Claims (9)

  1. Cylindre de serrure (1), comprenant un corps de serrure ou stator (2) dans lequel est placé un rotor (3), monté dans le stator (2) de manière à pouvoir tourner, comportant un passage (4) pour introduire une clé (5), et d'un des côtés du passage de clé (4), respectivement dans le rotor (3) et le stator (2) sont réalisées des ouvertures coaxiales (35) et (36), dans lesquelles sont axialement positionnées respectivement les principales goupilles du rotor (6) et goupilles du stator (7), se trouvant sous la pression de ressorts (8), tandis que dans le rotor (3), de l'autre coté du passage de clé (4), du côté opposé et aligné avec les principales goupilles du rotor (6) dans un orifice correspondant (37) se trouve au moins un mécanisme de goupille supplémentaire (9), qui comprend une goupille poussoir (10), placée sous l'action d'un ressort (11) et se montrant dans le passage de clé (4), un cylindre de serrure, caractérisé en ce que, dans le rotor (3), après le mécanisme de goupille supplémentaire (9) dans les plans, perpendiculaires de l'axe de travail et parallèles au plan passant par l'axe du mécanisme de goupille supplémentaire (9), sont formées des cavités de rotor (15), dans lesquelles sont positionnées des glissières profilées (16) et les glissières profilées (16) sont en forme de trapèze isocèle qui possède les mêmes saillies latérales (17), utilisées pour le blocage dans les cavités correspondantes du stator (18) et (19), conçues longitudinalement dans le stator (2), et aussi au moins une saillie (20) située sur un emplacement choisi sur la base plus longue du trapèze et cette même saillie (20) se montre dans le passage de clé (4), et de plus radialement dans le rotor (3), sur les côtés du passage de clé (4), dans des plans, formant un angle aigu avec le plan du passage de clé (4), sont formées des ouvertures latérales de rotor (13), dans lesquelles sont placées respectivement des goupilles latérales de rotor (14), de même que dans la partie intérieure du stator (2) sont usinées deux rainures longitudinales (38) et (39) avec une configuration correspondante à celle des goupilles latérales du rotor (14).
  2. Cylindre de serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, la goupille poussoir (10) du mécanisme de goupille supplémentaire (9) et la principale goupille du rotor du côté opposé (6) sont fabriquées en métal trempé.
  3. Une clé (5) pour cylindre de serrure (1), selon la revendication 1, constituée d'un anneau (34), d'un panneton allongé (23), situé le long de l'axe de travail et déterminant une première (24) et une deuxième (25) larges et plates surfaces opposées, reliées par des surfaces latérales plus étroites (26), et sur la première large surface (24), d'un côté de l'axe de travail et parallèlement à elle-même sont réalisés des canaux de guidage longitudinaux (27) et (27a), alors que sur la seconde large surface (25) les mêmes canaux (27) et (27a) sont symétriquement formées de l'autre côté de l'axe de travail et parallèlement à elle-même et entre les canaux de guidage (27) et (27a) et dans les deux surfaces en ligne droite est formée la principale combinaison de gorge (32), et dans le panneton allongé (23) il y a des éléments mobiles intégrés (12), clé (5), caractérisé en ce que, dans le panneton allongé (23) immédiatement à côté de l'anneau (34) est réalisée au moins une paire d'ouvertures rectangulaires de passage (28), situées symétriquement des deux côtés de l'axe de travail, et cette dernière est parallèle aux axes longitudinaux des ouvertures (28), de sorte que dans chacune d'elles sur une tige de clé commune (29), sont montés des éléments mobiles (12), tandis que sur la première (24) et la seconde (25) large surface plate de la clé (5), en face des canaux de guidage longitudinaux (27) et (27a), mais de l'autre côté de l'axe de travail est réalisé longitudinalement au moins un canal ondulé (21), relativement profond, ouvert sur l'extérieur et élargi du côté de la pointe de la clé (5) de même que sur les deux surfaces étroites latérales opposées (26) est formée une combinaison de gorge latérale (33), de telle façon que la clé (5) puisse être utilisée dans n'importe laquelle des deux positions, tournées à 180° l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  4. Une clé pour cylindre de serrure, selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, la tige de clé commune (29) est fixée dans le corps de la clé (5), et placée dans une ouverture transversale de clé (30), qui passe par la paire d'ouvertures rectangulaires de passage (28), transversalement à l'axe de travail.
  5. Clé, selon la revendication 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que, les éléments mobiles (12) possèdent un corps en forme de tonneau avec une ouverture centrale (31), par laquelle passe la tige de clé commune (29) tandis que les éléments mobiles (12) réalisent une rotation libre autour de la tige de clé commune (29) et ont un diamètre extérieur maximal qui est plus grand que l'épaisseur (d) de la clé (5) et plus petit que 1,5d, tandis que leur diamètre intérieur minimal est plus grand que celui de la tige de clé commune (29).
  6. Une ébauche (22) de clé (5), selon la revendication 3, correspondant au cylindre de serrure (1), selon la revendication 1, constituée d'un anneau (34), d'un panneton allongé (23), situé le long de l'axe de travail et déterminant une première (24) et une deuxième (25) larges et plates surfaces opposées, reliées par des surfaces latérales plus étroites (26), et sur la première large surface (24) d'un côté de l'axe de travail et parallèlement à elle-même sont réalisés des canaux de guidage longitudinaux (27) et (27a), alors que sur la seconde large surface (25) les mêmes canaux (27) et (27a) sont symétriquement formées de l'autre côté de l'axe de travail et parallèlement à elle-même et dans le panneton allongé (23) il y a des éléments mobiles intégrés (12), une ébauche (22), caractérisé en ce que, dans le panneton allongé (23), immédiatement à côté de l'anneau (34) est réalisée au moins une paire d'ouvertures rectangulaires de passage (28), situées symétriquement des deux côtés de l'axe de travail, et cette dernière est parallèle aux axes longitudinaux des ouvertures (28), de sorte que dans chacune d'elles sur une tige de clé commune (29), sont montés des éléments mobiles (12), tandis que sur la première (24) et la seconde (25) large surface plate opposées de l'ébauche (22), en face des canaux de guidage longitudinaux (27) et (27a), mais de l'autre côté de l'axe de travail est réalisé longitudinalement au moins un canal ondulé (21), relativement profond, ouvert sur l'extérieur et élargi du côté de la pointe de l'ébauche (22) de sorte qu'à partir de l'ébauche (22) peut être réalisée une clé (5), qui peut être utilisée dans n'importe laquelle des deux positions, tournées à 180° l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  7. Une ébauche, selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, la tige de clé commune (29) est fixée dans le corps de l'ébauche (22), et placée dans une ouverture transversale de clé (30), qui passe par la paire d'ouvertures rectangulaires de passage (28), transversalement à l'axe de travail.

Une ébauche, selon la revendication 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que, les éléments mobiles (12) possèdent un corps en forme de tonneau avec une ouverture centrale (31), par laquelle passe la tige de clé commune (29) tandis que les éléments mobiles (12) réalisent une rotation libre autour de la tige de clé commune (29) et ont un diamètre extérieur maximal qui est plus grand que l'épaisseur (d) de l'ébauche (22) et plus petit que 1,5d, tandis que leur diamètre intérieur minimal est plus grand que celui de la tige de clé commune (29).
  9. Une combinaison de cylindre de serrure (1) et de sa clé respective (5), selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'introduction d'une clé (5) dans le passage de clé (4) au moins un élément mobile (12) intégré dans la clé (5) se trouve centré entre au moins un mécanisme de goupille supplémentaire (9) et en face de sa principale goupille de rotor (6), tandis que chaque glissière profilée (16) se trouve bloquée par sa saillie (20) dans une position prédéterminée dans au moins un canal ondulé (21), formé sur la clé (5), tandis que toutes les glissières profilées (16) se trouvent dans le rotor (3) simultanément avec toutes les principales goupilles de rotor (6) et toutes les goupilles latérales de rotor (14).
