Abstract
Description
The following invention relates to a fastening system for luminaires, in particular for attachment to a support ceiling and between a support ceiling and a ceiling panel.
From the prior art fastening systems for luminaires between supporting ceilings and ceiling panels are already known. These are used when substructures such as stretch ceilings are installed under load-bearing raw ceilings or other ceiling constructions that have load-bearing properties. Such stretch ceilings can be made of polymeric materials and often have a thickness of only a few tenths of a millimeter. The materials are advantageously elastic, so that they can be stretched. Thus, the actual cover is suspended or clad. The attachment of such stretch ceiling or ceiling substructures is known in the art.
In this respect, there is still the need to provide an improved fastening device for luminaires for placement on flexible stretch ceilings.
Based on this prior art, the present invention seeks to provide an improved fastening system for lights, which are arranged on a ceiling panel below a support ceiling. These The object is achieved by a fastening system for luminaires with the features of
A first embodiment of the invention relates to a fastening system for luminaires, wherein the fastening system is adapted to be arranged on a support element and between the support element and a ceiling panel, so that the luminaire extends through the ceiling panel into a space to be illuminated. For this purpose, a system of two holders is provided, wherein the first holder is coupled to the second holder such that the lamp is held in the horizontal direction floating and at the same time advantageously height-adjustable. This is therefore particularly advantageous since resulting material changes the ceiling panel, which loses, for example, to clamping force and comes to hang lower or has due to humidity vaults can be compensated. This makes it possible for loads to be buffered by otherwise occurring stresses or friction or pressure on the ceiling trim and consequential damage can be avoided.
A further embodiment relates to the fact that the holder, which is arranged directly on the support element, may be an adjustable edge profile system, which is advantageously provided by two profile elements which already form a height-adjustable element in themselves. This advantageously provides a system which opens up a second possibility for adjusting the overall height, as it were a coarse adjustment for the height of the lights pointing into the room. By the connection of the second holding element, which directly adjoins the ceiling panel and opens out of this, by means of a screw on the first, arranged on the support member retaining element there is still the possibility of fine adjustment, so that advantageously small bumps of the ceiling or ceiling cover can be compensated, in addition to the solution provided by the edge profile system solution of an overall height change of the fastening system.
Further exemplary embodiments relate to the luminaire arranged in the fastening system being a recessed spotlight or a surface-mounted spotlight.
A still further embodiment relates to the fact that arranged on the support member holding device is a hat profile, which is particularly advantageous in the simplest and most cost-effective manner.
These and other embodiments and advantages will become apparent from the following description and the accompanying drawings.
The reference to the figures in the description is to support the description. Articles or parts of objects which are substantially the same or similar may be given the same reference numerals. The figures are merely a schematic representation of an embodiment of the invention.
The device according to the invention is a fastening system for luminaires, wherein luminaires are understood below to be the types of luminaires which are suitable for being arranged on horizontal supporting elements. These include recessed luminaires, such as recessed spotlights, surface-mounted spotlights, but also holders for arrangements of several light sources, such as LEDs.
In the present case, a load-bearing element is understood to be a load-bearing structure or a load-bearing cover of a building or another structure, such as a tent which has a fixed ceiling construction which does not necessarily have to be continuous or have a closed wing. Support elements such as ceilings or other supporting structures are then understood as a supporting element, if they are suitable to carry the fastening system according to the invention and a ceiling substructure, respectively a ceiling panel, safely.
A ceiling cladding, as it should be understood in this case, can be a stretch ceiling made of an at least partially flexible material, with a thickness of a few tenths of millimeters, to over one centimeter, depending on how large the area to be covered. Such stretch ceilings are known in the art. Of course, the fastening system according to the invention is basically also suitable to be arranged on non-elastic ceiling panels.
The fastening system according to the invention brings, as explained below, by its inherent property such as height displacement, the advantage of being able to be used repeatedly at different ceiling heights, possibly in the application of only temporarily used ceiling panels, as used in exhibition stands, or for the case that, for example, for decorative purposes, the ceiling panel is only temporary and should be changed if necessary.
The fastening system according to the invention for luminaires, which is to be fastened to a support element, respectively a support ceiling, and is thus positioned between a support ceiling and the ceiling panel, that held by the system light completely or at least partially by a in the stretch ceiling provided opening extends in a space to be illuminated, consists essentially of two mutually coupled brackets, of which the lower is coupled to the upper by floating connections and height-displaceable. For this purpose, a fixed support is basically provided, which is fixed to the support member, and which has a flat portion which is spaced from the support ceiling and which has an opening facing away from the ceiling downwards. Furthermore, a first plate element is required whose base area: is greater than the base area of the opening which is provided in the flat portion of the holder. This first plate element rests on a side of the opening facing the carrier blanket. A second plate element is arranged as a counter plate under this opening on the first holder, it is fastened by means of a fastening element, which advantageously has an internal thread, with such a distance to the second plate member, that the plate elements now arranged parallel to each other move freely in the opening can.
Due to the larger base area and a corresponding shape, the upper plate element securely stores over the opening and allows a floating movement of the two plate elements coupled together. Under this first holder, a second holder is arranged and by means of a threaded pin which extends from the second holder vertically upwards and which is in operative connection with the internal thread of the fastening element which connects the two plate members together, attached. This second holder fulfills the function to produce a spacing of the light source to the support ceiling, and to ensure the spacing between ceiling panel, respectively stretch ceiling and cover. The light source can now be introduced from below into the second holder. If it is desired to vary the spacing of the lamp receiving bracket to the deck, this can be achieved by rotating the screw in the fastener which holds the two panel members. Advantageously, the two plate elements can be fastened together by a rivet with internal thread.
A large number of these mounting systems for luminaires creates a large ceiling panel surface with luminaires. The fact that the ambient conditions such as humidity and temperature change and also the bulbs give off heat, the ceiling panel may change in terms of their elasticity or strength, the change will not be uniform in all places. Such material changes result in conventional systems Stress in some places of the ceiling panel, especially if it is an elastic stretch ceiling. Tensions and pressure build up, cracks can occur in the ceiling. By the fastening system according to the invention such voltages are buffered by the horizontal floating mounting of the holder for the lamp. Further, adjustments can be made by the use of the screw in the vertical direction, too, so as to leave no load stresses acting on the ceiling panel.
