In doing so, the liquid product 16 flows via the riser tube 15 from a nozzle 27 when the atomizing or spraying head 1 is pressed. After the spacer ring 9 is removed, the receptacle 6 is turned as far as a stop ring 31 (as also according to Fig. 4 ).
  • Fig. 3 shows a detailed view of the valve attachment 24.1 with the fill valve 8 with the valve stem 10 according to Fig. 2 .
  • the fill valve 8 is made of a soft, elastic plastic (elastomer) having a bulge 5, whereby a securing to the base 20 and a sufficiently high actuation counterforce by the corresponding opening edge 25 with the valve stem 10 is made possible.
  • Fig. 4 shows a second device 14.2 in an axial sectional view as a second exemplary embodiment in a state of activation with pressurized gas 18.

  • the flexible inner pouch 11 is placed into the storage container 17.2 before it is filled with a liquid product 16; then the threaded ring 12 is screwed to the threaded neck 19 with the valve disk 2.2 with the spraying head 1, whereby the inner container 11 is secured to be liquid-tight and pressure-tight. After use, the inner container 11 or the inner pouch is disposed of as a disposable container. Overhead spraying (spraying independent of the position in which the device 14.1 is held), minimal residual product amounts, and minimized cleaning efforts are regarded to be advantages.

  • the inner container 11 can optionally be inserted into the storage container 17.2 as a separate component, whereby an individual product 16 can be filled manually, or the inner container 11 can also be inserted into the storage container 17.2 containing a pre-filled product 16 with the atomizing or spraying head 1 and the valve disk 2.2 as a single joined structural unit, and can thus be easily disposed of as a disposable solution.

Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif (14.1, 14.2) pour appliquer un produit liquide (16) par atomisation ou pulvérisation à partir d'un récipient de stockage (17.1, 17.2) au moyen d'un gaz sous pression (18), comprenant une tête d'atomisation ou pulvérisation (1), où le dispositif comprend un récipient de stockage (17.1, 17.2) étant déjà rempli avec le produit (16) ou conçu pour être remplissable manuellement avec un produit optionnel (16), dans lequel le gaz sous pression (18) est stocké dans un récipient de gaz sous pression indépendant (7), et dans lequel le récipient de gaz sous pression (7) est conçu pour être raccordable manuellement au récipient de stockage (17.1, 17.2) d'une manière telle que, après que le récipient de gaz sous pression (7) est raccordé au récipient de stockage (17.1, 17.2), le produit (16) est alimenté en pression au moyen de gaz sous pression (18) à travers un accessoire de valve activé (24.1, 24.2), dans lequel le récipient de gaz sous pression (7) est maintenu par un réceptacle (6), et le réceptacle (6) possède un filetage femelle (23) au niveau du bord supérieur (22), lequel correspond à un filetage mâle (21) du récipient de stockage (17.1, 17.2) près d'une base (20) du récipient de stockage, dans lequel la tête d'atomisation ou pulvérisation (1) peut être vissée sur le récipient de stockage (17.1, 17.2) à la manière d'une coiffe à visser (3.1, 3.2) pour être étanche aux liquides et étanche à la pression, le récipient de stockage (17.1) possède un goulot fileté supérieur (19), caractérisé en ce que la base (20) possède une valve de remplissage (8), et dans lequel une tige de valve (10) du récipient de gaz sous pression (7) est actionnée par la valve de remplissage (8) lorsque ce récipient de stockage (17.1) est vissé au réceptacle (6), dans lequel l'accessoire de valve (24.1) est formé par la tige de valve (10) et la valve de remplissage (8), ou en ce que
    la base (20) possède une ouverture de base (13), et le récipient de stockage (17.2) possède un récipient interne déformable (11), dans lequel une tige de valve (10) du récipient de gaz sous pression (7) est actionnée par une zone de bord (30) de l'ouverture de base (13) lorsque ce récipient de stockage (17.2) est vissé au réceptacle (6), dans lequel l'accessoire de valve (24.2) est formé par la tige de valve (10) et la zone de bord (30) de l'ouverture de base (13).
  2. Dispositif (14.1, 14.2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de gaz sous pression (7) contient de l'air ou dioxyde de carbone (CO2) ou azote (N2) comprimé et est rempli à une pression de 0,1 à 0,6 MPa (1 à 6 bar).
  3. Dispositif (14.1, 14.2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de gaz sous pression (7) a un volume d'approximativement 40 mL.
  4. Dispositif (14.1, 14.2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de gaz sous pression (7) est conçu pour être interchangeable avec le dispositif (14.1, 42.2).
  5. Dispositif (14.1,14.2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de gaz sous pression (7) est conçu pour être rechargeable avec du gaz sous pression.
  6. Dispositif (14.2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le récipient interne déformable (11) correspond à un tube ascendant (15).
