Claims (11)
- Manuell betriebene, mechanische Lösevorrichtung für elektromagnetische oder öldynamische Teleskop-Aktoren (2) zum Antreiben von Toren oder Türen mit Schwingflügeln (1), welche manuelle Löse-/Sperr-Mittel umfasst, die dazu ausgebildet sind, zwischen einem Kopfende des Aktors (2) und dem motorgetriebenen Schwingflügel (1) angeordnet zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese umfasst:- zwei Elemente mit länglicher Ausdehnung, von welchen eines ein Schieber (6) ist, der dazu ausgebildet ist, in dem anderen Element zu gleiten, welches als Führungsteil (7) dient, wobei das Führungsteil (7) dazu ausgebildet ist, an dem Flügel (1) befestigt zu werden, und der Schieber (6) dazu ausgebildet ist, an eine Kopfbefestigung (3) des Aktors (2) gebunden zu sein, wobei das Kopfende des Aktors (2) schwenkbar an die besagte Kopfbefestigung (3) angebunden ist;- einen vorzugsweise spitzen Bolzen (9), welcher dazu ausgebildet ist, innerhalb eines Gehäuses (10) zu gleiten, das an dem Führungsteil (7) befestigt ist, wobei die Spitze des besagten Bolzens dazu ausgebildet ist, mit zumindest einer Bohrung oder einem Schlitz zusammenzuwirken, welche in dem Schieber (6) vorgesehen ist, um letzteren bezüglich des Führungsteils (7) zu sperren/lösen;- eine Feder (11), welche dazu ausgebildet ist, den Bolzen (9) zu dem Schieber (6) hin zu schieben; und- ein Betätigungsstab (12), welcher an dem Bolzen (9) befestigt ist, an seinem freien Ende einen Griff aufweist und zum Lösen der Vorrichtung manuell gezogen werden kann; und- einen weiteren Betätigungsstab (13), welcher an dem Bolzen (9) an einem entgegengesetzten Ende bezüglich besagtem Stab (12) befestigt ist und durch den Flügel (1) vermittels einer Bohrung hindurchführt, die in dem letzteren in geeigneter Weise vorgesehen ist; wobei besagter weiterer Stab (13) einen Griff an seinem freien Ende aufweist;wobei der Bolzen (9) während des normalen automatischen Betriebs der Tür aufgrund der von der Feder (11) ausgeübten Druckkraft in einer Sperrposition in die zumindest eine Bohrung eingeführt ist, welche in dem Schieber (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese zwei korrespondierende Bohrungen oder Schlitze vorsieht: eine in dem Schieber (6) und die andere in dem Führungsteil (7), welche dazu ausgebildet sind, das Ende des Bolzens (9) aufzunehmen, welches den Schieber (6) und das Führungsteil (7) derart zusammen sperrt, dass diese nicht bezüglich zueinander gleiten können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spitze des Bolzens (9) keilförmig ist und die Bohrungen oder Schlitze, mit denen sie zusammenwirkt, einen Bereich aufweisen, der entsprechend aufgeweitet oder V-förmig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsstab (12), damit es erforderlichenfalls möglich ist, den Flügel manuell zu bewegen, mit einem Endgriff zum Ziehen versehen ist, um den Bolzen (9) in das besagte Gehäuse (10) zu gleiten, wobei dessen keilförmige Spitze von der Bohrung in dem Schieber (6) gelöst wird; wodurch erreicht wird, dass der Schieber (6), welcher bezüglich des Aktors (2) fixiert ist, frei in dem Führungsteil (7) gleiten kann, das hingegen bezüglich des Flügels (1) fixiert ist, wobei der Flügel (1) konsequenterweise von dem Aktor (2) gelöst wird, welcher somit außerstande ist, die Bewegung zu hemmen, die ein Benutzer manuell auf den Flügel selbst ausübt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, um den Aktor (2) wieder an den Flügel (1) zu binden, letzterer dazu ausgebildet ist, derart in eine Position zurück bewegt zu werden, in welcher das Lösen getätigt wurde, dass die Spitze des Bolzens (9), gedrückt von der Feder (11) und auch erleichtert aufgrund ihrer Keilform, automatisch wieder in die entsprechende Bohrung eingeführt wird, welche in dem Schieber (6) vorhanden ist, womit sie erneut besagten Schieber in dem Führungsteil (7) sperrt; wodurch erreicht wird, dass der Aktor (2) seine Wirkung wieder auf den Flügel (1) ausüben kann, wobei die Bewegung darauf in bekannter Weise ausgeübt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im dem Fall, wo der Flügel (1) mit einem Panikgriff versehen ist, die Vorrichtung mit einem Hebelmechanismus versehen ist, welcher dazu ausgebildet ist, die von dem Benutzer auf den Panikgriff (22) auferlegte Bewegung direkt auf den Bolzen (9) zu übertragen, wobei die Kraft der Feder (11) überwunden wird und unmittelbare Loslösung des Schiebers (6) von seinem Führungsteil (7) derart erreicht wird, dass die Tür geöffnet werden kann, ohne dass der Aktor (2) besagtem Öffnen irgendwelchen Widerstand entgegenstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese einen L-förmigen Hebel (16) aufweist, welcher sowohl mit dem Panikgriff (16) als auch mit dem Bolzen (9) kinematisch verbunden ist, wobei dieser dazu ausgebildet ist, den Bolzen (9) rückwärts zu versetzen, um den Schieber (6) von dem entsprechenden Führungsteil (7) derart zu lösen, dass die Tür sogar geöffnet werden kann, wenn der Aktor (2) feststehend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kleinere Seite des L-förmigen Hebels (16) mit einem Endschlitz (A) derart versehen ist, dass der keilförmige Bolzen (9) mittels des Betätigungsstabs (12) gezogen wird, der statt des Griffs (12) mit einem Durchgangsbolzen (15) versehen ist; wobei der Durchgangsbolzen (15) des Betätigungsstabs (12) in den Schlitz (A) des L-förmigen Hebels (16) eingeführt ist, welcher sich um einen zu diesem Zweck vorgesehenen Eckbolzen (19) dreht, der an dem Gehäuse (10) des Bolzens (9) mittels eines Halters (14) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ring (18) entlang eines horizontalen Stabs (26) des Panikgriffs (22) vorgesehen ist, welcher mittels einer Schraube (21) in einer geeigneten Position auf besagtem Stab (26) festgestellt ist, die den Ring selbst auf den Wänden des Stabs (26) hält, indem sie durch die auf dem Ring geformte Gewindebohrung dringt, wodurch dieser somit in keiner Weise verändert oder mechanisch geschwächt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (18) mit einer Klammer (27) versehen ist, die mit einem Endbolzen (25) versehen ist, an welchen ein Teleskopstab (17) angelenkt ist, der mittels einer Schraube (28) in der Länge verstellbar ist, welche auf den externen Teil des Stabs selbst aufgeschraubt ist; wobei das andere Ende des Teleskopstabs (17) mittels eines Bolzens (20) an das lange Ende des L-förmigen Hebels (16) angelenkt ist, auf welchen dieses die Bewegung überträgt, die von dem Panikgriff (22) ausgeübt wird.
- Ein Rahmen einer Tür oder eines Tors mit einem Schwingflügel (1), welcher von zumindest einem Aktor (2) motorisch angetrieben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser eine manuell betriebene, mechanische Lösevorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
