Claims (14)
- Appareil de stockage (1) destiné au stockage de produits nécessitant une réfrigération, comprenant :au moins une étagère (2) possédant une surface supérieure (21) pour supporter des produits nécessitant une réfrigération et possédant une surface inférieure (22),un dispositif d'éclairage (3) pour éclairer un espace (15) qui est agencé sous l'étagère, le dispositif d'éclairage étant monté sur l'étagère,dans lequel l'étagère (2) est pourvue d'un plan avant (23) agencé de manière transversale aux surfaces supérieure et inférieure (21, 22) de l'étagère, le plan avant définissant un espace (17) pour agencer le dispositif d'éclairage dans une région arrière du plan avant,un conduit d'air (7) agencé entre le dispositif d'éclairage (3) et l'étagère (2) pour mener un écoulement d'air de refroidissement (16) entre le dispositif d'éclairage etl'étagère,le conduit d'air comprenant un orifice d'entrée (71) pour recevoir l'écoulement d'air de refroidissement et un orifice de sortie (72) agencé espacé de l'orifice d'entrée et agencé dans une région du ou de manière adjacente au plan avant (23) pour décharger l'air de refroidissement chauffé par le dispositif d'éclairage,caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'installation (6) est fixé à l'étagère (2) et au dispositif d'éclairage (3) pour monter le dispositif d'éclairage sur l'étagère, dans lequel l'orifice de sortie (72) est agencé dans le dispositif d'installation,dans lequel l'orifice de sortie (72) comprend une pluralité d'ouvertures (67) agencées dans une zone du dispositif d'installation sous le dispositif d'éclairage et dans lequel le dispositif d'installation (6) est fixé au plan avant (23) pour soutenir le dispositif d'éclairage (3) sous celui-ci.
- Appareil de stockage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le conduit d'air (7) est agencé le long d'au moins une partie de la surface inférieure (22) et du plan avant (23) de l'étagère, offrant en particulier l'orifice d'entrée (71) et l'orifice de sortie (72) au niveau de côtés sensiblement opposés du dispositif d'éclairage (3).
- Appareil de stockage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre un écran thermique (61, 62) disposé entre le dispositif d'éclairage (3) et la surface inférieure (22) de l'étagère.
- Appareil de stockage selon la revendication 3,
dans lequel l'écran thermique (61, 62) est pourvu d'un moyen de réflexion de lumière (68) pour diriger la lumière du dispositif d'éclairage dans une direction à l'opposé de la surface inférieure (22) de l'étagère, et/ou
dans lequel au moins une partie de l'écran thermique (61, 62) est inclinée par rapport à la surface inférieure (22) de l'étagère créant un orifice d'entrée cunéiforme (71) du conduit d'air, et/ou
dans lequel l'écran thermique (61, 62) fait partie d'un dispositif d'installation (6) qui est fixé à l'étagère et au dispositif d'éclairage pour le montage du dispositif d'éclairage sur l'étagère. - Appareil de stockage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant au moins un conduit d'air (81, 82, 83) situé dans ou de manière adjacente à une partie (25) de l'étagère à distance du dispositif d'éclairage (3), le conduit d'air étant adapté pour diriger un écoulement d'air de refroidissement (16) vers la surface inférieure (22) de l'étagère.
- Appareil de stockage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le conduit d'air (81, 82, 83) se situe dans ou de manière adjacente à une partie (25) de l'étagère opposée au dispositif d'éclairage (3).
- Appareil de stockage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel le conduit d'air (81, 82, 83) est agencé dans une partie (25) de l'étagère où l'étagère vient buter contre un panneau arrière (13) d'une vitrine.
- Appareil de stockage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel le conduit d'air comprend au moins une tuyère (81, 82) adaptée pour diriger un flux d'air (16) vers la surface inférieure (22) de l'étagère.
- Appareil de stockage selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la tuyère (81, 82) est fixée à l'étagère, en particulier à un plan arrière (25) de l'étagère ou à un rebord (26) fixé au plan arrière de l'étagère.
- Appareil de stockage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel la tuyère (81, 82) comprend un moyen pour fixation par encliquetage ou un moyen de fixation par glissement.
- Appareil de stockage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 10, dans lequel le conduit d'air comprend au moins une ouverture (83) dans un plan arrière (25) de l'étagère adaptée pour diriger un flux d'air (16) le long de la surface inférieure (22) de l'étagère.
- Armoire réfrigérante, comprenant :une vitrine (13) définissant un espace de présentation (15, 18) ayant une zone de visualisation avant et une zone arrière, ledit espace de présentation servant à stocker des produits nécessitant une réfrigération ;un appareil de stockage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes agencé dans la vitrine.
- Armoire réfrigérante selon la revendication 12, comprenant : des orifices de sortie d'air (14) dans la zone arrière (13) de la vitrine pour diriger un écoulement d'air de refroidissement (16) le long de la surface inférieure (22) de l'au moins une étagère (2) de l'appareil de stockage.
- Armoire réfrigérante selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle :au moins l'un des orifices de sortie d'air (14) communique avec au moins un conduit d'air (81, 82, 83) situé dans ou de manière adjacente à une partie (25) de l'étagère à distance du dispositif d'éclairage (3), le conduit d'air étant adapté pour diriger un écoulement d'air de refroidissement (16) reçu depuis l'au moins un des orifices de sortie d'air vers la surface inférieure (22) de l'étagère.
