Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein löslicher Gießkern (17) zur Bildung eines Kühlkanals (8) in einem gießtechnisch hergestellten Kolben (1) mit einer Anformung (24) zur Bildung eines Ölzulaufes (9) des Kühlkanals (8) und mit einer Anformung (18) zur Bildung eines Ölablaufes (10) des Kühlkanals (8). Zur Verbesserung der mechanischen Festigkeit des Kolbens (1) ist die Anordnung der ersten (18) und der vierten Anformung (24) so gewählt ist, dass der von der vierten Anformung (24) gebildete Ölzulauf (9) und der von der ersten Anformung (18) gebildete erste Ölablauf (10) in jeweils einer anderen Nabenabstützung der Bolzennaben (6, 7) des Kolbens (1) zu liegen kommen. Zudem ist zwischen der ersten Anformung (18) und dem Ende des Gießkerns (17) eine dritte, in Umlaufrichtung liegende, länglich ausgebildete Anformung (20) angeordnet ist, die eine gegen Ende (21) des Gießkerns (17) hin konisch zulaufende Form hat, und von der ein gegen das Ende (13) des Kühlkanals (8) hin konisch zulaufender Fortsatz (14) des Kühlkanals (8) gebildet wird.
