  • the tube has an open end at an appropriate location inside the pipe so that the second fluid constituent is discharged from the tube directly into the first fluid constituent inside the pipe.
  • the tube is of sufficient length to discharge the second fluid into the first fluid at a position in the pipe such that the components are only mixed outside the pump housing 12.
  • the flexible hose which is connected to an outlet from the pipe 80 is not shown and is used in a manner known in the art to direct the resulting mixture of the two fluid constituents, typically an explosive emulsion, to a point of use.

  • a number of holes 104 are formed at spaced locations in the flap. Fasteners, not shown, can pass through these holes and are threadedly engaged with appropriate substantial bushes, not shown, formed on an inner side of an opposing wall 106 of the housing.
  • the flap 100 When the fasteners are disengaged from the wall 106 the flap 100 can be pivoted upwardly about the hinge joint 102. If the caps 18 and 90 are unscrewed from the respective filler apertures then it is possible to withdraw the components of the mixer pump successively from the housing through an aperture 108 which is normally partly closed by the flap.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne une pompe mélangeuse pourvue de deux réservoirs pour deux constituants, deux pompes pour pomper les constituants, et un logement qui contient les réservoirs et les pompes et qui présente des formations au moins en partie complémentaires avec les réservoirs et reçoivent des éléments de ces réservoirs.

Claims (7)

  1. Une pompe mélangeuse (10) comprenant un premier réservoir (14) pour un premier composant, un deuxième réservoir (16) pour un deuxième composant, un boitier (12) comprenant un premier espace en tout ou partie complémentaire de la forme dudit premier réservoir (14) et avec laquelle ledit premier réservoir (14) est engageable, et un deuxième espace en tout ou partie complémentaire de la forme dudit second réservoir (16) et avec laquelle ledit second réservoir est engageable, une première pompe (18) à l'intérieur dudit boitier (12) pour pomper ledit premier composant vers une zone de rejet et une deuxième pompe (20) à l'intérieur dudit boitier (12) pour pomper ledit deuxième composant vers ladite zone de rejet, caractérisée en ce que ladite pompe mélangeuse (10) comprend en outre un tuyau (80) et un tube (92) et en ce que ladite première pompe (18) est adaptée pour se vider dans le tuyau (80) et en ce que la seconde pompe (20) est adaptée pour se vider dans le tube (92), placé en tout ou partie à l'intérieur dudit tuyau (80), et en ce que l'extrémité dudit tube (92) est placée à l'intérieur dudit tuyau (80) de telle sorte que le deuxième composant est envoyé dudit tube (92) directement dans le deuxième composant au niveau du tuyau (80) conduisant ainsi au mélange desdits composants.
  2. Une pompe mélangeuse (10) selon le revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que elle comprend un premier filtre (22), placé entre ledit premier réservoir (14) et la première pompe (18), de telle sorte que ladite première pompe (18) dirige le premier composant depuis le premier réservoir (14) à travers ledit premier filtre (22) et en ce que ledit premier filtre (22) comprend une enceinte (54) avec une sortie de ladite enceinte (54) vers une entrée (56) de ladite première pompe (18), un filtre (60) placé à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte (54), et l'entrée (56) dans la partie inférieure de l'enceinte (54) à travers laquelle ledit premier composant est dirigé depuis le premier réservoir (54).
  3. Une pompe mélangeuse (10) selon la revendication 2 caractérisée en ce que ledit premier réservoir (14) est placé de telle sorte qu'il recouvre en tout ou partie ladite enceinte (54), et en ce que le boitier (12) comprend une ouverture (48) sur une paroi inférieure à travers laquelle l'enceinte (54) du premier filtre (22) est insérable et un bouchon (50) qui peut coopérer avec l'ouverture (48) pour maintenir l'enceinte (54) en position et fermer l'ouverture (48).
  4. Une pompe mélangeuse (10) selon la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que le filtre (60) est amovible de l'enceinte (54) après retrait du bouchon (50) de l'ouverture (48).
  5. Une pompe mélangeuse selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4 caractérisée en ce que le premier réservoir (14) comprend une première ouverture de remplissage (36) qui s'étend au travers d'une ouverture placée sur la face supérieure de la boite (12), et un premier bouchon (38) coopérant avec l'ouverture de remplissage (36) et en ce que le second réservoir (16) comprend une deuxième ouverture de remplissage (88) qui s'étend au travers d'une ouverture placée sur la face supérieure de la boite (12) et un second bouchon (90) coopérant avec ladite deuxième ouverture de remplissage (88).
  6. Une pompe mélangeuse (10) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5 caractérisée en ce que la première pompe (18) est placée en tout ou partie entre le premier filtre (22) et le second réservoir (16) et est actionnable via un piston (26) qui peut faire un mouvement de va et vient à l'intérieur d'un cylindre (24) placé en tout ou partie entre le premier et le second réservoir (14, 16).
  7. une pompe mélangeuse (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisée en ce que le boitier (12) comprend une fermeture qui comprend un volet qui est monté de façon pivotante, par rapport au boitier (12), selon une ligne de faiblesse ou une charnière.
