Das Verschlusselement ist hierbei als verschwenkbar gelagerte Klinke in Form eines plattigen Bauteils ausgeführt. Das bolzenförmige Sperrelement 31 wird hierbei durch den Anker 33 des Elektromagneten 32 in seine Sperrstellung bzw. Entsperrstellung überführt. Das Sperrelement kann durch ein separates Betätigungselement (nicht dargestellt) betätigt werden, welches in dem Steuerraum der Maschine oder des Aufzuges oder einem separaten Bedienraum angeordnet ist und somit nur Notpersonal zugänglich ist. Ist nach den Ausführungsbeispiel der Elektromagnet stromführend gestellt, so ist der Sperrbolzen 31 aufgrund der Feder ausgefahren und sperrt das Verschlusselement 12 durch hintergreifen von dessen Vorsprung 12b. Nach Betätigung des Elektromagneten wird der Sperrbolzen 31 in seine zurückgezogene Stelle unter Freigabe des Verschlusselementes 12 überführt (siehe Figur 4), so dass das Verschlusselement 12 in seine Öffnungsstellung überführbar ist. Claims (15)

  1. Emergency release of a door closure by means of which the door closure can be moved from a locking position to a release position using an emergency release key (7), wherein the emergency release includes or can be associated to a driver dog (6) disposed in a housing which while moving the door closure to its release position, is operable by the emergency release key, for which purpose the emergency release key has to be inserted in a housing opening for coupling to the driver dog, wherein a closure element (12) is provided which in its closing position at least partially closes the housing opening (11) to prevent insertion of the emergency release key (7) for its coupling to the driver dog (6) and which allows insertion of the emergency release key (7) in an opening position, and wherein a control member (13) is provided, characterized in that by the engagement of the emergency release key (7), the control member can be moved to a control position in which it directly or indirectly acts on the closure element (12) while moving the closure element (12) to its opening position.
  2. Emergency release according to claim 1, characterized in that the control member (13) is formed as control disk that is supported for rotation.
  3. Emergency release according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the control member (13) has a passage opening (16) for the emergency release key (7).
  4. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the control member (13) is supported in a control member bearing (14) which is supported on its part in a manner such as to be variable in its position and particularly rotatable with respect to the housing (10).
  5. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the control member (13) acts directly on the closure element (12) by means of a driver dog (21).
  6. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the control member (13) is rotatable about an axis that is arranged coaxially with an axis of rotation of the driver dog (6) of the emergency release coupling to the emergency release key (7).
  7. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the control member (13) and the closure element (12) are designed in such a manner that the control member (13) acts directly on the closure element (12) independently of the rotation direction of the emergency release key (7), while moving the closure element to its opening position.
  8. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a return element acting on the closure element (12) is provided for moving the closure element to its closing position.
  9. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the closure element (12) is designed as a pivotally supported ratchet.
  10. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that a locking device (30) is provided that can act in a locking manner on the control member (13) and/or on the closure element (12) if the closure element (12) is in its locking position.
  11. Emergency release according to claim 10, characterized in that the locking device (30) can be moved to its release position enabling unlocking by means of external actuation means.
  12. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the housing (11) including the closure element (12) is formed as a supplementary housing of the door closure housing (8) that includes the driver dog (6) of the emergency release.
  13. Emergency release according to claim 12, characterized in that the supplementary housing (10) of the emergency release is detachably fixed to the door closure housing and that the fixing means are secured by securing means (40) that can be removed only upon destruction.
  14. Emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the closure element (12) and the control member (13) are integrated in the housing that surrounds the door closure.
  15. Supplementary housing for an emergency release according to one of the claims 1 to 13, wherein the supplementary housing (10) can be fixed to a door closure housing (8) of an elevator or a machine and wherein the supplementary housing (10) includes a housing opening (11) for the insertion of an emergency release key (7) and wherein a closure element (7) is provided which in its closing position at least partially closes the housing opening (11) to prevent insertion of the emergency release key (7) for its coupling to a driver dog (6) of the emergency release and which allows an insertion of the emergency release key (7) in its opening position, wherein a control member (13) is provided, characterized in that by the engagement of the emergency release key (7) the control member can be moved to a control position in which it directly or indirectly acts on the closure element (12) while moving the closure element (12) to its opening position.
