Definitions
- the invention relates to a guide shoe for a shearer loader, in particular for a shearer loader drive assembly, with at least one base wall, with a base-wall-side guide lug for reaching under a drive block of a drive assembly and with a guide surface for engaging behind the drive block.
- the invention also relates to wear inserts for corresponding guide shoes for shearer or shearer loader drive assemblies.
- both the wear of the drive gear of the shearer loader drive assembly and the guide shoe are relatively high and it is required at regular intervals, the guide shoes and / or Replacing drive gear.
- the drive gear is bolted to a transmission gear.
- the gear can, after disassembly of a cover of a housing base plate of the drive assembly opposite lid, be dismantled together with a bearing tube and the bearings for the drive gear.
- the guide shoe comprises a specially designed hook attachment, or the like, a lower guide rail of a rack. both under and covered.
- the installation effort and retooling is relatively high in this solution, since when repairing the drive gear from a drive gear, gear, bearings and bearing shaft assembly must be removed.
- the hook attachment which under- and underlines the guide strip on the headstock with a V-shaped section, is interchangeably bolted to the housing base plate. From the DE 25 52 085 As the closest prior art, a guide shoe for a roller loader is known.
- the object of the invention is to provide a guide shoe for a shearer or a Walzenladerantriebsbauenstein that allows even shorter downtime for wear-related repairs to the shearer loader drive assembly and its susceptibility to wear is reduced by design.
- a guide shoe according to the invention in that the guide projection and the guide surface are formed on wear inserts that are movable and preferably also interchangeable fastened or attached to the guide shoe. Due to the movable arrangement of the wear inserts, the running behavior of the guide lugs and guide surfaces on the drive block compared to the known solutions can be significantly improved again.
- the guide shoe itself pivotable about an axis which is substantially horizontal or coincident with the bearing axis of the drive gear on the roller loader drive assembly or the machine body
- the movable, all guide areas in particular Adjusting the guide lug and the guide surface wear inserts even better adapt to an angled course of the drive block of the drive train assembly, so that even a large distance between two guide shoes with which a shearer roller is guided on the drive train, not blocking or clamping between the guide shoe and drive assembly and thus increased wear of the guide portions of the guide shoe leads.
- the wear inserts can adapt to bends between two consecutive racks of a truss. It is particularly advantageous if the movable wear inserts, which have at least the guide projection and the guide surface, and thus the largest wear on the guide shoe underlying partial surfaces, are interchangeable, as this allows preferably only these "wear surfaces" of other, especially more wear-resistant material the remaining areas of the guide shoe need to be made. In addition, only the wear inserts must be replaced during maintenance or repair, while the guide shoe may otherwise remain in its mounting position. The downtime can already be significantly reduced by this measure.
- the combination of interchangeable and movable wear inserts on the guide shoe forms the particularly preferred embodiment according to the invention.
- the guide shoe in addition to the base wall with the base-wall-side guide lug for grasping a drive block assembly on the base wall opposite and rigidly connected to this counter wall, on the side of the guide surface is arranged for engaging behind the drive assembly, preferably in the base wall and the counter wall Through openings for engagement and penetration of a bearing pin for pivotally supporting and supporting the guide shoe are formed on the shearer loader drive assembly.
- the wear inserts are removably received down in the guide shoe, so that at a maintenance interval, the replacement of the wear inserts can be made not only in the area of the long-distance transition, but in principle at any position along the strut or the triebstocks. Again, it is sufficient in turn to dismantle a rack of the drive train arrangement at short notice, and then remove the wear inserts down.
- the wear inserts used in the recordings are pivotable about a pivot axis, wherein preferably the pivot axis is aligned perpendicular to the axis of the bearing pin, with which in the particularly preferred embodiment of the guide shoe on the roller loader drive assembly is pivotally mounted and supported.
- each guide shoe has a length of, for example, about one meter, and thus a length corresponding to about half to one third of a rack pole, is particularly advantageous when each guide shoe has two spaced apart receptacles for each wear insert, so that in each guide shoe two movable and spaced wear inserts can be added. The distance between the two movable wear inserts can then still be about 65% to 85% of the total length of the guide shoe.
- the shots formed for the wear inserts on both sides of the through openings to allow the smoothest possible running of the guide shoes and thus the shearer loader on the drive train assembly and also to burden both wear inserts substantially uniformly depending on the direction of travel of the shearer.
- a pivot pin By forming a pivot pin on the wear inserts, the mobility of the wear inserts can be achieved in the assembled state in the guide shoes in a relatively simple manner. It is particularly advantageous if the base wall and the opposite wall of the guide shoe are connected to each other via two spaced apart transverse webs, each transverse web has a bearing receptacle for the pivot pin of a wear insert.
- pivotal support of the wear insert can be achieved.
- the wear insert receives an approximately J-shaped cross-section as a whole, wherein the center leg of the pivot pin is formed on one of the middle limbs, preferably on the limb directly adjoining the outer, the guide surface having legs.
- the inner sides of the legs of the wear insert are hardened, in particular flame-hardened or provided with an armored or welded-on wear layer.
- the rear wall of the base-wall-side leg and the back of the counter-wall-side leg are advantageously formed arcuate arcuate.
- the recordings for the wear inserts a trough-shaped depression in the base wall and a trough-shaped depression in the opposite wall, which are formed concentrically to the pivot axis to support the wear inserts safely in the recordings and next to the exchange or the removal down only the pivoting to allow as a degree of freedom.
- the wear inserts may be associated with pivot limiting means which preferably limit the maximum pivotal movement of each wear insert to ⁇ 10 °, preferably ⁇ 6 °.
- the wear inserts can be arranged in both receptacles Schwenkbegrenzungsangn, which are advantageously welded to the underside of the transverse webs.
- they may have two wedge-shaped diverging wedge surfaces on one side, which form contact surfaces for the end faces of the wear inserts in the assembled state, depending on the pivoting either the one wedge surface or the other wedge surface forms the stop ,
- each wear insert should be interchangeable fixed by means of a suitable securing means in the receptacle.
- the securing means may cooperate positively with the pivot pin, for which purpose preferably the pivot pin on the circumference has a circumferential groove into which the securing means engages positively.
- the securing means can then be formed for example by two U-shaped brackets, by a screw or by two screws which engage with their shank or tip in the groove and thus prevent vertical removal of the wear inserts from the recordings, but at the same time a pivoting movement allow.
- the securing means could also form the pivot limiting means at the same time.
- a longitudinal groove is formed in the rear wall of the base-wall-side leg of the wear insert.
- a recess associated with each receptacle for a wear insert is expediently formed in the base wall, into which a retaining piece engaging in the longitudinal groove is inserted or used as securing means for the wear insert.
- the longitudinal groove is preferably formed in the arcuately curved back or rear wall of the corresponding leg of the wear insert. Again, the holding piece could also form or support the Schwenkbegrenzungsstoff.
- Each holding piece may expediently have a base plate with through-holes for fastening screws and a locking tongue, which in the assembled state engages in the longitudinal groove on the wear insert and assumes the locking in the vertical direction transversely to the pivoting direction, but allows pivoting. Laterally of the recess can be formed in the base wall of the guide shoe Einschraublöcher for securing the retaining piece. The locking of the holding piece can then be done by means of strong screws.
- the opposite legs of the wear insert in particular those legs which rest in the mounted state on the front and the back of the drive block, are provided at their edge regions with bevels, wherein the angle of the bevel is preferably about 10 °.
- the corresponding chamfers can additionally improve the running behavior of the wear inserts and thus of the guide shoes, since they can cause an advance direction of the movable wear inserts on the alignment of the drive block.
- wear inserts for guide shoes for shearer or shearer loader drive assemblies which are characterized in that they have a pivot pin with which they are in a bearing receptacle on the guide shoe exchangeable and movable in the assembled state, in particular pivotable about a vertical pivot axis are used.
- the wear inserts according to the invention can, as described in detail above, be formed.
- the mobility of the wear inserts preferably only temporarily or under certain conditions of use or operating, be prevented or prevented.
- the setting of the wear inserts can be done by clamping by means of securing means, by means of inserts or by attachment of spacers.
- the setting of the pivoting mobility can also be achieved by modifying the securing means by using securing means which not only retain the wear inserts interchangeable in the receptacle but at the same time prevent the pivoting movement.
- clamping bars e.g. instead of the Schenkbegrenzungsangn be arranged, especially welded to the underside of the transverse webs or be detachably screwed, which preferably prevent the pivoting movement by positive engagement with the wear inserts.
- a guide shoe for a shearer loader in particular for a shearer loader drive assembly, with at least one base wall, with a base-wall-side guide lug for reaching under a drive block of a drive block assembly and with a guide surface for engaging behind the drive block by the guide lug and the guide surface are formed on wear inserts that are interchangeably attached to the guide shoe or fastened, but no pivoting mobility exists or the pivoting mobility is fixed or prevented.

In underground mining shale loader, which are used in mining operations in particular for the mining of coal, moved along an advanceable in the direction of mining conveyor, in addition to guide rails for the shearer loader usually formed by racks or a chain drive block, in which the drive gear of a drive assembly of the Surrounds conveyor like a portal with its machine body cross shearer from above. By motor driving the drive gear then the shearer can be moved along the drive train assembly. In order to ensure the secure engagement of the toothing of the drive gear in the drive stick formed by the chain or the racks, the drive assembly is guided by means of at least one guide element or guide shoe on the rack. Due to the high weight of the shearer and due to rocks or the like., Which can enforce the drive train arrangement, both the wear of the drive gear of the shearer loader drive assembly and the guide shoe are relatively high and it is required at regular intervals, the guide shoes and / or Replacing drive gear.

The object of the invention is to provide a guide shoe for a shearer or a Walzenladerantriebsbaugruppe that allows even shorter downtime for wear-related repairs to the shearer loader drive assembly and its susceptibility to wear is reduced by design.
These and other objects are achieved for a guide shoe according to the invention in that the guide projection and the guide surface are formed on wear inserts that are movable and preferably also interchangeable fastened or attached to the guide shoe. Due to the movable arrangement of the wear inserts, the running behavior of the guide lugs and guide surfaces on the drive block compared to the known solutions can be significantly improved again. Whereas in the prior art it has hitherto only been proposed to arrange the guide shoe itself pivotable about an axis which is substantially horizontal or coincident with the bearing axis of the drive gear on the roller loader drive assembly or the machine body, in the solution according to the invention the movable, all guide areas, in particular Adjusting the guide lug and the guide surface wear inserts even better adapt to an angled course of the drive block of the drive train assembly, so that even a large distance between two guide shoes with which a shearer roller is guided on the drive train, not blocking or clamping between the guide shoe and drive assembly and thus increased wear of the guide portions of the guide shoe leads. But even in the field of a guide shoe running behavior and susceptibility to wear are improved because the wear inserts can adapt to bends between two consecutive racks of a truss. The combination of interchangeable and movable wear inserts on the guide shoe forms the particularly preferred embodiment according to the invention. Due to the interchangeable arrangement of the wear inserts on the guide shoes overall, the production and maintenance costs for the guide shoes can be reduced, since on the one hand there are lower demands on the material for the guide shoes and on the other an exchange only the actually more subject to wear wear inserts are replaced.
In the particularly preferred embodiment, the guide shoe in addition to the base wall with the base-wall-side guide lug for grasping a drive block assembly on the base wall opposite and rigidly connected to this counter wall, on the side of the guide surface is arranged for engaging behind the drive assembly, preferably in the base wall and the counter wall Through openings for engagement and penetration of a bearing pin for pivotally supporting and supporting the guide shoe are formed on the shearer loader drive assembly.
It is particularly advantageous if the wear inserts are removably received down in the guide shoe, so that at a maintenance interval, the replacement of the wear inserts can be made not only in the area of the long-distance transition, but in principle at any position along the strut or the triebstocks. Again, it is sufficient in turn to dismantle a rack of the drive train arrangement at short notice, and then remove the wear inserts down.
In the particularly preferred embodiment, the wear inserts used in the recordings are pivotable about a pivot axis, wherein preferably the pivot axis is aligned perpendicular to the axis of the bearing pin, with which in the particularly preferred embodiment of the guide shoe on the roller loader drive assembly is pivotally mounted and supported. Since each guide shoe has a length of, for example, about one meter, and thus a length corresponding to about half to one third of a rack pole, is particularly advantageous when each guide shoe has two spaced apart receptacles for each wear insert, so that in each guide shoe two movable and spaced wear inserts can be added. The distance between the two movable wear inserts can then still be about 65% to 85% of the total length of the guide shoe. Appropriately, the shots formed for the wear inserts on both sides of the through openings to allow the smoothest possible running of the guide shoes and thus the shearer loader on the drive train assembly and also to burden both wear inserts substantially uniformly depending on the direction of travel of the shearer.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the wear inserts on a rear side, preferably a rearwardly facing in the assembled state rear, formed with a pivot pin which is advantageously formed as an integral part of the wear insert and can be used in a running as part of the recording bearing receptacle for the pivot pin. By forming a pivot pin on the wear inserts, the mobility of the wear inserts can be achieved in the assembled state in the guide shoes in a relatively simple manner. It is particularly advantageous if the base wall and the opposite wall of the guide shoe are connected to each other via two spaced apart transverse webs, each transverse web has a bearing receptacle for the pivot pin of a wear insert. About a relatively strong trained pivot pin and a correspondingly adapted bearing support in the crossbar safe, pivotal support of the wear insert can be achieved.
In the particularly preferred embodiment, each wear insert on four legs arranged at right angles to each other, wherein each one of the outer leg forms the guide lug and the other outer leg forms the guide surface. As a result, the wear insert receives an approximately J-shaped cross-section as a whole, wherein the center leg of the pivot pin is formed on one of the middle limbs, preferably on the limb directly adjoining the outer, the guide surface having legs. In order to additionally reduce the wear of the wear inserts, it is particularly advantageous if the inner sides of the legs of the wear insert are hardened, in particular flame-hardened or provided with an armored or welded-on wear layer.
In order to improve the pivoting mobility of the wear inserts in the receptacles of the guide shoe, the rear wall of the base-wall-side leg and the back of the counter-wall-side leg are advantageously formed arcuate arcuate. Conveniently, then include the recordings for the wear inserts a trough-shaped depression in the base wall and a trough-shaped depression in the opposite wall, which are formed concentrically to the pivot axis to support the wear inserts safely in the recordings and next to the exchange or the removal down only the pivoting to allow as a degree of freedom. According to a preferred embodiment, the wear inserts may be associated with pivot limiting means which preferably limit the maximum pivotal movement of each wear insert to <10 °, preferably ≤ 6 °. According to an advantageous embodiment can be arranged in both receptacles Schwenkbegrenzungsleisten, which are advantageously welded to the underside of the transverse webs. In order to allow only a limited pivoting of the wear inserts with the swing limiting strips, they may have two wedge-shaped diverging wedge surfaces on one side, which form contact surfaces for the end faces of the wear inserts in the assembled state, depending on the pivoting either the one wedge surface or the other wedge surface forms the stop ,
In order to replace the wear inserts particularly easy and to replace them with other wear inserts, each wear insert should be interchangeable fixed by means of a suitable securing means in the receptacle. According to an alternative embodiment, the securing means may cooperate positively with the pivot pin, for which purpose preferably the pivot pin on the circumference has a circumferential groove into which the securing means engages positively. The securing means can then be formed for example by two U-shaped brackets, by a screw or by two screws which engage with their shank or tip in the groove and thus prevent vertical removal of the wear inserts from the recordings, but at the same time a pivoting movement allow. The securing means could also form the pivot limiting means at the same time.
According to an alternative, advantageous embodiment, a longitudinal groove is formed in the rear wall of the base-wall-side leg of the wear insert. Suitably to the longitudinal groove, a recess associated with each receptacle for a wear insert is expediently formed in the base wall, into which a retaining piece engaging in the longitudinal groove is inserted or used as securing means for the wear insert. It is understood that the longitudinal groove is preferably formed in the arcuately curved back or rear wall of the corresponding leg of the wear insert. Again, the holding piece could also form or support the Schwenkbegrenzungsmittel. Each holding piece may expediently have a base plate with through-holes for fastening screws and a locking tongue, which in the assembled state engages in the longitudinal groove on the wear insert and assumes the locking in the vertical direction transversely to the pivoting direction, but allows pivoting. Laterally of the recess can be formed in the base wall of the guide shoe Einschraublöcher for securing the retaining piece. The locking of the holding piece can then be done by means of strong screws.
Further advantageous is further, when the opposite legs of the wear insert, in particular those legs which rest in the mounted state on the front and the back of the drive block, are provided at their edge regions with bevels, wherein the angle of the bevel is preferably about 10 °. The corresponding chamfers can additionally improve the running behavior of the wear inserts and thus of the guide shoes, since they can cause an advance direction of the movable wear inserts on the alignment of the drive block.
The above object is achieved in particular by wear inserts for guide shoes for shearer or shearer loader drive assemblies, which are characterized in that they have a pivot pin with which they are in a bearing receptacle on the guide shoe exchangeable and movable in the assembled state, in particular pivotable about a vertical pivot axis are used. The wear inserts according to the invention can, as described in detail above, be formed.
According to a further alternative embodiment, the mobility of the wear inserts, preferably only temporarily or under certain conditions of use or operating, be prevented or prevented. The setting of the wear inserts can be done by clamping by means of securing means, by means of inserts or by attachment of spacers. The setting of the pivoting mobility can also be achieved by modifying the securing means by using securing means which not only retain the wear inserts interchangeable in the receptacle but at the same time prevent the pivoting movement. Further alternatively, clamping bars, e.g. instead of the Schenkbegrenzungsleisten be arranged, especially welded to the underside of the transverse webs or be detachably screwed, which preferably prevent the pivoting movement by positive engagement with the wear inserts.
The above object can therefore also be achieved in a guide shoe for a shearer loader, in particular for a shearer loader drive assembly, with at least one base wall, with a base-wall-side guide lug for reaching under a drive block of a drive block assembly and with a guide surface for engaging behind the drive block by the guide lug and the guide surface are formed on wear inserts that are interchangeably attached to the guide shoe or fastened, but no pivoting mobility exists or the pivoting mobility is fixed or prevented.

Those skilled in the art will recognize from the foregoing description numerous modifications and variations which are intended to be within the scope of the appended claims. In all embodiments, guide shoes are shown, which have a projecting beyond the base wall and the counter wall leg portion in which passage holes are formed for a bearing pin for the guide shoe. Such guide stock is the preferred Field of application of the invention. However, the inventive concept of movable or pivotable wear inserts, which form the only guide surface between the guide shoes and the drive train arrangements, can be used in all known constructions of shearer loader systems. Thus, the guide surface and the guide approach could also be formed in a common leg and are substantially only V-shaped angled to each other, as long as it is simultaneously ensured that they are retained as interchangeable wear inserts movable on the guide shoe. Finally, other mounting options and securing options as well as storage options for a pivotable recording of wear inserts in guide shoes can be seen by those skilled in the art. Under certain operating conditions, it may be advantageous not to allow the pivoting mobility of the wear inserts. In the scope of the claims are also embodiments and uses of the invention guide shoes or the wear inserts fall, in which the pivoting movement of the wear inserts is temporarily prevented, for example by clamping the wear inserts by appropriately trained securing means, inserts or attaching spacers between the swing limiting strips and the Wear inserts, replacement of the swing limit strips against terminal strips that prevent pivoting, or the like .. The advantage of easy interchangeability of the wear inserts is maintained and replaceable, non-pivoting wear inserts with the described structure and the described further design features are of independent inventive importance.
