Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'un composant, en particulier d'un élément de garniture interne de véhicule à moteur, selon lequel une feuille décorative plane (1) est préformée en trois dimensions par emboutissage profond dans un outil d'emboutissage profond, la face arrière de la feuille décorative (1) étant ensuite pourvue d'un support en plastique dans un outil de moulage par injection. Selon la présente l'invention, l'emboutissage profond de la feuille décorative (1) est effectué directement dans le moule de moulage par injection à l'aide d'un outil combiné (5). La présente invention concerne en outre un composant fabriqué de cette manière, en particulier un élément de garniture interne pour un véhicule à moteur.
