Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'actionnement (1) pour une portière (2) d'un véhicule, en particulier d'un bus. Ce dispositif comprend : une structure support (5) munie de moyens (6) permettant de raccorder ledit dispositif (1) au véhicule; une unité de levage (3) de portière raccordée à la structure support (5), qui comprend un élément de levage (4) pouvant être déplacé entre une position levée et une position abaissée, et qui peut être raccordée à la portière (2) de sorte que le mouvement ascendant et descendant produise un mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture de la portière (2); des moyens de blocage (7) conçus pour bloquer l'élément de levage (4) en position levée; des moyens de libération (8) conçus pour libérer les moyens de blocage (7) pour permettre à l'élément de levage (4) d'être déplacé vers le bas. Ce dispositif d'actionnement (1) comprend un dispositif support auxiliaire (9) différent de la structure support (5) qui peut être raccordé amovible à ladite structure de support; lesdits moyens de blocage (7) et de libération (8) étant raccordés audit dispositif support auxiliaire (9).

Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) pour une porte (2) d'un véhicule, en particulier un autobus, comprenant :
    - une structure de support (5), comprenant des moyens (6) pour relier le dispositif (1) audit véhicule ;
    - une unité de soulèvement de porte (3) reliée à la structure de support (5) et comprenant un élément de soulèvement (4) pouvant se déplacer entre une position soulevée et une position abaissée, et qui peut être reliée à ladite porte (2), de telle sorte que ledit mouvement vers le haut et vers le bas produise en résultat un mouvement de fermeture et d'ouverture de la porte (2) ;
    - des moyens de blocage (7) appropriés pour bloquer ledit élément de soulèvement (4) dans la position soulevée ;
    - des moyens de libération (8) appropriés pour libérer les moyens de blocage (7) afin de permettre le mouvement vers le bas de l'élément de soulèvement (4),
    - un dispositif de support auxiliaire (9) distinct de ladite structure de support (5) et pouvant être relié de façon amovible, ou étant relié, à celle-ci, lesdits moyens de blocage (7) et lesdits moyens de libération (8) étant reliés audit dispositif de support auxiliaire (9),
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage (7) comprennent une première came (18) mobile entre une position de blocage dans laquelle elle vient en prise avec l'élément de soulèvement (4) de façon à bloquer ce dernier dans la position soulevée et une position de libération dans laquelle elle libère l'élément de soulèvement (4), et une deuxième came (19) mobile entre une position de blocage, dans laquelle elle vient en prise avec la première came (18) de façon à bloquer cette dernière dans la position de blocage de celle-ci, et une position de libération, dans laquelle elle libère ladite première came (18), lesdits moyens de libération (8) étant reliés à ladite deuxième came (19) de façon à déplacer cette dernière entre lesdites positions de blocage et de libération,
    et en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage (7) comprennent des moyens de blocage sélectif appropriés pour empêcher la porte (2) d'être ouverte manuellement lorsque la vitesse du véhicule est supérieure à une vitesse minimale,
    lesdits moyens de blocage sélectif comprenant un cylindre de sécurité pneumatique à simple action (39) avec une tige (40) qui, du fait qu'elle est amenée à se déplacer vers l'extérieur lorsque ladite vitesse minimale du véhicule est dépassée, vient en prise avec ladite deuxième came (19) de façon à maintenir cette dernière dans la position de blocage.
  2. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit dispositif de support auxiliaire (9) comprend une plaque de support auxiliaire sensiblement plane (16).
  3. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite première came (18) est sollicitée élastiquement vers la position de blocage.
  4. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 3, dans lequel lesdits moyens de libération (8) comprennent des premiers moyens de libération pour libérer ladite deuxième came (19) dans des conditions d'actionnement normales et des deuxièmes moyens de libération destinés à pouvoir libérer ladite deuxième came (19) dans des conditions de défaillance.
  5. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite unité de soulèvement (3) comprend une unité de cylindre-piston pneumatique principale (10) avec ledit élément de soulèvement (4).
  6. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits premiers moyens de libération comprennent une unité de cylindre-piston de libération (25) en communication avec ladite unité de cylindre-piston principale (10) et reliée à ladite deuxième came (19), de telle sorte qu'une opération de déplacement vers le bas de ladite unité de cylindre-piston principale (10) mette en oeuvre un mouvement de libération de ladite unité de cylindre-piston de libération (25), tandis qu'une opération de déplacement vers le haut et/ou une absence d'alimentation à l'unité de cylindre-piston principale (10) met en oeuvre un positionnement de blocage de l'unité de cylindre-piston de libération (25) approprié pour maintenir ladite deuxième came (19) dans la position de blocage.
  7. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel lesdits deuxièmes moyens de libération comprennent des moyens formant câble reliés à ladite deuxième came (19) ainsi qu'à un levier (27) qui interagit avec une soupape d'urgence (33) pour l'unité de cylindre-piston principale (10), de telle sorte que, en réponse à un actionnement des moyens formant câble, la soupape d'urgence (33) vide l'unité de cylindre-piston principale (10) et que la deuxième came (19) libère la première came (18), et, par conséquent, l'élément de soulèvement (4).
  8. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel lesdits moyens formant câble comprennent un câble (30) qui traverse ladite unité de cylindre-piston de libération (25) d'une façon sensiblement coaxiale.
  9. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, dans lequel lesdits deuxièmes moyens de libération comprennent une ou plusieurs poignées d'urgence (36) qui sont reliées audit levier (27) à l'aide de câbles d'urgence (37).
  10. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite structure de support (5) comprend une plaque sensiblement en forme de L (14) qui est reliée à ladite unité de cylindre-piston principale (10).
  11. Dispositif d'actionnement (1) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel ladite plaque de support auxiliaire (16) peut être reliée ou est reliée à ladite plaque sensiblement en forme de L (14), à un bord latéral de la plaque sensiblement en forme de L (14).
