Diese Mittel weisen bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel an jedem der Tragseile eine Vorrichtung auf, die in Fig. 1 rein schematisch dargestellt und mit dem Bezugszeichen 12 versehen ist. Die Vorrichtung 12 ist dem Tragseil 6 zugeordnet.
