Abstract

A sink of a sink cabinet (X) having a notched stepped groove (2) for mounting a plate (Y) such as a cooking plate and a drain plate on upper edges of the sink (1) or making the plate movable and further a protruding step (3) haring an inverse V shape with an upper face part (3a) and a lower face part (3b) at each of opposite positions on the inner edge surface (4) of the sink (1) integrally formed with the sink (1), wherein if a plurality of protruding steps (3) are provided, the sink of the sink cabinet is provided with a storage box (5).

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The device relates to a sink in a sink cabinet.

BACKGROUND ART

Conventionally, a sink in a sink cabinet arranged in a kitchen is primarily intended for washing food such as vegetables and tableware and the like, but if the kitchen is small, a cooking plate is provided over a sink for cooking or a drain plate of vegetables and the like is provided, or in some cases, a plate (hereinafter, all such plates are simply called a plate) such as a cutting board is placed. Thus, some models with a special plate over a sink are provided and a plate is placed when necessary and the plate is slid to one side when not necessary.
Then, a stepped portion accepting such a slidable plate has a plurality of steps not only above a sink, but also inside the sink and some models has a structure in which the same plate is placed on such steps. An example is described in Patent Document 1.
However, if steps for accepting such a plate should be formed also on inner edges of a sink, inner edges of the sink are deformed and work of forming a plurality of steps will require still complicated machining. Its manufacturing process will also be complicated and very troublesome and therefore, there is a disadvantage of high costs.
Thus, the applicant for the device developed a sink of a sink cabinet equipped with steps so that one plate is mounted by providing projections at positions opposite to each other inside the sink of the sink cabinet without the need for separately preparing a special dedicated plate inside the sink or without making the inner circumferential surface of the sink have a complicated structure, or the plate can be used both on upper and lower steps by providing projections on a plurality of steps and the sink can easily be machined. An example is described in Patent Document 2.

Then, a sponge pot cleaner and a cleanser required for the sink of the sink cabinet and dish washing are used, usually based on the frequency of usage, by putting them into a hamper or a saucer, which is fixed in the vicinity of the sink cabinet, for example, on an inner wall of the sink of the sink cabinet by means of a thin bowl-shaped rubber fixture (fixed by being vacuum-sucked).
However, the sink of the sink cabinet has an internal structure in which a dedicated plate (or dedicated plates) slides in a horizontal direction and hanging a hamper or a saucer on the inner wall of the sink makes the plate unmovable because the plate is touched by the hamper or saucer. Moreover, even if a hamper or a saucer is placed on an upper edge of the sink, the upper edge is narrow and when a dedicated plate is moved in the horizontal direction, a cleanser or the like put in the hamper or saucer may overturn due to vibration or the like when the plate is moved, spoiling foods helplessly by a wash liquid or wash powder being showered on foods being cooked in the sink.

DISCLOSURE OF THE DEVICE

PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE DEVICE

Thus, an object of the device is to develop and provide a sink of a sink cabinet integrally forming a dedicated storage box into which a cleanser, a sponge pot cleaner and the like can be put with the sink equipped with steps so that one plate is mounted by providing projections at positions opposite to each other inside the sink of the sink cabinet without the need for separately preparing a special dedicated plate inside the sink or without making the inner circumferential surface of the sink have a complicated structure, or the plate can be used both on upper and lower steps by providing projections on a plurality of steps and the sink can easily be machined.

MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS

To solve the above problems, a sink of a sink cabinet equipped with steps in which the interval between upper and lower protruding steps is devised so that the upper protruding step does not come into contact with a plate when a storage box is formed facing the sink of the sink cabinet or the plate is mounted on the lower protruding step of the sink of the sink cabinet is further improved and a storage box facing the sink of the sink cabinet is integrally formed.

ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVICE

According to the device, even when a plate is placed, the height of a protruding step (3) on which the plate is placed is calculated and a plate (Y) placed on an upper step can directly be placed on a lower protruding step (3). Both ends of the protruding step (3) are only provided on flat surfaces of both front/rear inner surfaces of an inner edge surface (4) of a sink and do not continue up to a curved corner (Z) and therefore, the manufacture thereof is simple and dust does not gather at a corner, avoiding troublesome cleaning and being unsanitary.
In addition, by forming a storage box (5) in contact with the sink, the storage box can be cleaned together with the sink, is not troublesome and also is sanitary, and the storage box (5) is formed back from the inner edge surface (4) of the sink, providing an advantage of not being obstructive when one or more plates (Y) are sliding.
Moreover, by retaining the protruding step (3) for maintaining the slide function for a portion of the storage box (5) unchanged, the protruding step (3) in front of the storage box (5) plays a role of preventing overturning and provides a very beneficial advantage that, for example, spoiling foods by a wash liquid or wash powder being showered on foods being cooked in the sink after a cleanser bottle or the like put inside the storage box (5) falls into the sink is prevented.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE DEVICE

Next, the device comprises a sink of a sink cabinet having a notched stepped groove and/or a plurality of protruding steps for mounting a plate such as a cooking plate, a drain plate, and a cutting board in the sink, wherein an protruding step having an inverse V-shaped cross section is each formed integrally with the sink at positions of the notched stepped groove on upper edges of the sink and opposite inner circumferential surfaces in the sink and a storage box is formed facing the inner circumferential surface having protruding steps of the sink of the sink cabinet.

[Embodiment]

An embodiment of the device will be described in detail. A sink of a sink cabinet (X) having a notched stepped groove (2) for mounting a plate (Y) such as a cooking plate and a drain plate on upper edges of the sink (1) or making the plate movable and further a protruding step (3) having an inverse V shape with an upper face part (3a) and a lower face part (3b) at each of opposite positions on the inner circumferential surface (4) of the sink (1) integrally formed with the sink (1), wherein if a plurality of protruding steps (3) are provided, the width dimension (α) of an upper protruding step (3') of the steps is set in such a way that when an arc (θ) of the radius of the longitudinal width dimension (β) of the sink (1) is drawn from one edge of the sink in the vertical direction, the upper protruding step (3') on the opposite side does not touch the arc, exists as a basis and the sink of the sink cabinet is provided with a storage box (5).
Next, an embodiment of the structure of the sink (1) of the sink cabinet (X) will be described in detail. The sink (1) of the sink cabinet (X) having a plurality of uneven steps for mounting the plate (Y) such as a cooking plate and a drain plate inside the sink, wherein a plurality of protruding steps (3) having an inverse V-shaped cross section whose upper face part (3a) is horizontal and whose lower face part (3b) is tilted downward, each formed at opposite positions on the inner edge surfaces (4) inside the sink (1), is integrally formed with the sink (1).
Next, another embodiment of the device will be described in detail following drawings. The sink (1) of the sink cabinet (X) having a plurality of uneven steps for mounting the plate (Y) such as a cooking plate and a drain plate inside the sink (1) by changing the steps, wherein protruding steps (3) having an inverse V-shaped cross section whose upper face part (3a) is horizontal and whose lower face part (3b) is tilted downward, each formed at opposite positions on the inner edge surface (4) inside the sink (1), are integrally formed with the sink (1) for providing one or a plurality of plates each, and the width dimension (α) of the protruding step (3) is set in such a way that when an arc (θ) of the radius of the longitudinal width dimension (β) of the sink (1) is drawn from one inner edge surface (4) of the sink in the vertical direction, an upper protruding step (3') on the opposite side does not touch the arc (θ).
A still another embodiment of the device will be described in detail. Both ends of the protruding step (3) in the inverse V shape are formed in such a way that they do not reach the corners (Z) of the sink of the sink cabinet (X) and the storage box (5) is provided facing the inside of the sink (1).

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The device is industrially applicable by establishing a manufacturing technology of the sink (1) of the sink cabinet (X) according to the device and manufacturing the sink (1) based on the manufacturing technology for sale.

Claims

A sink (1) of a sink cabinet (X) having a notched stepped groove (2) for mounting a plate (Y) such as a cooking plate and a drain plate or making the plate movable formed on upper edges of the sink (1) and/or a plurality of protruding steps (3) for mounting the plate (Y) such as a cooking plate and a drain plate in the sink (1), wherein the protruding steps (3) whose cross section has an inverse V shape are formed at each of opposite positions of an inner circumferential surface (4) of the sink (1) are integrally formed with the sink (1) and a storage box (5) is formed on the inner circumferential surface (4) having the protruding steps (3) of the sink (1) of the sink cabinet (X) facing the sink (1).
