Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von mechanisch hoch belastbaren Maschinenteilen mit mindestens einer Durchtrittsöffnung, insbesondere Saugwalzenmäntel von Papiermaschinen, wobei die Materialeigenschaften des Maschinenteils lokal begrenzt im Bereich der Durchtrittsöffnungen im Sinne einer Erhöhung der Beständigkeit gegen Schwingungsrisskorrosion des Maschinenteils verändert werden, sowie nach diesem Verfahren hergestellter Walzenmantel.
