Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen klimatisierten Sitz nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Ein derartiger klimatisierter Sitz ist aus der DE 202 19 733 U1 bekannt. Bei diesem Sitz ist ein Lüfter, zum Beispiel ein Radiallüfter, unterhalb der Sitzfläche - beabstandet zu dieser-angeordnet. Über einen Durchtrittsbereich unterhalb des Sitzes wird Luft in eine Luftverteilereinrichtung im Sitzpolster transportiert, die eine Luftverteilungsstruktur an der Unterseite der Sitzfläche, Luftführungskanäle und Luftaustrittsöffnungen auf der Oberseite der Sitzfläche umfasst.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen derartigen klimatisierten Sitz weiterzubilden.

Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, sowohl die Luftverteilereinrichtung als auch den Lüfter selbst in dem Schaummaterial anzuordnen. Auf diese Weise kann der Radiallüfter schwingungsgedämpft angeordnet werden, indem er im Polsterschaum fixiert ist. Dies hat zudem den Vorteil, dass die im Stand der Technik genannten Bauteile, wie Durchtrittsbereiche. und Fördergehäuse zwischen dem externen Radialgebläse und dem Sitzpolster, eingespart werden können.
Der im Schaum angeordnete Radiallüfter steht in direkter Wirkverbindung mit einer in den Schaum eingebrachten Luftverteilerstruktur in Form von Luftgräben beziehungsweise Luftkanälen.

Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cover rim (25) extends along the fastening trench (23) and through an air trench (8), which extends transversely with respect to the fastening trench, on the B side and is locked on the B side, and in that the cover rim (25) has at least one perforation in the region of the air trench in order to ensure an air flow through the air trench.
  15. Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 14, characterized in that the cover rim (25) is composed of a fabric mesh.
  16. Air-conditioned seat according to one of Claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the air distributor device (5) comprises an annular duct structure which permits a circulating flow.
  17. Air-conditioned seat according to one of Claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the air distribution structure (5) is formed in a substantially star-shaped manner.
  18. Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1 or 1 and 9, characterized in that the air trenches (8) on the B side and/or the air trenches (13) on the A side of the air distribution structure (6) can be stabilized by a special first or second shaping (26, 27).
  19. Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cushioning foam (1) of the backrest and/or of the seat part is bounded on the side facing away from the seated person, i.e. the B side, by a nonwoven fabric (2) which has a mounting opening (30) which forms overlapping regions (35) with a cavity (31), the installation site of the radial fan (4), wherein the flexibility of the mounting opening (30) for the installation of the radial fan (4) can be produced, in the case of larger overlapping regions (35), by nonwoven cut-out openings having incisions (28) or recesses (32), or, with smaller overlapping regions (35), by means of non-woven material cut-out openings (33, 34) having special shapes.
  20. Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 2 or 7, characterized in that the radial fan can be secured in the foam (1) or in a separate securing layer/foam zone (12) by at least one resilient or rigid holding element (36, 37) arranged on the radial fan (4).
  21. Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the radial fan (4) acts in a sucking manner and the air is transported from the A side to the B side.
  22. Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the air distribution structure (6) is designed in the form of the air trenches (8) or air ducts introduced into the foam (1) on the B side and air-guiding ducts (7) arranged transversely with respect thereto, wherein the air distribution structure (6) consists of air trenches (8) or air ducts which are introduced directly into the foam and extend along the B side.
