Anlage. Das Behältnis in welches die Mühle eingebaut werden soll, weist eine Öffnung mit Flansch und Scharnierlager auf. Diese Öffnung ist ein Mannloch, das für Wartungszwecke vorgesehen ist. Der Deckel für diese Öffnung ist erfindungsgemäß als Mühlenfunktionsteil gestaltet.
Der Deckel mit Mühlenfunktionsteilen ist mit einem Deckelscharnier im Scharnierlager schwenkbar gekoppelt, so dass die Mühle aus dem Behältnis herausgeschwenkt werden kann. Der Deckel lässt sich mit Verbindungselementen verschließen und hält die Mühle in betriebssicherer Position.
Die Mühle ist folgendermaßen in den Verschlussdeckel eingebaut. Auf der einen Seite der Deckelplatte befindet sich der Antrieb für den Rotor der Mühle. Die Welle wird durch die Deckelplatte geführt. Auf der Innenseite ist das Mahlwerkzeug an den Rotor angebracht und der Stator fixiert. Im oberen Teil des Verschlussdeckels ist der Mühleneinlauf d.h. der Produkteinlauf angeordnet.
Als Mühle kann z.B. eine Prallmühle mit Stiftscheibenmahlwerk gewählt werden. Das Behältnis in das die Mühle eingebaut wird, kann ein Filter sein, aber auch ein Silo.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen konstruktiven Lösung lässt sich so das eigentliche Mühlengehäuse sparen. Die Funktionsteile der Mühle, nämlich Antrieb, Welle, Rotor, Stator und Produkteinlauf werden an den Deckel montiert und als Modul in ein Behältnis mit Öffnung, z.B. ein Filter eingesteckt und der Deckel wird fest mit dem Flansch der Öffnung verbunden.
Erfindungsgemäße Mahlsysteme können ohne Luftstrom durch die Mühle, mit Umluft oder auch mit Durchluft ausgeführt werden.The grinding device consists of a modular mill and a container of a process plant. Claims (7)
- Grinding device consisting of a vessel (2) with opening (3), connection flange (4) and cover (6) as well as a mill (1) with the following functional components: drive (12), shaft (13), rotor (19) and stator (14), characterised in that the opening (3) of the vessel is a manhole whereby the functional components of the mill are arranged on the cover (6), and whereby the drive is located on one side of the cover, the shaft is routed through the cover and the rotor and stator are arranged on the other side of the cover and the cover is swivel-mounted on the vessel (2) by means of a hinged bearing (5) so that the mill can be swivelled out of the vessel and the cover can be closed securely using connecting elements (8).
- Grinding device in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that the mill is an impact mill with pin disc grinding unit or plate beater grinding unit.
- Grinding device in accordance with Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the vessel (2) is a filter or silo.
- Grinding device in accordance with one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the mill inlet (9) is located on the cover (6).
- Grinding device in accordance with one of the foregoing Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the mill inlet (28) is an integral part of the vessel (2).
- Grinding device in accordance with one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the vessel (2) is equipped with an air inlet (35) which is connected to the mill inlet (9) via a ducting (31).
- Process for comminuting solids using a grinding device in accordance with one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the grinding device is operated either without air or in through-air or circuit-air mode.
