Claims (8)
- Werkzeug (18) zur Rollierbearbeitung einer torischen Hohlkehle (16a) zur Verbindung zwischen einer zylindrischen Seite (19), die den Grund einer Ringnut (14) in einem drehenden Bauteil (12) begrenzt, und einer die Nut (14) umrandenden ersten ringförmigen Seitenfläche (17a), das in einem Gehäuse (30) ein Rad (52) in Auflage auf einer Rolle (40) aufweist, deren Rollierkraft auf der Nut eine radiale Komponente und eine Komponente gemäß der Achse (B-B) des Rads (52) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Anschlagelement (58) aufweist, das auf einer zweiten ringförmigen Seitenfläche (17b) der Nut (14) aufliegen kann, um die Reaktionskraft der axialen Komponente der von der Rolle (40) auf die Hohlkehle (16a) ausgeübten Rollierkraft zu kompensieren.
- Werkzeug (18) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (58) eine Walze ist, deren Drehsymmetrieachse orthogonal zur Achse (B-B) des Rads (52) ist.
- Werkzeug (18) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (58) bezüglich des Gehäuses (30) frei drehbar um seine Achse montiert ist.
- Werkzeug (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (58) eine kegelstumpfförmige Walze ist.
- Werkzeug (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rad (52) einen zweiten ringförmigen Rollabschnitt (60) aufweist, der mit einem komplementären ringförmigen Abschnitt (59) des Anschlagelements (58) zusammenwirken kann, damit das Anschlagelement (58) in der Lage ist, eine axiale Kraft auf das Rad (52) zu übertragen.
- Werkzeug (18) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Rollabschnitt (60) des Rads (52) und der ringförmige Rollabschnitt (59) des Anschlagelements (58) durch Reibung zusammenwirken.
- Werkzeug (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mehrere Anschlagelemente (58) aufweist.
- Rolliermaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
