Abstract

Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Furnierblattes (13) aus Einzelstreifen aus Echtholzfurnier mittels eines mit Saugöffnungen (10a) versehenen Arbeitstisches (11) und einer mit mindestens einem Presstisch ausgerüsteten Presse, ist ausgebildet durch
- Auflegen einer gelochten Zulageplatte auf den Arbeitstisch (11)
- Verschließen von zumindest einem Teil der Saugöffnungen (10a) des Arbeitstisches (11) mittels einer luftundurchlässigen Abdecklage (14)
- Aneinanderreihen von einzelnen Furnierstreifen (12) auf den Bereich der in Saugwirkung stehenden Saugöffnungen (10a) des Arbeitstisches (11) unter laufender Entfernung der Abdecklage (14) und damit einhergehender Vergrößerung des Bereiches der in Saugwirkung stehenden Saugöffnungen (10a) bis zum Erreichen der gewünschten Gesamtfläche des zu bildenden Furnierblattes (13)
- Auflegen eines der Gesamtfläche der zusammengelegten Furnierstreifen (12) entsprechenden Vliesstoffes mit einseitiger Klebstoff-Vorbeschichtung auf die Furnierstreifen (12) und
- bereichsweise Fixierung dieses Vliesstoffes gegenüber den Furnierstreifen (12)
- Überführen der Furnierstreifen (12) und des Vliesstoffes in eine Presse
- und ganzflächige Fixierung des Vliesstoffes mit den Furnierstreifen (12) durch Verpressen.
