Claims (12)

- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que sont disposés à l'extrémité libre du levier (7) deux mâchoires de frein (9) d'une manière symétrique à un plan situé dans l'axe de pivotement (8).
- Dispositif de fixation selon les revendications 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de couplage (11-15) présentent des moyens à ressort (14, 15) qui centrent les moyens de couplage (11, 15) par rapport au premier et/ou deuxième élément de retenue (3, 6) dans une position médiane de telle sorte que le jeu précité existe dans deux directions opposées.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire de frein (9) respectivement chaque mâchoire de frein présente des surélévations comme des dents pour l'engagement dans le rail (2).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire de frein (9) respectivement chaque mâchoire de frein est logée d'une manière pivotante au levier (7) autour d'un autre axe de pivotement (19) disposé parallèlement à l'axe de pivotement (8).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de retenue (3) est réalisé par paire et comporte au moins deux aimants permanents (4) qui sont disposés d'une manière opposée l'un à l'autre de façon à recevoir le rail (20) entre eux.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de retenue (6) est réalisé par paire et deux leviers (7) sont disposés d'une manière opposée l'un à l'autre de façon à recevoir le rail (20) entre eux.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sont disposés à l'élément porteur (1) des moyens de guidage (23) pour le guidage du dispositif de fixation au rail (29).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sont disposés à l'élément porteur (1) des moyens de fixation (25, 27) pour la fixation du dispositif de fixation à un moyen de convoyage, où les moyens de fixation (25, 27) sont déplaçables relativement à l'élément porteur (1) transversalement à la direction de convoyage.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (5) présente un moteur fonctionnant de préférence électriquement, en particulier un moto-réducteur.
