Claims (4)

  1. Timepiece provided with a chronograph mechanism comprising a going barrel (B), a going train controlled by an escapement, a retrograde minute counter (6, 25, 26, 27), an hour counter (12, 14, 17), and means (1) for the manual selective, starting and stopping of said counters, said timepiece being characterized in that the hour counter (12, 14, 17) comprises an epicyclic gear (12) comprising a force-taking wheel unit (12a) connected kinematically with the going train and carrying planet wheel units (12b) in mesh with a sun wheel unit (12c), two output wheel units, of which the first (12g), which is able to move between two limit positions, is attached to the sun wheel unit (12c) and is connected kinematically to an hour counting wheel unit (17), and of which the second (12f) is connected kinematically to the planet wheel units (12b), two stop members (21a, 21b) connected kinematically to said means for the manual selective starting and stopping of said counters (1), in order to stop correspondingly and selectively the two output wheel units (12g, 12f), and elastic return means (16) that tend constantly to return said first output wheel unit (12g) to its first limit position.
  2. Timepiece according to Claim 1 in which the first output wheel unit (12g) of the epicyclic gear is in mesh with a device for positioning it in its two limit positions that comprises a wheel unit (18) connected kinematically to this first output wheel unit and in mesh with a movable positioning member (19) that has, on the one hand, a release member (19c) for one (21a) of said stop members (21a, 21b) and, on the other hand, positioning teeth (19b) in mesh with a jumper (20) to keep this movable positioning member (19) elastically in three positions, a first or stop position of the first output wheel unit (12g) in its first limit position controlled by said elastic return means (16), a second position controlled by the movement of the first output wheel unit (12g) of the epicyclic train in opposition to said elastic return means (16), in which position said movable positioning member (19) is placed in mesh with a control wheel unit (26b) connected kinematically to the retrograde minute counter (6), and a third position, controlled by the retrograde movement of the minute counter on said control wheel unit (26b) kinematically connected to it, in which the disengagement element (19c) of said positioning member is in mesh with said stop members (21a, 21b) in order to disengage them from the output wheel units (12g, 12f) of the epicyclic train.
  3. Timepiece according to Claim 2, in which the retrograde minute counter (6, 25, 26, 27) comprises a rocker (27) with one arm having a toothed sector (27a) in mesh with a toothed pinion (26a) of said control wheel unit (26b) of said positioning member (19), while the other arm of this rocker (27) serves to follow the profile of a retrograde return cam (6b) attached to a wheel unit (6) of the minute counter and return means (28) of said control wheel unit (26b) that tend to keep the other arm of said rocker (27) against the profile of the retrograde return cam (6b).
  4. Timepiece according to Claim 1, in which two control cams (24a, 24b) of said stop members (21a, 21b) attached to each other are mounted on a common arbor carrying a pinion (24d) in mesh with a pinion (1a) attached to said means for the manual selective starting and stopping of said counters (1).
