Abstract

The system has a base part (1) defining an open base plate (10) and comprising an emerging edge (12), which protrudes from a main body (23). A hooking part (2) defines an open base plate at a junction of the main body, and comprises an emerging edge (22). An assembling unit (3) e.g. rivet, assembles the edges of the base and the hooking parts together, where the assembling unit is adjustable in width (d) between the base plates in front of the identical parts (1, 2), so as to support panels (P) of different widths based on relative position of the unit on the edges.

Description

The object of the invention is a new adjustable fastening system for supporting panels of different widths,

In the current state of the art, we already know different solutions for fixing the panels to their supporting structure such as for example and among others:

• the patent W09527108 concerning the fixing of a sandwich type panel;
• Utility Model U200500749 which relates to a load-bearing structure for signs;
• the Utility Model U200601174 which relates to a coupling device between sandwich panels;
• Utility Model U200701938, which relates to a support structure for solar panels;
• Utility Model U200301683 which relates to a device for fixing solar panels.

Known solutions for fixing or supporting panels have a complex structure or mounting difficulties. In no case do they allow their application to fix panels of different widths without changing one, several or all their components.

The new invented fixation, on the other hand, is of a simple structure: it uses only two components, one of base and the other in the form of cluster with a union between them which is pre-established at the beginning so that identical parts can be used and used to fix and support panels of different widths.

In turn, this profile assembly is transversely closed with another profile, which prevents vandalism.

The solution used to join the base pieces and staple them together is not very important; rivets, screws with bolts may be used in addition without the principle of the invention being distorted.

The anchoring means used to mount the fastener and the panels it supports at a fixed location or on a support structure are also incidental and are not strictly part of the invented system.

In order to better understand the object of the invention, there is shown on the plans a preferential form of practical realization susceptible of accessory changes, which do not distort the principle.

Here is the description of an exemplary practical, non-limiting embodiment of the invention:

The adjustable fastening system, for supporting panels of different widths, according to the invention consists mainly of at least one base part (1), a staple part (2) and assembly means (3) for to bring them together.

According to the invention. The base part (1) at least defines an open base (10) and has means (11) for anchoring it to a support structure (S). As for the clip member (2), it defines an open base (20).

The base piece (1) and that of the staple (2) each have, at least, an emergent rim (12), (22); on these emerging edges (12), (22), placed opposite each other, the aforementioned assembly means (3) are installed.

The flanges (12), (22) are elongated and can be placed in a different position so that the width (d) delimited between the two opposite bases (10), (20) can vary and is pre-established initially according to the width of the panels (P); mounting which, in each case, will support the attachment object of the invention.

From this basic design, any practical realization that does not alter, change or modify the proposed principle is included in the subject of the invention.

The figure 1 represents a preferred embodiment but an alternative representation is perfectly feasible - represented in figure 2 - for fastenings at the end.

In the same way, all assembly means (3) (examples: rivets, screws with bolts or other) whatever they are, are part of the invented system, if they do not modify the concept of the invention.

The anchoring means (11) described have wings or flanges which form an integral part of the base piece (1); for the exemplary embodiments shown, the anchor is firmly connected by clamping clips to the own support structure (S).

Claims (5)

Adjustable fastening system for supporting panels of different widths, characterized by the following composition: a) at least one base part (1) which defines at least; an open base (10); and has, at least, an emergent rim (12) protruding from the main body; this piece also has means (11) for its anchoring to the support structure (S) b) at least one staple piece (2) which at least defines an open base (20) at the junction of its main body (23) with an emergent rim (22); c) means (3) for a reciprocal union between the flanges (12) (22) of said base pieces (1) and the staple (2); this union is adjustable in width (d) so that between two bases (10) (20) opposite identical parts (1) (2), are supported panels (P) of different widths, depending on the relative position of the union (3) on the flanges (12) (22). Adjustable fastening system for supporting panels of different widths, according to claim 1, characterized in that the base part (1) and the staple part (2) each define a base (10), (20); these bases are placed symmetrically opposite each other in pairs so that the same attachment supports two panels (P) at a time. Adjustable fastening system for supporting panels of different widths according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting means (3) in particular are rivets, which allow the reciprocal attachment of the base parts (1) and clip (2) with a distance (d) between the bases (10), (20), pre-established distance at the start. Adjustable fastening system for supporting panels of different widths, according to claim 1, characterized in that , in particular, the above-mentioned joining means (3) are bolts with nuts placed in pairs of opposite holes in the parts base (1) and clip (2) of which at least one is slotted to allow the reciprocal attachment therebetween a distance (d) pre-established at the start or "in situ". Adjustable fastening system for supporting panels of different widths, according to claim 1, characterized in that , in particular, the aforementioned anchoring means (11) have flanges or flanges which are an integral part of the own piece of base (1).
