Description
The invention relates to a handle assembly on a suction hose equipped for spray extraction. In the method known as spray extraction, a liquid cleaning agent is sprayed into the carpet pile by means of a spray extraction apparatus under pressure and sucked off in a single operation by means of a suction device via a suction hose. In a similar method, a powdered cleaning agent is blown into the carpet pile and sucked off in a single operation by means of a suction device via a suction hose. Therefore, if a liquid line is mentioned below, this designation should also include a line through which a cleaning powder is blown.
In the case of the equipment used in this case, a liquid line is guided inside through the suction hose, which is provided at its handling end with a handle assembly which is mounted relative to the suction hose limited rotatably mounted on the suction hose. Here, the liquid line at the point of transition from the suction hose to the handle assembly according to the prior art out out and usually attached to the outside of the handle assembly. This design has the disadvantage that the liquid line in the region of the handle assembly is unprotected and can get caught in use.
The invention has for its object to provide a handle assembly on a suction hose equipped for spray extraction, in which, despite the guided through a handle suction line the possible angle of rotation between the suction hose and the handle assembly is so large that a comfortable handling in the spray extraction is ensured.
This object is achieved by the features of
The invention comprises according to
The handle assembly according to the invention allows a rotation angle between the suction hose and the handle assembly up to about 180 ° and larger, which ensures a comfortable handling of the arrangement in the spray extraction. It has been found that a length supply loop formed from the flexible fluid line itself and arranged in the manner indicated allows the specified angle of rotation. In this case, the length of the liquid line located in the length supply loop forms the limit of the angle of rotation between the suction hose and the handle tube. However, this rotation angle can preferably be limited by stops according to
Dabei stützt sich die Flüssigkeitsleitung an ihrer Festlegungsstelle im Griffteil ab.The receiving space on the circumference of the inner sleeve takes on relative rotation between the suction hose and handle assembly, the flexible liquid line kinked. The liquid line is also returned without kinks in the rest position of the length supply loop when handle assembly and suction hose have reached their output relative position again. The effective in both directions stops prevent overstretching or stretching of the liquid line, which assumes a bent position in the stop positions, which favors the return to the rest position of the length supply loop. In this case, the liquid line is supported at its fixing point in the handle part.
In continuation of the inventive concept according to
Preferably, the wall opening of the handle tube is formed in accordance with
The receiving space for the flexible fluid line on the outer circumference of the inner sleeve is expediently designed according to
The rotationally fixed attachment of the inner sleeve to the Saugschlauchende takes place in a hose, which in per se known Way outside the manner of an external thread helical wave crests and wave troughs, according to claim 7 expedient so that the one annular projection of the pushed onto the inner sleeve suction hose is pressed by a screwed onto the hose threaded sleeve which engages over the annular projection and which a radially outwardly facing Having stop element. The threaded sleeve in this case has an internally threaded portion, which is adapted in dimensions and pitch to the outer thread formed by the wave crests and wave troughs of the hose.
In a further embodiment of the handle assembly according to the invention is, as stated in
Suitably, the liquid line of the suction hose according to
For the seal between the inner sleeve and the relatively rotatable rotatable handle tube according to

A handle arrangement is proposed on a
