  1. Articulated arm awning, comprising

    - in order to achieve an automatic inward pivoting movement, a bearing (26) for the drive is directly connected to the holding device (1), a cover (24) being further provided for covering the recess (3) in the holding device (1), the cover (24) being directly connected to the projection (12) of the side face (5), and
    - a stop is provided for an upward pivoting movement of the articulated arms (22).
  2. Articulated arm awning according to claim 1, characterised in that the holding device (1) has a threaded hole with a set screw (14) the inner end of which abuts against a protruding nose (13) of the projection (12) and serves for the slope adjustment of the side face (5) or the associated articulated arm (22).
  3. Articulated arm awning according to claim 1, characterised in that a device is provided for switching of the drive motor once the retracted final position is reached.
  4. Articulated arm awning according to claim 2 and 3, characterised in that the device for switching off the drive motor is formed by a torque limiting device that is activated once a stop is reached.
