- The method according to any one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the camera of each or each n-th print image carried out on the substrate web surface of the substrate web with the help of the inkjet printing device is captured by measurement.
- The method according to any one of the Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the immediate surroundings of the print image carried out on the substrate web surface of the substrate web with the help of the inkjet printing device is detected with the same camera.
- The method according to any one of the Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the immediate surroundings of the print image embodied with the help of the inkjet printing device is detected with a separate camera.
- The method according to any one of the Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that in the process transversely to the transport direction of the substrate web an actual position of the print image carried out on the substrate web surface of the substrate web with the help of the inkjet printing device is detected and compared with a corresponding set point position, and in that dependent on this comparison the inkjet printing device is repositioned transversely to the transport direction of the substrate web.
- The method according to any one of the Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that during the setting up the measurement image detected with the help of the camera is displayed and monitored by an operating person if the print image carried out by the inkjet printing device takes place in a desired position wherein in particular when this is the case the operating person turns the actual position into the set point position by inputting a command.
- The method according to any one of the Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the measurement image detected with the help of the camera is evaluated for the automatic print quality control or automatic defect recognition.
- The method according to Claim 9, characterized in that for this purpose the detected measurement image is evaluated with pattern recognition, in particular an OCR (optical character recognition) method, wherein by comparison of an actual value gained in the process with a set point value, print artefacts are detected.
