Definitions
- the present invention relates to a spacer element which serves for the positioning of tissue mats before the plastering of outer walls, corresponding fastening systems and methods for mounting the same.
- the DE 32 00 784 A1 describes a Putzarmtechnik with a wire mesh tape.
- a projecting through the plate into the building anchor is provided with an attached thereto head for attaching the wire mesh belt, on which the wire mesh tape is mounted.
- the attachment is made by means of the bead of the pin and the recess in the anchor.
- a secure anchoring of the head does not seem to be guaranteed here.
- only a relatively small contact surface - both on the top and on the bottom - provided, which is disadvantageous in view of a high power transmission.
- the teeth arranged on the head can cause unwanted marks in the plaster.
- the invention has for its object to provide a spacer element, fastening systems and methods with which standard insulation holder can be used, the distance of a fabric mat can be made variable, a high power transmission can be ensured, the formation of thermal bridges can be avoided, the optical Properties of the plaster layer are not affected and with which no risks for the construction staff are connected.
- the object is achieved by the spacer element according to claim 1, by the fastening system according to claim 6 and by the method according to claim 7.
- the spacer element comprises a cover plate, on the narrow sides of which each support elements connect, which correspond to a pressure plate of an insulation holder.
- the fastening system is used for attaching a lattice-shaped structure and consists of an insulation holder with a pressure plate, a spacer element with a flat, substantially rectangular cover plate, adjoin the narrow sides holding elements that correspond to the pressure plate of the insulation holder, and a clip.
- the method is used for mounting a fastening system and comprises the following steps: sliding a spacer element onto a pressure plate of an insulation holder, setting the insulation holder, applying a grid-like structure to the spacer element, and fixing the grid-shaped structure by means of a clip.
- the holding elements of the spacer element are each formed from a substantially perpendicularly extending from the cover plate to the side wall and a substantially perpendicular from the side wall inwardly projecting retaining projection. Due to this configuration of the spacer element, the latter can be simply pushed by the construction staff on a standard insulation holder and secure Ensure hold. Due to the provided surface contact of the spacer element on the pressure plate of the insulation holder, a drop of the spacer element can be more effectively prevented, as for example by a weak locking connection.
- the spacer element has at least one opening in the cover plate, which corresponds with at least one corresponding opening in the pressure plate of the insulation material holder.
- such an opening may be arranged centrally in the cover plate, so that it is aligned with the central opening of the insulating material holder for receiving the expansion element.
- the fabric mat can then be fixed by means of a corresponding clip on the spacer element.
- the cover plate also contains further openings, which may in turn correspond to further openings in the pressure plate, so that when using a clip with a corresponding number of locking elements, an even more effective fixation of the tissue mat may be possible .
- a clip with three latching elements could also be used in a non-claimed embodiment without a spacer element for fixing a fabric mat to a pressure plate of a fastener.
- the side walls of the support elements of the spacer element are each formed bent. In this way, a particularly accurately fitting system of the spacer element is achieved on the pressure plate of the insulation holder.
- a latching element is arranged on the underside of the clip, the at least one latching element of the clip is cylindrical and has a substantially centrally disposed latching projection.
- a fixed latching with the spacer element or pressure plate can be achieved in each case.
- the lower edge of the at least one cylindrical latching element is formed substantially horizontally.
- latching elements (usually three or five) are arranged on the underside of the flat plate element of the clip and the plate element has at least one opening. through a clip designed in such a way can be achieved a particularly effective fixation of a fabric mat.
- a spacer element 1 according to the invention is illustrated.
- the cover plate 2 of the spacer element 1 is flat and has a substantially rectangular shape.
- substantially rectangular means that, in particular, the narrow sides 3 of the cover plate 2 are formed such that, as can be seen, they can also have a slight curvature or bending.
- support elements 4 On the narrow sides 3 of the cover plate 2 are each followed by support elements 4, which correspond to the pressure plate 11 of an insulation holder 10 (see. Fig. 3a ).
- standard insulation holders 10 are used, so that simple pushing on site, ie on the construction site, is made possible.
- the support elements 4 are each formed from a substantially vertically extending from the cover plate 2 downwardly extending side wall 5 and a substantially perpendicular from the side wall 5 inwardly projecting retaining projection 6.
- substantially perpendicular means that, depending on the design of the corresponding insulation holder 10, slight deviations from the vertical may also occur.
- nose-like elements 7 are arranged on the underside of the cover plate 2. As in Fig. 1b to better see, these nose-like elements 7 extend regularly over the entire width of the cover plate 2. The nose-like elements 7 may also be formed as individual pins and / or extend only partially across the width of the cover plate 2.
- the cover plate 2 in the embodiment shown on a central opening 8.
- the central opening 8 comprises a bevelled area 9, which ensures easier insertion of matching clips or their latching elements.
- the side walls 5 of the support elements 4 are each formed bent. This bend corresponds in each case with the curvature or the bending of the narrow sides 3 of the cover plate 2.
- notches 52, 56 are provided, which allow a slight expansion of the side walls 5 and the retaining projections 6, when the spacer element 1 is applied to an insulator holder 10.
- the Fig. 2 shows a clip 30, which is used for fixing lattice-shaped structures 20 and tissue mats to a spacer element 1.
- the clip 30 consists of a flat plate member 31 on the underside of a locking element 32 is arranged.
- the latching element 32 is cylindrical and has a substantially centrally arranged latching projection 33.
- "essentially arranged centrally” means that, depending on the configuration of the spacer element 1 or of the pressure plate 11, slight deviations downwards or upwards are conceivable.
- the cylindrically shaped latching element 32 comprises two recesses 35 which provide the flexibility of the clip 30 necessary for latching.
- the lower edge of the cylindrical locking element is formed substantially horizontally.
- substantially horizontal is meant here that although a slight bevel may be present, but that does not represent a significant injury potential for the construction staff.
- FIGS. 3a and b shows an inventive fastening system consisting of an insulation holder 10, a spacer element 1 and a clip 30 in the final assembly state. It can be seen that between the underside of the plate member 31 of the clip 30 and the top of the cover plate 2, the lattice-shaped structure 20 and the fabric mat is fixed. The latching projection 33 of the cylindrical latching element 32 is in engagement with the underside of the cover plate 2 and the remainder of the cylindrical latching element 32 protrudes into the central opening 12 of the insulating material holder 10.
- the clip 30 and the clip 30 and the spacer element 1 may also be so be configured that with the clip 30 is a complete seal of the central opening 12 of the insulation holder.
- the nose-like elements 7 lie on top of the pressure plate 11 and the side walls 5 together with the inwardly projecting retaining projections 6 clasp the underside of the pressure plate 11.
- the connection between the clip 30, fabric mat 20, spacer element 1 and insulation holder 10 is thus produced particularly stable, so that the fabric mat and applied plaster layer can not cause deformation or damage to the fastening system. Due to the large-area support on the spacer elements 1, the fabric mats 20 can be kept at a uniform distance from the wall and an excellent stabilization in particular of the plaster layer, which are applied in greater thicknesses effect.
- Fig. 3b It is easy to see how the clip 30 fixes a lattice square of the fabric mat 20 on the upper side of the cover plate 2 of the spacer element 1.
- the spacer element 1 is first pushed onto the pressure plate 11 of the insulation holder 10. Then the insulation holder 10 is set. The setting is done, depending on the type of spreader used, with a standard setting tool (drill, bit, screwdriver, hammer, etc.). Subsequently, the latticed structure or the fabric mat 20 is applied to the spacer element 1 and finally the latticed structure 20 is fixed by means of the clip 30.
- the clip 30 protrudes into the opening 12 of the insulation holder 10 inside. It is also conceivable to design the clip 30 (and accordingly the opening 8 in the cover plate 2) in such a way that it ensures a seal of the opening 12 of the insulating material holder in order to prevent any penetration of moisture.
- FIGS. 4a to c an alternative embodiment of a clip 30 'for attaching a fabric mat 20 is shown.
- This clip 30 ' has three circumferentially arranged locking elements 32' and is primarily used only together with fasteners 10, which have corresponding circumferential openings in the pressure plate 11, this use is not is claimed. The invention has for its object to provide a spacer element, fastening systems and methods with which standard insulation holder can be used, the distance of a fabric mat can be made variable, a high power transmission can be ensured, the formation of thermal bridges can be avoided, the optical Properties of the plaster layer are not affected and with which no risks for the construction staff are connected.
According to the invention the object is achieved by the spacer element according to
The spacer element comprises a cover plate, on the narrow sides of which each support elements connect, which correspond to a pressure plate of an insulation holder. The fastening system is used for attaching a lattice-shaped structure and consists of an insulation holder with a pressure plate, a spacer element with a flat, substantially rectangular cover plate, adjoin the narrow sides holding elements that correspond to the pressure plate of the insulation holder, and a clip. The method is used for mounting a fastening system and comprises the following steps: sliding a spacer element onto a pressure plate of an insulation holder, setting the insulation holder, applying a grid-like structure to the spacer element, and fixing the grid-shaped structure by means of a clip.
According to the invention, the holding elements of the spacer element are each formed from a substantially perpendicularly extending from the cover plate to the side wall and a substantially perpendicular from the side wall inwardly projecting retaining projection.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, nose-like elements are arranged on the underside of the cover plate of the spacer element, which rest in the mounted state on the upper side of the pressure plate of the insulating material holder. By means of these nose-like elements, the distance between the grid-shaped structure or the fabric mat and the insulating material in interaction with the side walls can be made variable. In other words, the vertical dimension of the nose-like element determines the height of the spacer element. The nose-like elements are regularly arranged approximately at half the radius of the spacer element and ensure a high stability of the spacer elements.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the spacer element has at least one opening in the cover plate, which corresponds with at least one corresponding opening in the pressure plate of the insulation material holder. On the one hand, such an opening may be arranged centrally in the cover plate, so that it is aligned with the central opening of the insulating material holder for receiving the expansion element. The fabric mat can then be fixed by means of a corresponding clip on the spacer element. In principle, there is also the possibility that the cover plate also contains further openings, which may in turn correspond to further openings in the pressure plate, so that when using a clip with a corresponding number of locking elements, an even more effective fixation of the tissue mat may be possible , Of course, such a clip with three latching elements could also be used in a non-claimed embodiment without a spacer element for fixing a fabric mat to a pressure plate of a fastener.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the at least one opening in the cover plate of the spacer element comprises a bevelled area. As a result, the insertion of the / the locking elements of the respective clip is facilitated.
Preferably, the side walls of the support elements of the spacer element are each formed bent. In this way, a particularly accurately fitting system of the spacer element is achieved on the pressure plate of the insulation holder.
Preferably, a latching element is arranged on the underside of the clip, the at least one latching element of the clip is cylindrical and has a substantially centrally disposed latching projection. Thus, a fixed latching with the spacer element or pressure plate can be achieved in each case.
In a further preferred embodiment, the lower edge of the at least one cylindrical latching element is formed substantially horizontally. When using a clip which penetrates through the central opening in the cover plate into the central opening of the insulating material holder, it is not necessary that the locking elements or -nose feet cut into the insulating material. But even with locking elements or feet, which are to penetrate into the insulating material (eg, clips with three feet, which are to be used without spacers), no particularly sharp shape is required because regularly only one use with easily deformable materials in Consideration comes. In this way, a risk of injury to the construction staff can be avoided.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, latching elements (usually three or five) are arranged on the underside of the flat plate element of the clip and the plate element has at least one opening. through a clip designed in such a way can be achieved a particularly effective fixation of a fabric mat.
