Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a ring rail with lubricant supply to the spinning rings of a ring spinning machine, with a lubricant channel and from the Schmiennittelrinne leading into each of the spinning rings Schmiermitteldochten.
Spinning rings for Kammgam ring spinning machines require lubrication through oil supply in order to reduce wear on the ring travelers.
The multiple, sometimes opposing bending of the existing rigid sheet metal ring rail is expensive. The flow of lubricant in the channel is hindered by the felt layers lying in it.
The object of the invention was therefore to make possible a simpler manufacture of a ring spinning machine with ring rail and with a lubricant channel and to facilitate the flow of the lubricant along the channel. It solves this problem by the features mentioned in the characteristics of the claims.
The attachment of a cross-sectionally U-shaped Schmiennittelrinne on the underside of the ring rail allows the use of an easy-to-bend ring rail. A plastic 'extruded, injection molded or deep drawn lubricant gutter is to be attached to the ring rail without separate sealing means.
The felt strips, which are located laterally in the lubricant channel, leave a lubricant channel free, through which lubricant can easily be distributed over the entire length of the ring rail.
By means of the stalked eyelet, a lubricant wick can be easily pushed lubricant between the felt strips.
Windows in the arms of the spinning ring holders and in the ring rail are dimensioned so that the spinning ring holders can be centered to the spinning spindles.
Apart from the screws, by means of which. Lubricant trough and the spinning ring holder are attached to the ring rail, the insertion and holding of the lubricant wicks only requires clipable elements.

Under the
The
In the
The
The
In this case, the two runs of the lubricant hole pass through a closed
