    - l'élément de paroi (3) et l'élément de porte (4) se faisant face par leur bord long respectif (7 ; 16),
    - un évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) étant affecté à chacune des paumelles (8 ; 9), ledit évidement étant formé au bord long (7 ; 16) de l'élément de paroi (3) ou de l'élément de porte (4),
    - la première aile (8a ; 9a) et la seconde aile (8b; 9b) de la paumelle (8 ; 9) étant en prise dans l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) et
    - les deux ailes (8a, 8b ; 9a, 9b) étant reliées l'une à l'autre de manière mobile autour d'un pivot (d),
    - un mouvement axial de l'élément de porte (4) se superposant au mouvement de rotation de l'élément de porte (4) par rapport à l'élément de paroi (3) dans le sens du pivot (d),
    - le mouvement axial pouvant être engendré par les ailes (8a, 8b ; 9a, 9b) de la paumelle (8 ; 9) interagissent entre elles,
    l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) étant dimensionné de telle sorte que l'aile (8a ; 9a) de la paumelle (8 ; 9) placée contre l'élément de porte (4) soit déplaçable dans l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) entre une position abaissée (I) et une position relevée (II) dans le sens du pivot (d) et
    - au moins un élément d'étanchéité (18, 19) étant placé dans l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) entre la paumelle (8 ; 9) et l'élément de paroi (3) ou l'élément de porte (4) respectivement,
    caractérisée en ce que le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) soit relativement mobile par rapport au moins un rebord (21, 22, 23 ; 44) de l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15).
  2. Cloison selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) soit fixé à une des ailes (8a, 8b ; 9a, 9b) de la paumelle (8 ; 9), le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) étant fixé à ladite aile (8a, 8b ; 9a, 9b) singulièrement de manière à pouvoir tourner et le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) étant fixé à ladite aile (8a, 8b ; 9a, 9b) singulièrement de manière à pouvoir tourner autour du pivot (d) de la paumelle (8 ; 9).
  3. Cloison selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) est placé dans l'élément de paroi (3) et en ce que le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) est fixé à l'aile (8a ; 9a) déplaçable, affectée à l'élément de porte (4), de la paumelle (8 ; 9) et peut se déplacer avec l'aile mobile (8a ; 9a) vis à vis de l'élément de paroi (3) de manière relative à l'élément de paroi (3) dans le sens axial (y, y') lors de la rotation autour du pivot (d) et/ou peut se déformer par l'aile mobile (8a ; 9a) de la paumelle (8 ; 9).
  4. Cloison selon une des revendications précédentes 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) est placé dans l'élément de porte (4) et en ce que le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) est fixé à l'aile (8b; 9b) stationnaire, affectée à l'élément de paroi (3), de la paumelle (8; 9) et en ce que l'élément de porte (4) est déplaçable de manière relative au premier élément d'étanchéité (18) dans le sens axial (y, y') lors de la rotation autour du pivot (d) et/ou déformable par l'élément de porte (4).
  5. Cloison selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) est formé par un profilé en L (24), lequel présente, singulièrement sur au moins une branche (25, 26) une section en forme de U et par laquelle il chevauche comme cavalier (27) un rebord (21, 22, 23 ; 44) de l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15).
  6. Cloison selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) se trouve un second élément d'étanchéité (19), lequel est formé singulièrement par un profilé en L (28) et présente singulièrement sur au moins une branche (29, 30) une section en forme de U et par laquelle il chevauche comme cavalier (31) au moins un rebord (21, 22, 23 ; 44) de l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15).
  7. Cloison selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement (5, 6) est placé dans l'élément de paroi (3) et le second élément d'étanchéité (19) est placé dans ledit évidement (5, 6) entre l'élément de paroi (3) et l'aile stationnaire (8b ; 9b) de la paumelle (8 ; 9).
  8. Cloison selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement (14, 15) est placé dans l'élément de porte (4) et le second élément d'étanchéité (19) est placé dans ledit évidement (14, 15) entre l'élément de porte (4) et l'aile mobile (8a ; 9a) de la paumelle (8 ; 9).
  9. Cloison selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'aile stationnaire dans le sens axial (8b ; 9b) de la paumelle (8 ; 9) et/ou l'aile déplaçable dans le sens axial (8a ; 9a) de la paumelle (8 ; 9) peuvent être vissées à fleur dans des fraisages (36 - 39) dans l'élément de paroi (3) ou l'élément de porte (4) au moyen de rondelles coniques (40) avec taraudage (41) ou vis sans tête.
  10. Cloison selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un espace libre (11 ; 12) dans l'évidement (5, 6 ; 14, 15) entre la paumelle (8 ; 9) et l'élément de porte (4) ou l'élément de paroi (3) puisse être étanché par au moins un élément d'étanchéité (18, 19) dans la position abaissée ou fermée (I) de l'élément de porte (3).
  11. Cloison selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de porte (3) est formé par une plaque de verre et, singulièrement en verre de sécurité.
  12. Cloison selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de paroi (4) est formé par une plaque de verre et, singulièrement en verre de sécurité.
  13. Cloison selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la paumelle (8 ; 9) est réalisée comme paumelle levante-descendante (10) et en ce que le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) peut être fixé à une des ailes (8a ; 8b; 9a; 9b).
  14. Cloison selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) peut être fixé à l'aile concernée (8a, 8b ; 9a, 9b), singulièrement de manière à pouvoir tourner et en ce que le premier élément d'étanchéité (18) peut être fixé à l'aile concernée (8a, 8b ; 9a, 9b), singulièrement de manière à pouvoir tourner autour du pivot (d) de la paumelle (8 ; 9).
