  • the base 140 is separately produced and coupled to a contoured section of the tub 110. Accordingly, the base 140 has a simple configuration, which reduces the frequency of manufacturing defects related to distortion and other problems of the components for the drive unit in manufacture of the washing machine. Moreover, the present invention can reduce not only the frequency of manufacturing defects in manufacture of the base 140, but also reduce frequency of mismatch with respect to the tub 110, which are caused by the distortion and other defects of the components, thereby reducing manufacturing costs while improving manufacturing productivity.

Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une machine à laver de type à tambour dotée d'une conception de structure de support d'unité d'entraînement simplifiée et de caractéristiques de dispersion de vibrations améliorées. La machine à laver comprend une cuve, un tambour disposé à l'intérieur de la cuve, un arbre couplé au tambour, un palier supportant l'arbre, un corps de palier supportant le palier, et une base assurée à la cuve. Le corps de palier a une extrémité arrière qui se projette en saillie depuis une paroi arrière de la cuve, et la cuve présente une extension qui est dirigée vers une surface de périphérie extérieure de l'extrémité arrière du corps de palier.
