Since the first guide piece 322 is disposed on the first tray 32, the first tray 32 is clamped and fixed on the supporting frame 31, and after the first guide piece 322 and the second guide piece 333 are slidably connected, the second guide piece 333 slides on the first guide piece 322, so as to drive the second tray 33 connected thereto to slide.
The sliding directions of the two second trays 33 are both the first horizontal directions, that is, the two second trays 33 will move in the direction approaching or separating from the first tray 32, and the sliding states of the two second trays 33 are the same, and both the two second trays 33 slide in the direction approaching the first tray 32, so that the corresponding avoidance areas 312 are opened, slide in the direction separating from the first tray 32, and the corresponding avoidance areas 312 are blocked, and here, the movement of one of the second trays 33 is described as an example.
The second tray 33 moves towards the direction away from the first tray 32, namely moves towards the direction close to the avoidance area 312, so that the avoidance area 312 is gradually shielded, when the second tray 33 shields the corresponding avoidance area 312, the projection of the avoidance area on the vertical direction is positioned in the projection of the second tray on the vertical direction, at this time, as shown in fig. 14, most of the second tray 33 is positioned in the avoidance area 312, so that the space above the avoidance area and the space below are blocked, only the edge parts of the first tray 32 and the second tray 33 close to each other are overlapped, small tableware such as knife and fork can be placed on the first tray 32 and the second tray 33, and the tray assembly 3 is in a working state.
The second tray 33 moves in a direction approaching the first tray 32, that is, in a direction away from the avoidance area 312, where a portion of the second tray 33 approaching the first tray 32 gradually moves to an upper side or a lower side of the first tray 32, at this time, as shown in fig. 15, the second tray 33 opens the avoidance area 312, at least a portion of the avoidance area 312 is located on a side of the corresponding second tray 33 away from the support area 311 in the first horizontal direction, and more portions of the first tray 32 and the second tray 33 overlap or overlap completely, so that the tray assembly 3 is in a non-operating state.
Dodge district 312 runs through support frame 31 along vertical direction, therefore, when second tray 33 opens the district 312 of dodging that corresponds, dodge district 312 will communicate the space between the bowl basket 2 of the space of tray subassembly 3 top and tray subassembly 3 below and tray subassembly 3, place promptly the tableware on the bowl basket 2 of the below of tray subassembly 3 can pass and dodge district 312, thereby the space that is used for placing the tableware on the bowl basket 2 of the below of tray subassembly 3 has been increased, thereby make high tableware such as goblet can place bowl basket 2 on wash, thereby dish washer's suitability has been improved, user's use experience effect has been improved.
As shown in fig. 16, the avoidance area 312 of the support frame 31 may also be one, where the avoidance area 312 is located at one side of the support area 311 in the first horizontal direction. Correspondingly, the second tray 33 is also one, and the second tray 33 corresponds to the avoidance area 312 and is used for shielding and opening the corresponding avoidance area 312.
When the second tray 33 opens the avoidance area 312, the area of the part of the avoidance area 312, which is located at the second tray 33 and is away from the support area in the first horizontal direction, can be increased, so that tableware with larger height and width can be placed on the bowl basket.
On this basis, as shown in fig. 17, in some embodiments, one of the first guide 322 and the second guide 333 is a second slide rail 323, the second slide rail 323 extends along the first horizontal direction, and the other of the first guide 322 and the second guide 333 is a second slider 334, where the first guide 322 is the second slide rail 323, and the second guide 333 is exemplified as the second slider 334.
The second slider 334 is slidably connected to the second sliding rail 323, and the second slider 334 is disposed on the second tray 33, and slides on the second sliding rail 323 through the second slider 334, so as to drive the second tray 33 to slide along the extending direction of the second sliding rail 323, thereby driving the second tray 33 to slide in a direction approaching to the first tray 32 or far from the first tray 32.
As shown in fig. 13, in other embodiments, one of the first guide 322 and the second guide 333 includes a chute 324, and the other of the first guide 322 and the second guide 333 includes a slide 335, the chute 324 extending in a first horizontal direction, the slide 335 being slidably coupled within the chute 324.
The first guide 322 is taken as a chute 324, and the second guide 333 is taken as a slider 335. The sliding member 335 is slidably connected to the sliding slot 324, and the sliding member 335 is disposed on the second tray 33, and the sliding member 335 slides in the sliding slot 324 to drive the second tray 33 to slide along the extending direction of the sliding slot 324, thereby driving the second tray 33 to slide in a direction approaching to the first tray 32 or moving away from the first tray 32.
The sliding member 335 may be a sliding block, a sliding guide post, or the like.
The sliding groove 324 and the sliding member 335 are relatively simple in structure and can be formed by directly machining the first tray 32 and the second tray 33, so that the components of the tray assembly 3 can be further reduced, and the assembly process of the tray assembly 3 can be simplified.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 18, the first guide 322 is a chute 324. In order to prevent the second tray 33 from being disconnected from the first tray 32 due to the sliding of the sliding member 335 in the sliding slot 324, the sliding slot 324 has a first stopper portion 3241, so that the first tray 32 and the second tray 33 collide with each other when the second tray 33 slides in a direction approaching the first tray 32, thereby affecting the sliding of the second tray 33.
The first limiting portion 3241 is used for limiting the sliding member 335 when the second tray 33 shields the corresponding avoidance area 312, so as to prevent the sliding member 335 from sliding out of the sliding slot 324, and is convenient to control the second tray 33 to stop when sliding to a position shielding the corresponding avoidance area 312, so that the position of the second tray 33 is more convenient to adjust.
For example, the chute 324 may be disposed on the first tray 32, and in particular, the chute 324 may be disposed on a striker plate of the first tray 32, where the striker plate of the first tray 32 is located at one side of the first tray 32 in the second horizontal direction; the chute 324 may also be provided at an intermediate position of the first tray 32.
The sliding member 335 may be disposed on the second tray 33, and in particular, the sliding member 335 may be disposed on a striker plate of the second tray 33, the striker plate of the second tray 33 being located at one side of the second tray 33 in the second horizontal direction; the slider 335 may be disposed at an intermediate position of the second tray 33; the setting position of the sliding member 335 and the setting position of the slide slot 324 need to correspond to each other so that the sliding member 335 can slide in the slide slot 324.
When the second tray 33 opens the corresponding avoidance area 312, the second tray 33 may be located on the upper side of the first tray 32, and at this time, the chute 324 needs to be disposed on a side of the first tray 32 where the striker plate is close to the first tray 32, and the slider 335 needs to be disposed on a side of the second tray 33 where the second tray 33 is far away from the first tray 32 where the tableware is placed.
In the case where the second tray 33 opens the corresponding avoidance area 312, the second tray 33 may also be located at the lower side of the first tray 32, and at this time, the chute 324 needs to be disposed at a side of the first tray 32 where the striker plate is far away from the first tray 32 and the sliding member 335 needs to be disposed at a side of the second tray 33 where the second tray 33 is close to the first tray 32 and where the tableware is placed.
The first limiting portion 3241 is located at a side of the sliding member 335 near the avoidance area 312, and specifically, the first limiting portion 3241 may be a side wall of one end of the chute 324 near the avoidance area 312.
The first limiting portion 3241 may also be a blocking boss set in the chute 324, where the position of the blocking boss may be set according to when the second tray 33 shields the corresponding avoidance area 312, where the sliding member 335 is located, only the requirement that the second tray 33 slides along the first horizontal direction is met, the sliding member 335 slides on a side of the blocking boss away from the avoidance area 312, and when the second tray 33 shields the corresponding avoidance area 312, the sliding member 335 is located on a side of the blocking boss away from the avoidance area 312 and contacts with the blocking boss.
For example, the chute 324 may be disposed on the second tray 33, and in particular, the chute 324 may be disposed on a striker plate of the second tray 33; the chute 324 may be provided at an intermediate position of the second tray 33.
The sliding member 335 may be disposed on the first tray 32, and in particular, the sliding member 335 may be disposed on a striker plate of the first tray 32; the slider 335 may also be disposed at an intermediate position of the first tray 32; the setting position of the sliding member 335 and the setting position of the slide slot 324 need to correspond to each other so that the sliding member 335 can slide in the slide slot 324.
The first limiting portion 3241 is located at a side of the sliding member 335 away from the avoidance area 312, and specifically, the first limiting portion 3241 may be a side wall of the sliding groove 324 near one end of the supporting area 311. Wherein, when the end of the sliding groove 324 near the supporting area 311 is the end of the sliding groove 324 near the supporting area 311 when the second tray 33 shields the corresponding avoiding area 312.
The first limiting portion 3241 may also be a blocking boss set in the chute 324, where the position of the blocking boss may be set according to the position of the second tray 33 when shielding the corresponding avoidance area 312, where the sliding member 335 is located, only needs to satisfy the sliding process of the second tray 33 along the first horizontal direction, where the sliding member 335 slides on the side of the blocking boss near the avoidance area 312, and when the second tray 33 shields the corresponding avoidance area 312, the sliding member 335 is located on the side of the blocking boss far away from the support area 311 and contacts with the blocking boss.
On the basis, under the condition that the second tray 33 shields the corresponding avoidance area, the second tray 33 is in a working state, namely, tableware to be cleaned is placed on the second tray 33, in order to prevent the sliding part 335 from sliding in the sliding groove 324 to drive the second tray 33 to slide when the tableware on the second tray 33 is cleaned, thereby influencing the cleaning of the tableware in the second tray 33, as shown in fig. 19, the tray assembly 3 further comprises a limiting part 34, the limiting part 34 is arranged in the sliding groove 324, and under the condition that the second tray 33 shields the corresponding avoidance area 312, the sliding part 335 is positioned between the first limiting part 3241 and the limiting part 34 and is contacted with both the first limiting part 3241 and the limiting part 34.
That is, when the second tray 33 is in the working state, the limiting member 34 and the first limiting portion 3241 can limit the sliding member 335 from two sides of the sliding member 335 in the first horizontal direction, so as to avoid the sliding of the limiting member 34 in the sliding slot 324, and thus avoid the sliding of the second tray 33, so as to ensure the stability of the second tray 33 during working.
In order to enable the second tray 33 to slide smoothly from the position of the shielding avoidance area 312 towards the direction close to the supporting area 311, at least one of the limiting member 34 and the sliding member 335 may have elasticity, so that when the avoidance area 312 needs to be opened, the second tray 33 may be pushed in the first horizontal direction towards the direction close to the supporting area 311, so as to drive the sliding member 335 to press the limiting member 34, so that the sliding member 335 slides from the side of the limiting member 34 close to the first limiting portion 3241 to the side of the limiting member 34 far away from the first limiting portion 3241 by virtue of the elasticity of the limiting member 34 and/or the sliding member 335, and the sliding member 335 may slide smoothly in the sliding slot 324.
It should be noted that, the limiting member 34 may be a limiting member made of elastic material such as plastic or rubber, and the height of the limiting member 34 in the depth direction of the chute 324 is smaller than the depth of the chute 324; the sliding member 335 may be a sliding member made of elastic material such as plastic or rubber, and the height of the portion of the sliding member 335 located in the sliding slot 324 is smaller than the depth of the sliding slot 324; the slide 335 and the stop 34 may overlap partially in the first horizontal direction.
In this way, the stopper 34 can be made to stop the slider 335, and the slider 335 can be made to slide from the side of the stopper 34 near the first stop portion 3241 to the side of the stopper 34 far from the first stop portion 3241 by means of the elastic deformation of the stopper 34 and/or the slider 335.
The limiting member 34 may further include a limiting member and an elastic member, where the bottom of the limiting member and the sliding slot 324 is connected by a spring, and when the sliding member 335 slides from a side of the limiting member 34 close to the first limiting portion 3241 to a side of the limiting member 34 far away from the first limiting portion 3241, the limiting member 34 may be moved in the depth direction of the sliding slot 324 by the elasticity of the elastic member, so as to break the limitation of the limiting member 34 to the sliding member 335.
In addition, in order to make the sliding member 335 slide more smoothly from the side of the stopper 34 near the first stopper portion 3241 to the side of the stopper 34 far from the first stopper portion 3241, as shown in fig. 19, the stopper 34 may be fixed to the bottom of the chute 324, and a first guide surface 341 may be provided on the side of the stopper 34 far from the bottom of the chute 324, wherein the first guide surface 341 may be an arc surface, an inclined surface, or the like, and the first guide surface 341 is used to guide the sliding member 335 to slide on the first guide surface 341 so that the sliding member 335 slides smoothly from the side of the stopper 34 near the first stopper portion 3241 to the side of the stopper 34 far from the first stopper portion 3241.
A second guide surface (not shown) may be disposed on a side of the sliding member 335 near the bottom of the chute 324, where the second guide surface may be an arc surface, an inclined surface, or the like, and the second guide surface may enable the sliding member 335 to slide smoothly with respect to the stopper 34, so that the sliding member 335 may slide smoothly from a side of the stopper 34 near the first stopper 3241 to a side of the stopper 34 far from the first stopper 3241.
It is also possible to provide the first guide surface 341 on the side of the stopper 34 away from the bottom of the chute 324 and the second guide surface on the side of the slider 335 near the bottom of the chute 324.
