Claims (9)
- Appareil électroménager, en particulier lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge à condensation ou four de cuisson à la vapeur, comprenant
un système de fluide contenant un fluide (20) ou mélange de fluides en mouvement et/ou stationnaire et
un dispositif de détection de rayonnement servant à détecter un rayonnement thermique (14) provenant du fluide (20) ou du mélange de fluides pour déterminer la température du fluide (20) ou du mélange de fluides,
le système de fluide comprenant au moins un dispositif transmissif (18 ; 22) qui est disposé entre le dispositif de détection de rayonnement (10) et le fluide (20) ou le mélange de fluides et qui est constitué d'un matériau transmissif pour le rayonnement thermique (14) du fluide ou du mélange de fluides, en particulier un verre ou un plastique ou un matériau polymère, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un dispositif transmissif est un tuyau (22) ou une section de tuyau du système de fluide. - Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le système de fluide est un système fermé ou un système de circulation.
- Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le dispositif de détection de rayonnement comprend au moins un élément de capteur thermoélectrique ou élément de capteur pyroélectrique ou élément de capteur bolométrique ou élément de capteur à thermopile (10).
- Appareil électroménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de détection de rayonnement, en particulier l'élément de capteur à thermopile (10), est fourni pour détecter l'intensité du rayonnement thermique provenant du fluide (20) ou du mélange de fluides afin de déduire la température à partir de l'intensité détectée ou pour détecter directement la température du fluide ou du mélange de fluides.
- Appareil électroménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de détection de rayonnement, en particulier l'élément de capteur à thermopile (10), est sensible au rayonnement infrarouge (14).
- Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel le dispositif de détection de rayonnement comprend au moins un circuit électronique (12) relié à et/ou fourni pour recevoir des signaux électriques provenant de l'au moins un élément de capteur, en particulier un élément de capteur à thermopile (10), et/ou fourni pour contrôler l'appareil électroménager, en particulier un dispositif de chauffage servant à chauffer ledit fluide ou mélange de fluides, le circuit électronique (12) et l'élément de capteur (10) étant de préférence placés à la même position dans l'appareil électroménager et/ou formant un seul élément structural de l'appareil électroménager.
- Appareil électroménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins un dispositif de sortie servant à afficher la valeur de température réelle du fluide (20) ou du mélange de fluides.
- Procédé de détection d'un rayonnement thermique (14) d'un fluide (20) ou mélange comprenant un fluide en mouvement et/ou stationnaire à l'intérieur d'un système de fluide fermé ou au moins partiellement fermé d'un appareil électroménager avec un appareil servant à détecter un rayonnement thermique (14) avec au moins un élément de capteur à thermopile (10), dans lequel le système de fluide comprend au moins un dispositif transmissif (18 ; 22) qui est disposé entre l'élément de capteur à thermopile (10) et le fluide (20), et dans lequel l'élément de capteur à thermopile (10) est disposé dans une intervisibilité du fluide (20) pendant la détection du rayonnement thermique (14) du fluide (20), caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un dispositif transmissif est un tuyau ou une section de tuyau du système de fluide.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8 mis en ouvre dans un appareil électroménager de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
