Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Tissuebahnen (T), umfassend eine Vorrichtung (101) zur Entwässerung mit einem endlosen, permeablen strukturierten Band (4) und ein, eine Saugwalze (6) teilweise in Umfangsrichtung umschlingendes endloses permeables Entwässerungsband (5), wobei das permeable strukturierte Band (4) über einen Teilbereich seines Umlaufweges gemeinsam mit dem permeablen Entwässerungsband (5) über zumindest einen Teilbereich des Umschlingungsbereiches (37) des permeablen Entwässerungsbandes (5) mit der Saugwalze (6) unter Ausbildung eines Entwässerungsabschnittes (38) geführt wird und mit Mitteln zum Aufbringen eines Druckes auf die beiden Bänder (4, 5) und die zwischen diesen geführte Tissuebahn (T) in diesem Entwässerungsabschnitt (38). Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel eine in Durchlaufrichtung der Tissuebahn (T) betrachtet nur im Einlaufbereich (22) der Bänder (4, 5) in den Entwässerungsabschnitt (38) an der Saugwalze (6) in Umfangsrichtung dieser örtlich begrenzt einen Druck aufbringende Einrichtung (36) umfassen.
