Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of packaging.
- the invention relates to packaging for fabrics, the use of such packages for storing a dairy product, and a method of making such packages.
- Food packaging in particular food packaging for dairy products such as yoghurt, pudding, rice pudding and other liquid or perishable foods, often has a peelable cover, also called packaging aid. This removable cover makes it possible to access the food without the use of other aids.
- WO 2004/078599 A2 describes a food packaging that has multiple chambers.
- the chambers have a color coding.
- a packaging for a fabric which has a first recess for storing a first material and a second recess for storing a tool. Furthermore, a cover for closing at least the second recess is provided, wherein the second recess is shaped such that the tool performs a movement when the cover is removed with proper use of the package.
- the tool is released upwards and can perform a movement. For example, a certain part of the tool moves towards the user, so that the tool can be removed more easily.
- a widening of the recess for the tool which allows to insert a finger next to the tool for removal of the tool, can be dispensed with.
- the removal of the tool is simplified and saves space, since no broadening of the recess is required.
- the cover can either cover only the recess for the tool, or even more depressions for the food.
- a plurality of covers may be provided, one of which covers the tool and one others the substance (s). This allows the tool to be removed without exposing the materials.
- the first substance is a food and the tool is a food tool.
- the first substance is selected from the group consisting of liquid, solid, paint, varnish, solvent, detergent, adhesive, binder, hardener, resin, acid, base, disinfectant, pharmaceutical, medicinal substance Treatment and substance for therapeutic treatment.
- the tool is selected from the group consisting of stirrer, brush, roller, spatula, forceps, Spartel, wire, brush, file, saw, scissors, knife, tweezers, Scalpel, syringe and pipette.
- both components may be provided for two component adhesives and a required stirring device.
- the easy removal of the stirring device is particularly advantageous.
- the mixing of a disinfectant with a plaster, with simultaneous emergence of tweezers from the packaging is possible.
- the tweezers can be used.
- a higher standard of hygiene can be realized.
- the movement which the tool performs after the removal of the cover is in order a tilting movement.
- This tilting movement is caused by gravity and causes part of the tool to move out of the package.
- the second recess has a protrusion for supporting the tool adjacent a center of gravity of the tool, the removal of the cover resulting in a downward movement of a heavier part of the tool towards a bottom of the recess.
- the tool is mounted next to its center of gravity and is held by the cover when the cover is closed, so that the tilting movement is prevented.
- the tool can move like a beam balance or a swing to find a new state of equilibrium.
- the handle of the tool comes up while the bucket body, the blade or the tines of the fork move down (because this side of the tool is heavier than the other side).
- the tool After performing the tilting movement, the tool can be removed without the user having to reach into the packaging.
- the tool is a spoon, a fork, a knife or a rod. It can also be provided several tools, such as a knife and a fork, or a knife, a fork and a spoon, which are housed in the same recess or in their own recesses.
- eating utensil is to be understood as any mechanical device which is suitable for transporting food or for the function of food intake.
- the cover is designed for hygienic sealing of at least the second recess.
- a third recess for storing a second material is provided.
- the first and second substances may be food or liquids.
- yoghurt can be stored in one depression, with a corresponding muesli being stored in the other depression.
- one sauce may be stored in one well, whereas, for example, sausage pieces are stored in the other well. But any other combination of food is possible.
- any other liquid or solid substance can be stored in one of the two wells.
- paints, lacquers, solvents, cleaning agents, adhesives, binders, hardeners, resins, acids, bases, disinfectants, pharmaceutical substances, substances for medical treatment and substance for therapeutic treatment are possible substances.
- the packaging is designed to bend or buckle between the first and the third recess, so that the two substances can be mixed together without additional aids.
- the packaging is designed for nesting before filling the packaging with the substances.
- a plurality of empty packages can be nested or stacked in order to save storage space in this way.
- the recesses are made in different transparency. In this case, any combination of the states is completely transparent, partially transparent and completely untransparent or completely opaque in both wells possible.
- the first recess may be opaque and the second recess may be at least partially transparent.
- the transparent embodiment of the second recess also allows the user to recognize from the side that there is a tool in the second recess. Due to the opaque execution of the first recess, however, the content can be protected from direct sunlight. In the case of stored milk products, for example, this can counteract a chemical reaction induced by external radiation.
- the recesses are made in different materials.
- the point at which material breaks or flexes at a kink may be better defined by the use of two materials. This can increase the ease of use of the packaging.
- the two recesses are thus formed of partially different materials.
- the different depressions can have different properties.
- the depressions may have different elasticity, stability or transparency.
- it may be beneficial if the recess for supporting the tool is transparent and relatively easy to deform, whereas the material for the first and third recess for Storage of substances is opaque and inflexible. Due to the easy deformability of the material of the second recess, the removal of the spoon can be facilitated, whereas the fabrics are optimally protected.
- the packaging is produced in an injection molding process or a deep drawing process.
- Injection molding (often colloquially referred to as injection molding or injection molding) is a primary molding process, which is mainly used in plastics processing. With this method, economically directly usable moldings can be produced in large quantities.
- the respective material usually plastic
- the cavity, the cavity, of the tool determines the shape and the surface structure of the finished part.
- parts of a few tenths of a gram can be produced in the double-digit kilogram range.
- packaging can be produced with high accuracy in a short time.
- the surface of the component can be chosen almost freely. In particular, smooth surfaces for optical applications, notches for touch-friendly areas, patterns and engravings could also be found.
- the packaging is produced in a deep-drawing process. Also in this case, a two-component design of the packaging is possible by the output film or the output plate is composed of two components.
- the packaging further has a kink in at least the first recess or the second recess for reducing the volume of the packaging upon disposal of the emptied packaging.
- the depressions can be pressed in accordingly, which is facilitated by the kinks.
- a packaging for fabrics which has a first recess for storing a first material, a second recess for storing a tool or for storing a second material and a cover for closing at least the second recess, wherein the recesses are executed in different optical transparency.
- optical transparency refers to the entire electromagnetic spectrum. Furthermore, the depressions can also be designed with regard to odors in different transparency.
- this packaging is produced in an injection molding process or in a deep-drawing process.
- the second recess is shaped such that the tool performs a movement when the cover is removed with proper use of the package.
- a package for storing a substance is selected from the group consisting of liquid, solid, paint, lacquer, solvent, detergent, adhesive, binder, hardener, resin, acid, base, disinfectant, pharmaceutical Substance, substance for medical treatment and substance indicated for therapeutic treatment.
- a method for producing a packaging for materials in which a first recess for storing a first material is produced and in which a second recess for storing a tool is produced.
- the second recess is shaped such that the tool performs a movement when a cover of the second recess is removed with proper use of the package.
- a method for producing a packaging for materials in which a first recess for storing a first material and a second recess for storing a tool or for storing a second material are produced, wherein the recesses in different optical Transparency are executed.
- the above-described packages are made of plastic such as polypropylene (PP), polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyethylene (PE). But also a version in other organic materials is possible. Furthermore, materials may be specially selected for their deformability or mechanical properties.
- plastic such as polypropylene (PP), polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyethylene (PE).
- PET polyethylene
- PE polyethylene
- Figs. 1A, 1B and 1C show a packaging.
- the package 100 has a packaging body 107 which forms a plurality of depressions or pans, such as the depression 102.
- the recess 102 serves to receive a spoon 103.
- the spoon 103 is bent so that it is comfortable to use.
- the depression 102 also has a broadening 109, which serves for easier removal of the spoon 103 from the depression 102. For example, for removal, a user may insert his finger 108 into the broadening 109 and withdraw the spoon.
- the cover 104 which is embodied for example in the form of a sealing film, is peeled off.
- the various recesses are made of different materials, which are impermeable or transparent or partially transparent.
- Fig. 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D show a first embodiment of the packaging according to the invention.
- the recess 102 has an elevation 105, which is provided for the storage of the spoon 103.
- the part of the spoon to the left of the elevation 105 is heavier than the right part of the spoon to the right of the elevation 105.
- the spoon abuts against the cover 104 from below.
- the spoon is thus held in position by the cover 104. If the cover 104 is removed, the spoon tilts over the edge of the elevation 105 due to gravity, so that the handle of the spoon 111 rises and the bucket body 110 moves downwards. This allows the spoon to be easily removed (see Figs. 2B and 2C ), without an extra widening 109 of the recess 102 must be provided. In this way, space can be saved.
- the survey 105 may be configured differently.
- the elevation may be curved to facilitate rotation of the tool.
- the survey may be straight or adapted to the shape of the stem of the tool to optimally support the tool in its storage position.
- the elevation may be triangular, that is, converge upwardly to form a minimum interface with the tool.
- Figs. 3A, 3B and 3C show a packaging according to another embodiment of the invention.
- the cover is removed, so that the spoon 103 (or the fork or the knife) is tilted down so that the stem protrudes from the package 100.
- a third recess 106 is provided.
- various substances muesli and yoghurt, pudding and dessert sauce, or other foods.
- paints, lacquers, solvents, cleaning agents, adhesives, binders, hardeners and resins can be stored in the packaging according to the invention.
- Fig. 3B shows a plan view of a package.
- the elevation 105 is not performed over the entire width of the second recess 102, for example, but only in the center of the recess.
- a kink 112 is provided, which simplifies mixing of the contents of the recesses 101 and 106 without the need for additional aids.
- Fig. 3C shows in four temporally successive superimposed images how the spoon tilts after the release of the cover 104.
- Figs. 4A, 4B and 4C show a further embodiment of the package according to the invention.
- a widening 109 of the second recess 102 is provided to facilitate the removal of the tool.
- Fig. 4B shows a side view of the packaging of Fig. 4A.
- Fig. 4C shows another side view of the packaging of Fig. 4A in which all three recesses 101, 102 and 106 can be seen.
- the packages are always sized so that they can be stacked easily and space-saving when they are empty and the cover is removed.
- the cross section of the second recess 102 is conical.
- Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of a package 100 according to the invention, which next to the packaging body 107 and the cover 104 has two recesses 101 and 102.
- a fork 501 and a knife 502 are accommodated, which tilt upon release of the cover 104.
- Fig. 6 shows a package 100 according to another embodiment of the invention.
- the package 100 has a well 101 for food or other substances mentioned above, and a second well 102 for tools such as knife and fork 502, 501.
- the second recess 102 is surrounded by the first recess 101. Since no intervention for a finger must be provided, the first recess 101 can occupy a maximum area.
- Fig. 7 shows a package 100 according to another embodiment of the invention.
- the recess 102 for knife and fork 502, 501 is disposed between the two recesses 101 and 106.
- a connection between the two recesses 101 and 106 does not exist.
- Figs. 8A and 8B show a packaging according to another embodiment of the invention, which is executed approximately square in plan view. In the area 801, for example, a further recess for a tool could be accommodated.
- Figs. 9A, 9B and 9C show a package 100 according to another embodiment of the invention.
- the packaging has in its plan view ( Fig. 9A ) roughly the shape of two circles.
- the first circle forms the first recess 101 and the second circle forms the depression 102 for the second food or the second substance.
- a kink portion 112 is provided.
- Fig. 9C shows how the package 100 can be stored together with other packaging to save space. Furthermore, the packages can be stacked in the empty state.
- FIGS. 10A, 10B and 10C show a further packaging according to an embodiment of the invention.
- the two recesses 101 and 102 have in about triangular shape on.
- a tool can be stored if a further recess is provided in this area.
- Fig. 10C shows how the packaging 100 can be stored to save space. These packages can be stacked in the empty state.
- Figs. 11A, 11B; 11C, 11D and 11E show a packaging according to another embodiment of the invention.
- the two recesses 101 and 102 may be made of different materials.
- the depression 102 is made transparent or partially transparent (milky), whereas the other depression 101 is opaque.
- the packaging 100 is continuous, made in one piece, for example by injection molding or by deep-drawing.
- a plurality of creases or kinks 1101, 1102, 1103, 1104 are provided. At these fold lines, the package can be easily crushed or folded when emptied. In this way, the packaging can be disposed of to save space.
- Fig. 11D shows a cross-sectional view of a portion of the package 100 in the region of the bend line 1101. As in Fig. 11D can be seen, the packaging body 107 is narrowed in the region of the bending line 110, so that at this point the packaging can be easily pressed or kinked.
- Fig. 11E shows that the transparent embodiment of the depression 102 allows the user to recognize which food or substance is inside the depression 102. This can also be recognized when the packaging 100 is high on the shelf, for example, so that the user is unable to recognize the imprint on the cover of the packaging 104.
- Figure 12 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
- a tool such as a eating utensil (spoon, fork, knife, bar) or agitator is physically attached to the cover 104 such that upon proper opening of the cover along a preferred direction 1202, the tool will move. After this movement, the tool can be easily picked up by the user.
- the attachment of the tool can be done for example by welding the cover with at least one part 1201 of the tool. In this case, this welding step can be integrated into the process of welding the cover 104 to the packaging body 107. But also a gluing or attachment by means of mechanical click and snap closure is possible.
- Fig. 13 shows a second state of the package 100 Fig. 12 After the cover 104 has been properly opened by the application of force along a preferential direction 1202. Also for the execution of this movement are no further aids, such as a spring mechanism or the like required.
- Figure 14 shows a further illustration of a package according to another embodiment of the present invention.
- a cover 104 is shown.
- the preferred direction 1202 indicates how the cover should be removed from the packaging body 107 underneath, so that the tool 103 moves out of the packaging together with the cover.
- the part of the tool 1201, which is firmly connected to the cover, for example by welding, here lies by way of example planar on the packaging body. A tight seal is still guaranteed.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of packaging. In particular, the invention relates to packaging for fabrics, the use of such packages for storing a dairy product, and a method of making such packages.
Food packaging (packaging), in particular food packaging for dairy products such as yoghurt, pudding, rice pudding and other liquid or perishable foods, often has a peelable cover, also called packaging aid. This removable cover makes it possible to access the food without the use of other aids.
However, such packages usually do not have a corresponding eating utensil with which the food can be consumed. If a food tool is provided in the packaging, it is often difficult to remove from the packaging, for example because it is trapped or glued there.
Furthermore, it is usually not visible from the outside, what is in the package, if no corresponding imprint on the outside of the package is provided.
It is an object of the invention to provide an improved packaging for fabrics.
It is packaging for substances, a use of such packaging for storing substances and a method for producing such packaging according to the features of the independent claims specified. Further developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
The described embodiments relate equally to the packaging, the use and the method.
According to one embodiment of the invention, a packaging for a fabric is provided, which has a first recess for storing a first material and a second recess for storing a tool. Furthermore, a cover for closing at least the second recess is provided, wherein the second recess is shaped such that the tool performs a movement when the cover is removed with proper use of the package.
For example, if the cover is pulled off the package, lifted off or otherwise removed, the tool is released upwards and can perform a movement. For example, a certain part of the tool moves towards the user, so that the tool can be removed more easily. In this way, for example, a widening of the recess for the tool, which allows to insert a finger next to the tool for removal of the tool, can be dispensed with. As a result, the removal of the tool is simplified and saves space, since no broadening of the recess is required.
The cover can either cover only the recess for the tool, or even more depressions for the food. In other words, a plurality of covers may be provided, one of which covers the tool and one others the substance (s). This allows the tool to be removed without exposing the materials.
To carry out the movement of the tool no further aids, such as a spring mechanism or the like are required.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the first substance is a food and the tool is a food tool.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the first substance is selected from the group consisting of liquid, solid, paint, varnish, solvent, detergent, adhesive, binder, hardener, resin, acid, base, disinfectant, pharmaceutical, medicinal substance Treatment and substance for therapeutic treatment. Furthermore, the tool is selected from the group consisting of stirrer, brush, roller, spatula, forceps, Spartel, wire, brush, file, saw, scissors, knife, tweezers, Scalpel, syringe and pipette.
This can be realized for a user of the packaging, such as a modeler, a craftsman or a doctor, an improved provision of work materials. For example, both components may be provided for two component adhesives and a required stirring device. The easy removal of the stirring device is particularly advantageous. But also the mixing of a disinfectant with a plaster, with simultaneous emergence of tweezers from the packaging is possible. To transport the patch then the tweezers can be used. Thus, for example, a higher standard of hygiene can be realized.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the movement which the tool performs after the removal of the cover is in order a tilting movement. This tilting movement is caused by gravity and causes part of the tool to move out of the package.
For example, the second recess has a protrusion for supporting the tool adjacent a center of gravity of the tool, the removal of the cover resulting in a downward movement of a heavier part of the tool towards a bottom of the recess.
In other words, the tool is mounted next to its center of gravity and is held by the cover when the cover is closed, so that the tilting movement is prevented. After removing the cover, the tool can move like a beam balance or a swing to find a new state of equilibrium. In this case, the handle of the tool comes up while the bucket body, the blade or the tines of the fork move down (because this side of the tool is heavier than the other side).
After performing the tilting movement, the tool can be removed without the user having to reach into the packaging.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the tool is a spoon, a fork, a knife or a rod. It can also be provided several tools, such as a knife and a fork, or a knife, a fork and a spoon, which are housed in the same recess or in their own recesses. Furthermore, the term eating utensil is to be understood as any mechanical device which is suitable for transporting food or for the function of food intake.
Auf dieseAccording to a further embodiment of the invention, the cover is designed for hygienic sealing of at least the second recess. To this
This can prevent the tool from being contaminated before it is removed.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a third recess for storing a second material is provided.
The first and second substances may be food or liquids. For example, yoghurt can be stored in one depression, with a corresponding muesli being stored in the other depression. Also, one sauce may be stored in one well, whereas, for example, sausage pieces are stored in the other well. But any other combination of food is possible.
Furthermore, any other liquid or solid substance can be stored in one of the two wells. In particular, paints, lacquers, solvents, cleaning agents, adhesives, binders, hardeners, resins, acids, bases, disinfectants, pharmaceutical substances, substances for medical treatment and substance for therapeutic treatment are possible substances.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the packaging is designed to bend or buckle between the first and the third recess, so that the two substances can be mixed together without additional aids.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the packaging is designed for nesting before filling the packaging with the substances. In other words, a plurality of empty packages can be nested or stacked in order to save storage space in this way. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the recesses are made in different transparency. In this case, any combination of the states is completely transparent, partially transparent and completely untransparent or completely opaque in both wells possible.
For example, the first recess may be opaque and the second recess may be at least partially transparent. The transparent embodiment of the second recess also allows the user to recognize from the side that there is a tool in the second recess. Due to the opaque execution of the first recess, however, the content can be protected from direct sunlight. In the case of stored milk products, for example, this can counteract a chemical reaction induced by external radiation.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the recesses are made in different materials.
By using two different materials, a further degree of freedom is given in determining the bending properties of the packaging. For example, the point at which material breaks or flexes at a kink may be better defined by the use of two materials. This can increase the ease of use of the packaging.
The two recesses are thus formed of partially different materials. As a result of this multicomponent embodiment of the packaging, the different depressions can have different properties. For example, the depressions may have different elasticity, stability or transparency. Thus, in certain embodiments, it may be beneficial if the recess for supporting the tool is transparent and relatively easy to deform, whereas the material for the first and third recess for Storage of substances is opaque and inflexible. Due to the easy deformability of the material of the second recess, the removal of the spoon can be facilitated, whereas the fabrics are optimally protected.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the packaging is produced in an injection molding process or a deep drawing process.
Injection molding (often colloquially referred to as injection molding or injection molding) is a primary molding process, which is mainly used in plastics processing. With this method, economically directly usable moldings can be produced in large quantities. For this purpose, the respective material, usually plastic, is plasticized in an injection unit with an injection molding machine and injected into an injection mold. The cavity, the cavity, of the tool determines the shape and the surface structure of the finished part. Today, parts of a few tenths of a gram can be produced in the double-digit kilogram range.
With injection molding, packaging can be produced with high accuracy in a short time. The surface of the component can be chosen almost freely. In particular, smooth surfaces for optical applications, notches for touch-friendly areas, patterns and engravings could also be found.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the packaging is produced in a deep-drawing process. Also in this case, a two-component design of the packaging is possible by the output film or the output plate is composed of two components.
Tiefziehen ist das Zugdruckumformen eines Zuschnitts (auch Folie, Platte, Tafel oder Platine genannt) in einen einseitig offenen Hohlkörper oder eines vorgezogenenDeep drawing is the Zugdruckumformen a blank (also called film, plate, board or board) in a one-sided open hollow body or a preferred
Hollow body in such a smaller cross section without deliberate change in thickness.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the packaging further has a kink in at least the first recess or the second recess for reducing the volume of the packaging upon disposal of the emptied packaging.
It can also be provided more kinks. Once the packaging has been emptied, the depressions can be pressed in accordingly, which is facilitated by the kinks.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, a packaging for fabrics is provided, which has a first recess for storing a first material, a second recess for storing a tool or for storing a second material and a cover for closing at least the second recess, wherein the recesses are executed in different optical transparency.
The term optical transparency refers to the entire electromagnetic spectrum. Furthermore, the depressions can also be designed with regard to odors in different transparency.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, this packaging is produced in an injection molding process or in a deep-drawing process.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the second recess is shaped such that the tool performs a movement when the cover is removed with proper use of the package.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the use of a packaging for storing a milk product described above is indicated.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the use of a package for storing a substance is selected from the group consisting of liquid, solid, paint, lacquer, solvent, detergent, adhesive, binder, hardener, resin, acid, base, disinfectant, pharmaceutical Substance, substance for medical treatment and substance indicated for therapeutic treatment.
According to a further exemplary embodiment of the invention, a method for producing a packaging for materials is stated, in which a first recess for storing a first material is produced and in which a second recess for storing a tool is produced. The second recess is shaped such that the tool performs a movement when a cover of the second recess is removed with proper use of the package.
