Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Druckplattenwechselvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst. Die erfindungsgemäße Druckplattenwechselvorrichtung weist eine Einrichtung zur Aufnahme einer Druckplatte im Bereich des Druckwerks, an dessen Formzylinder ein Druckplattenwechsel auszuführen ist, und einen an Seitenwänden des Druckwerks gelagerten Schwenkarm auf, der mit Hilfe einer ebenfalls an den Seitenwänden des Druckwerks angreifenden Anlenkung zwischen mindestens drei Positionen verlagerbar ist, nämlich einer ersten Position, in welcher eine auf dem Formzylinder des Druckwerks zu positionierende Druckform an der Einrichtung zur Aufnahme einer Druckplatte einhängbar und in welcher eine in die Einrichtung eingehängte Druckplatte am Schwenkarm klemmbar ist, und einer zweiten Position, in welcher eine am Schwenkarm geklemmte Druckplatte dem Formzylinder des Druckwerks zuführbar ist, sowie einer zwischen der ersten Position und der zweiten Position befindlichen dritten bzw. mittleren Position, in welcher der Schwenkarm zusammen mit einem feststehenden Leitelement einen Führungstrichter begrenzt, über den eine gegebenenfalls vom Formzylinder zu entfernende Druckplatte in ein Altdruckplattenfach einführbar ist.On this basis, the present invention seeks to provide a novel printing plate changing device. - A printing plate changing device of a printing press, with a device (14) for receiving a printing plate in the region of the printing couple, on whose form cylinder a printing plate change is to be carried out, with a pivot arm (16) mounted on side walls of the printing couple, characterized in that the pivot arm with the help of an articulation (19) likewise acting on the side walls of the printing couple is displaceable between at least three positions, namely a first position, in which a print form to be positioned on the form cylinder of the printing couple can be hooked into the device (14) for receiving a printing plate and in which a printing plate hooked into the device (14) can be clamped on the pivot arm (16), and a second position, in which a printing plate clamped on the pivot arm (16) can be fed to the form cylinder of the printing couple, and a third position located between the first position and the second position, in which the pivot arm together with a fixed guide element (23) delimits a guide former, via which a printing plate to be removed from the form cylinder if applicable can be introduced into an old printing plate compartment (22).
- The printing plate changing device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pivot arm (16) comprises a guide plate (31) extending at least over the width of the printing plate to be positioned on the form cylinder of the printing couple and a tensioning roller (32) likewise extending at least over the width of the printing plate to be positioned on the form cylinder of the printing couple, wherein the printing plate to be positioned on the form cylinder of the printing couple can be clamped between the guide plate (31) and the tension roller (32).
- The printing plate changing device according to Claim 2, characterized in that for clamping of a printing plate to be positioned on the form cylinder of the printing couple between the guide plate (31) and the tension roller (32) the tension roller (32) can be transferred from a release position, in which said tension roller releases the printing plate, into a clamping position, in which said tension roller clamps the printing plate, along an engagement curve (33) in such a manner that a clamping force for clamping the printing plate is only effective in or immediately before the clamping position.
- The printing plate changing device according to any one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the articulation (19) on the pivot arm (16), which is pivotably displaceable on the side walls of the printing couple, acts on both sides of said printing couple.
- The printing plate changing device according to Claim 4, characterized in that for pivoting the pivot arm (16) between the at least three positions the articulation on at least one side comprises two cylinders (26, 37) extendable in opposite directions, wherein when both cylinders are extended, the pivot arm (16) assumes the first position, wherein when only one of the two cylinders is extended, the pivot arm (16) assumes the third position, and wherein when both cylinders are retraced, the pivot arm (16) assumes the second position.
- The printing plate changing device according to any one of the Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the old printing plate compartment (22) can be transferred between at least two positions, namely between a lowered position and a raised position.
- The printing plate changing device according to Claim 6, characterized in that in the raised position of the old printing plate compartment (22) a printing plate to be removed from the form cylinder can be introduced in said compartment with one end and can be locked in said compartment so that a printing plate clamped with one end in the old printing plate compartment (22) during the displacement of the old printing plate compartment from the raised position into the lowered position can be removed from the printing couple.
- The printing plate changing device according to any one of the Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the device for receiving a printing plate comprises at least two holding pins (24), wherein a printing plate to be positioned in the region of the printing couple can be hooked in on the holding pins (24) with an angled-off end, namely a leading end or a trailing end, wherein the holding pins (24) lie on a straight line, which approximately runs parallel to a lock-up channel of a form cylinder of the printing couple so as to guarantee a diagonal register-appropriate alignment of the printing plate relative to the form cylinder of the printing couple, and wherein one of the holding pins (24) is assigned a stop (26), against which the printing plate hooked in on the holding pins can be pressed in order to guarantee a page register-appropriate alignment of the plate relative to the form cylinder of the printing couple.
- A printing plate changing device according to Claim 8, characterized in that a first holding pin (24) is mounted linearly displaceably on a first side wall (18) of the printing couple and a second holding pin (24) and a second holding pin (24) on a second side wall (18) of the printing couple in such a manner that for receiving a printing plate both holding pins (24) can be linearly moved towards each other and for releasing the received printing plate can be moved away from each other.
- The printing plate changing device according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that each holding pin (24) is mounted on a mounting (28), wherein the respective mounting (28) is fastened to the respective side wall (18) of the printing couple, and wherein one of the mountings (28) forms the stop (26) for the page register-appropriate alignment of the printing plate relative to the form cylinder of the printing couple.
