Claims (8)

  1. A transport and storage container for liquids, with a square-shaped or cubic inner container consisting of plastic, with a closable filling piece, which is arranged on the upper base, and with a connecting piece, which is arranged in the lower section of the end wall in the region of the lower base of the inner container, for a discharge fitting with a plastic housing, a flexible inner sleeve consisting of plastic, which can be placed in the inner container, with a filling piece and a drainage piece, an outer shell consisting of a metal grid or sheet metal, and a pallet-like frame for supporting the inner container, characterised by a threaded sleeve (19) consisting of plastic, which is fused to the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2), with an external thread (20) for screwing the housing (23) of the discharge fitting (13) onto the inflow piece (21) of the housing (23), which is provided with a corresponding internal thread (22), wherein the flexible drainage piece (26), which can be pulled through the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2) and through the threaded sleeve (19) which is fused to the connecting piece (12), of the inner sleeve (14), which is inserted from above through the filling piece (9) of the inner container (2) into the latter, has a sealing flange (29) at its outflow end (28), which sealing flange is clamped between the free end face (31) of the threaded sleeve (19) and an inner shoulder (32) of the inflow piece (21) of the fitting housing (23) when the inflow piece (21) of the fitting housing (23) is screwed onto the threaded sleeve (19) which is fused to the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2), in order to seal off the drainage piece (26), which is pulled through the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2) and the threaded sleeve (19) which is fused to the latter, of the inner sleeve (14) in the housing (23) of the discharge fitting (13).
  2. The container according to Claim 1, characterised by an anti-rotation means of the drainage piece (26) of the inner sleeve (14) in the threaded sleeve (19) which is fused to the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2).
  3. The container according to Claim 2, characterised by knobs (35) which are integrally formed behind the sealing flange (29) in the circumferential direction on the outer shell (34) of the drainage piece (26) of the inner sleeve (14), which knobs engage with corresponding grooves (36) which are arranged in the circumferential direction in the inner shell (37) of the threaded sleeve (19) at the front end (38) of the latter when the drainage piece (26) of the inner sleeve (14) is pulled through the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2) and the threaded sleeve (19) which is fused to the latter.
  4. The container according to Claim 3, characterised by a cant of the knobs (35) and of the two longitudinal sides (39) of the grooves (36) counter to the screw-on direction of rotation of the fitting housing (23).
  5. The container according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the sealing flange (29) which is integrally formed on the drainage piece (26) of the inner sleeve (14) has an annular sealing lip (30), which is pressed into an annular groove (33) in the inner shoulder (32) of the inflow piece (21) when the fitting housing (23) is screwed onto the threaded sleeve (19) on the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2), to seal off the drainage piece (26) of the inner sleeve (14) in the inflow piece (21) of the discharge fitting (13).
  6. The container according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised by an optical orientation aid, which is attached to the sealing flange (29) of the drainage piece (26) of the inner sleeve (14), for aligning the drainage piece (26) of the inner sleeve (14) for a predefined installation position after the drainage piece (26) has been pulled through the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2) and the threaded sleeve (19) which is fused to the latter after the inner sleeve (14) has been inserted into the inner container (2).
  7. The container according to Claim 6, characterised by a knob (40) which is integrally formed on the sealing flange (29) of the drainage piece (26) of the inner sleeve (14) as the orientation aid.
  8. The container according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the threaded sleeve (19) which is fused to the connecting piece (12) of the inner container (2) is produced as a plastic injection-moulded part.
