Claims (14)
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc pour doser un agent de lavage liquide, un adoucissant, des agents détergents, des colles, des colorants ou d'autres liquides, l'élément applicateur roulant étant prévu entre autres pour appliquer de l'agent de lavage sur des zones de textile fortement salies,
caractérisé en ce que- dans un réceptacle (1) d'un récipient doseur (2) est inséré un galet (3) formé d'une seule pièce avec un arbre (5) et une douille extérieure (6) avec des creux (7) en matière plastique, une pluralité de lamelles élastiques (4) se prolongeant radialement entre l'arbre (5) et la douille extérieure (6), qui sont configurées de telle façon qu'elles développent dans la direction radiale un effet de ressort entre l'arbre (5) et la douille extérieure (6),- que l'arbre (5) avec ses axes (28) est disposé de façon à pouvoir tourner respectivement dans un palier (11) et- la douille extérieure (6) est pressée de façon étanche avec la pression élastique des lamelles de ressort (4) depuis l'intérieur contre les lèvres (25) du réceptacle (1). - Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de ressort (4) sont formées de façon ondulée, similaires à des lamelles.
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles élastiques (4) présentent une épaisseur inférieure à 1 mm, de préférence inférieure à 0,5 mm, de manière particulièrement préférée inférieure à 0,25 mm, de manière tout particulièrement préférée inférieure à 0,1 mm.
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture intérieure (27) présente une largeur (b) qui est plus petite que la largeur (B) de la douille extérieure (6).
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rayon (R) de la douille extérieure (6) est choisi de façon à être légèrement plus grand que le rayon intérieure (r) du palier (11) jusqu'aux lèvres (25).
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (11') du palier (11) et l'axe (5') de l'arbre (5) sont décalés quelque peu dans la direction de l'ouverture extérieure (14) par rapport au point central (1X') du réceptacle (1X).
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (5) du galet (3) est constitué d'une polyoléfine avec un ajout de lubrifiant migrant sur la surface.
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de l'arc (B) du palier (11) dans le réceptacle (1) est plus grande que la distance (A) séparant un creux (7) du creux voisin (7') et que le réceptacle (1) ou le palier (11) dispose d'une ouverture intérieure (27) en direction de l'espace intérieure (13).
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans le bord de l'ouverture de remplissage (15), est moulée une collerette (16) orientée vers l'intérieur qui est percée en un endroit par un canal de déversement (29).
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (1) avec le galet (3) est disposé directement sur un récipient (2) de forme sphérique, elliptique, ou de forme quelconque, qui peut être monté sur un capuchon à vis (17) d'une bouteille (18).
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans l'ouverture de remplissage (15) du récipient (1) au moins une languette (19) avec un étranglement (21) est moulée en tant que dispositif de garantie d'origine (22).
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la languette arrachable (19) est bloquée sous le capuchon à vis (17) de la bouteille (18).
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sont moulés des segments de douille (23, 24) respectivement dans le couvercle (20) et dans le récipient (2), qui s'engagent l'un dans l'autre.
- Doseur avec un galet (3) monobloc selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sont moulés des segments de douille (23, 24) respectivement dans le couvercle (20) et dans le récipient (2), qui s'encliquettent l'un dans l'autre.
