Abstract

L'invention concerne des machines de fabrication de sachets d'un produit de tabac sans fumée ou d'un autre matériau pulvérulent et des systèmes de répartition et d'emballage de mélanges de tabac de type tobamel, qui peuvent être adaptés à un dispositif de rinçage qui utilise un nombre de buses de pulvérisation (12, 31) positionnées à proximité d'unités (6, 30) qui permettent de transporter et de traiter les produits de tabac sans fumée et à fumer; alors que la machine ou le système fonctionne, un fluide de nettoyage contenu dans un réservoir (14, 33) alimente sous pression les buses (12, 31) par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe (15, 34) et dirigé sur des parties internes des unités (6, 30) pour éliminer les dépôts du produit qui tendent à s'accumuler pendant les étapes de traitement, et permettent ainsi d'éviter la nécessité d'un nettoyage fréquence et des interruptions pour des raisons de maintenance.

Claims (8)

  1. Machine de fabrication de sachets de matériau pulvérulent comprenant une unité d'enroulement, de traitement primaire et d'alimentation (6) à travers laquelle la matière est dirigée, caractérisée en ce que la machine est équipée d'un dispositif de rinçage comprenant des moyens de rinçage positionnés de telle sorte à coïncider avec l'unité d'enroulement, de traitement primaire et d'alimentation (6) et conçue pour enlever les dépôts du matériau pulvérulent.
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de rinçage comprennent une pluralité de buses de pulvérisation (12) reliées à un réservoir (14) rempli de liquide de nettoyage.
  3. Machine selon la revendication 2, comprenant une pompe (15), associée au réservoir (14), par laquelle le liquide de nettoyage est envoyé sous pression aux buses (12).
  4. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant un dispositif d'enroulement auquel ledit dispositif de rinçage est appliqué, ledit dispositif d'enroulement étant équipé d'une roue de distribution (7), d'une sortie d'alimentation (10) de laquelle le matériau pulvérulent est libéré vers les moyens d'acheminement (3) pour être dirigé vers un poste de transfert (4), et d'une paire de rouleaux tournant en sens contraire (11) interposés entre la roue (7) et la sortie d'alimentation (10), par lesquels le matériau est prétraité et acheminé vers la même sortie (10), dans laquelle le dispositif de rinçage comprend des moyens de rinçage positionnés de telle sorte à coïncider avec l'unité d'enroulement (6) et conçus pour enlever les dépôts de matériau pulvérulent.
  5. Système pour fabriquer un mélange de tabac, comprenant une unité (30) par laquelle le mélange est acheminé et déchargé, caractérisé en ce que le système est équipé d'un dispositif de rinçage comprenant des moyens de rinçage positionnés de telle sorte à coïncider avec l'unité d'acheminement et de déchargement (30) et conçus pour enlever les dépôts du mélange de tabac.
  6. Système selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdits moyens de rinçage comprennent une pluralité de buses de pulvérisation (31) reliées à un réservoir (33) rempli de liquide de nettoyage.
  7. Système selon la revendication 6, comprenant une pompe (34), associée au réservoir (33), par laquelle le liquide de nettoyage est envoyé sous pression aux buses (31).
  8. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, comprenant une unité d'acheminement et de déchargement (30) à laquelle ledit dispositif de rinçage est appliqué, ladite unité d'acheminement et de déchargement (30) étant équipée d'une première roue de transport, d'une seconde roue de déchargement fonctionnant conjointement avec la première roue, et de moyens (28) d'extrusion du mélange de tabac, dans lequel le dispositif de rinçage comprend des moyens de rinçage positionnés de telle sorte à coïncider avec l'unité d'acheminement et de déchargement (30) et conçus pour enlever les dépôts du mélange de tabac.
