An jedem Ventil 2a-2e sind außerdem zwei Arbeitsanschlüsse A und B stirnseitig angeordnet. Über die Arbeitsanschlüsse A und B können - nicht weiter dargestellte - Druckmittelleitungen angeschlossen werden, um Aktuatoren, wie Druckmittelzylinder, mit Arbeitsdruck zu versorgen. Der Druckluftfluss zwischen den Anschlüssen wird hier durch einen innerhalb jedes Ventils 2a-2e angeordneten Ventilschieber gesteuert. Der Ventilschieber wird nach Maßgabe einer Vorsteuerung über die Pilotventile 3a-3e mit Steuerdruck versorgt. Das Schaltverhalten des Ventils 2a-2e lässt sich über einen ebenfalls hierin integrierten Drucksensor 6 ermitteln und elektrisch an die Steuereinheit 4 rückmelden.The supply of the

Seitens der Pilotventile 3a-3e sind jeweils Dekodierchips zum Umwandeln der seriellen Ansteuersignale in parallele Signale zur Betätigung der hierin integrierten Magnetventile vorgesehen. Über die elektrisch leitende, durchgeschleifte Kunststoffader 7 erfolgt gleichzeitig auch die Stromversorgung der Magnetspulen der Pilotventile 3a-3e. Die elektrisch leitende Kunststoffader 7 ist von einem diesen umgebenden elektrisch nicht-leitfähigen Gehäusekunststoff umspritzt, welcher in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ein einstückiges Gehäuse 8 der einzelnen fluidischen und elektrischen Anschlussplatten 5 bildet.
