Der im Schaum angeordnete Radiallüfter steht in direkter Wirkverbindung mit einer in den Schaum eingebrachten Luftverteilerstruktur in Form von Luftgräben beziehungsweise Luftkanälen.

Claims (22)
- Air-conditioned seat with a seat part (22) and a backrest (20), and also with at least one radial fan (4), wherein the seat part (22) and/or the backrest (20) is/are cushioned with foam (1) and have a seat cushion and/or a backrest cushion, wherein the at least one radial fan (4) is operatively connected to an air distributor device (5) in the foam (1) of the seat part (22) and/or of the backrest (20), wherein the air distributor device (5) comprises an air distribution structure (6) on the side B facing away from the seated person, i.e. the B side, and air-guiding ducts (7) to the side facing the seated person, i.e. the A side, wherein the air is distributed through air trenches (8) or air ducts of the air distribution structure (6) on the B side and is then transported via the air-guiding ducts (7) onto the A side of the seat part (22) and/or of the backrest (20), characterized in that the at least one radial fan (4) is arranged in the foam on the B side, and in that one or more air-guiding ducts (7) are formed on the A side by a fastening trench (23) through which a cover rim (24) runs for the purpose of locking the cover (3) to the cushioning foam (1).
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the radial fan (4) is arranged secured in the foam (1).
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that an air-permeable material is arranged on the A side between the foam (1) and a cover (3) surrounding the seat to the outside.
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that an air-permeable material is arranged on the B side between the foam (1) and a layer surrounding the foam, in particular a nonwoven layer.
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the air-permeable material is a spacer knit (9) or rubberized hair or reticulated foam.
- Air-conditioned seat according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the foam cushioning comprises various foam zones.
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 6, characterized in that the radial fan (4) is embedded in a separate foam zone (12) which secures the radial fan (4).
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 6 or 7 characterized in that a foam of harder consistency extends at least along the air distribution structure facing the B side in order to stabilize said air distribution structure.
- Air-conditioned seat according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that, at the end of the air-guiding ducts (7) extending transversely through the foam, air trenches (13) which in turn extend transversely with respect to said air-guiding ducts are arranged towards the A side.
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 9, characterized in that the zone including the air trenches is formed by a separate cut foam support (14), wherein said support has corresponding recesses (15) which are in operative connection with the opening air-guiding ducts (7).
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the air trenches (13) are connected on the A side to corresponding air-guiding ducts (7) in such a manner that air is transported from the radial fan (4) to the A side, subsequently through an air trench (13) along the A side and from there back to the B side for the purpose of rear flushing
- Air-conditioned seat according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the inner side of the air distributor device (5) is stabilized by a composite flock foam (16).
- Air-conditioned seat according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the inner side of the air distributor device (5) is stabilized by a harder material which is sprayed on, in particular rubberized fabric or spray adhesive (17).
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cover rim (25) extends along the fastening trench (23) and through an air trench (8), which extends transversely with respect to the fastening trench, on the B side and is locked on the B side, and in that the cover rim (25) has at least one perforation in the region of the air trench in order to ensure an air flow through the air trench.
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 14, characterized in that the cover rim (25) is composed of a fabric mesh.
- Air-conditioned seat according to one of Claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the air distributor device (5) comprises an annular duct structure which permits a circulating flow.
- Air-conditioned seat according to one of Claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the air distribution structure (5) is formed in a substantially star-shaped manner.
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1 or 1 and 9, characterized in that the air trenches (8) on the B side and/or the air trenches (13) on the A side of the air distribution structure (6) can be stabilized by a special first or second shaping (26, 27).
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cushioning foam (1) of the backrest and/or of the seat part is bounded on the side facing away from the seated person, i.e. the B side, by a nonwoven fabric (2) which has a mounting opening (30) which forms overlapping regions (35) with a cavity (31), the installation site of the radial fan (4), wherein the flexibility of the mounting opening (30) for the installation of the radial fan (4) can be produced, in the case of larger overlapping regions (35), by nonwoven cut-out openings having incisions (28) or recesses (32), or, with smaller overlapping regions (35), by means of non-woven material cut-out openings (33, 34) having special shapes.
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 2 or 7, characterized in that the radial fan can be secured in the foam (1) or in a separate securing layer/foam zone (12) by at least one resilient or rigid holding element (36, 37) arranged on the radial fan (4).
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the radial fan (4) acts in a sucking manner and the air is transported from the A side to the B side.
- Air-conditioned seat according to Claim 1, characterized in that the air distribution structure (6) is designed in the form of the air trenches (8) or air ducts introduced into the foam (1) on the B side and air-guiding ducts (7) arranged transversely with respect thereto, wherein the air distribution structure (6) consists of air trenches (8) or air ducts which are introduced directly into the foam and extend along the B side.
